I highly recommend Elie Auto Repair. Jimmy and JR are great guys and know their business. I have been there several times enjoying not only a fantastic experience but also prompt service, and I am a very picky person when it comes to trusting auto mechanics. They are friendly, knowledgeable, timely, dependable, and most important of all they are reasonable. They even get my name right each and every time I see them. You can not go wrong with giving these great guys a chance. They should impress you just like they impressed me.

Been taking my car to Jimmy before he opened this shop. Fair prices and when I need small repairs like a light bulb he takes the time to show me how to properly do it myself. No other mechanic will ever do that, which is why I will always see if he can fix an issue before I take my car anywhere else.

The guys were nice and quick with my repairs. However I had a belt replaced and it continued to squeal so I had to return. It is still squealing currently because it was still improperly tightened after the second trip. That is an issue.

Well, this guy charged me to fix the brakes on my moms truck...which is normally fine. But then he admitted that the parts he bought didnt come with what he needed to fix it correctly. So, he said that he bent something to make it work. Now, my moms brakes squeak like no other. Why charge someone to fix their car, when its something that you cant fix? Also, I had the ac fixed in my moms truck. Well, I thought that I had it fixed. You see, it has duel ac or something to where it can be controlled on either side. Anyway, the driver side blew hot and the passenger side blew cold. I had this guy fix it, or so he would have me believe. So, after he fixes it, he admitted to taking off the wrong side. Thats right, he took off the passenger side first, when it was the driver side that needed to be fixed. He kind of laughed it off, like no big deal. When I left, it worked fine. Then, my mom gets her truck back and drives it for a couple of days, and the passenger side ac starts to blow hot. My mom takes the truck back up to these guys and asks them to fix it. It meaning the brakes and the ac. He refused to fix the ac, cause the side he fixed still blows cold. Now, he admitted to messing with the wrong side when I had taken it up there the first time. So, is it a coincidence that the passenger side stopped working? Maybe. But since he admitted to messing with the side that didnt need to be messed with, shouldnt he have at least looked at it, just to make sure? I think he should have. But he didnt. He did look at he brakes again and told my mom, and I quote, Its best you just sell your truck. Other than the brakes and the ac, the truck runs just fine. Why would he recommend that she sell it? I dont know. Another thing, I had the oil changed up there, and then it started leaking oil. It never leaked oil before, and now it does. I wouldnt go to this place at all. Ever again. I wouldnt recommend it to a friend either. I wish I could rate it a half star, because they dont do good work, they dont guarantee their work, but, theyre really nice guys. Thats probably how they fool people into thinking they arent gonna get messed over. DO NOT go there. Not even to say hi.

Honest people!!! $24 To check the whole car. A list of whats wrong and if the car is not worth fixing they actually tell you the truth!!!! Very nice. I wish all shops told the truth.

Took my car in for a problem with my radiator fan not coming on when the ac was turned on. The ac blew cold when driving, but not at idle. The mechanics at this shop did a diagnosis, and said i needed a new system. So, they installed a new system at a cost of over 900 dollars. when they were finished, it still had the exact same issues, as when i took it there. New ac system, and no change...So, after all that . I took it to another shop.They replaced the fan and it works perfectly....I feel very ripped off by these people....so beware..

My cooling fans werent coming on. They checked it out and replaced the fans. Great service and price.

It has been a while since I had need to use this shop, and I was highly disappointed. My other experiences with them were stellar but today, I had to leave when the guy at the desk talked to me as if I was dumb. I am not one to take slight offense at things but he the way he spoke was extremely patronizing. Not sure of his name, but they my business. Currently sitting a couple of blocks down the road at another shop who has treated me and everyone else in the lobby with total respect.
