Excellent Service from Zana!! This is the second time Zana has assisted me with the purchase of a new phone. Shes super knowledgeable about the different services that AT&T provides and she recommended a better plan for me today. The humans who work at this store are so kind and friendly. Ever issue I had along the way with upgrading my phone they were happy to help me with. They’re taking good covid precautions and I felt safe each time I came in as well.
Caution ⚠️ ! Prepare to experience the Bait and Switch! We went in to upgrade based on their current promotion but the phones we were looking for were not available in store. We placed the order and recieved the phones at home. When returning to the store to activate the phones, we were told by the Cassandra, the manager that the promotion we were offered had expiered and they would not be able to honor it . This reulted in a loss of time, trust, and a couple of loyal customers who had been with the company for years not only for phone service but also for internet and Direct Tv. We refused to stay with a company who cant reciprocate loyalty and respect!
I upgraded my phone in August and traded in my iPhone X for $300 toward the new phone. Never received the credit on my statement after 2-3 billing cycles as I was told, so after following up I found out that the rep that helped me had processed a different phone than what I traded in. What should have been a routine process of trading in an old phone took hours to resolve with AT&T support over the phone. Also, the store was unable to help me in the resolution, I had to gather all the information and figure it out with corporate support/billing.
I came to this store in hopes of meeting with a manager, Ive previously met with. Instead I was very pleasantly surprised to have been assisted instead by Alexis! The attitude on this young woman was positive and upbeat, and more to the point absolutely made my wife and I feel as if we got the best deal of our life. We walked away with Top of Line phones for all members of my family, and Alexis didnt disappoint by helping with all the necessary tech questions related to them. Alexis thank you for making a stressful process, seamless and comfortable! Thanks... AT&T please give her a promotion!
Came in with my wife to upgrade just my phone and Alexis was so great and informative that we both upgraded! She was so kind and patient when it came to setting up our phones. Truly one of the best AT&T representatives we’ve ever met!
Every time I come in the representatives are always smiling and ready to help.This last time I stopped by for a new phone and Samantha really explained everything to me clearly and with no rush. She told me about the upgrade fees and told me about the Next Up program. 10/10 service from Samantha! She didn’t sugar coat or leave out any fees or programs that could benefit me in the long run. The manager there came to say hello and it was nice to know I was in good hands.
Had an amazing experience with at&t. especially at this store with Alexis. She was incredible. I was a former sprint user and had issue after issue. She was so accommodating and helpful. She was courteous and kind. My mom is technology challenged lol and she explained everything with clarity and patience. I highly recommend this store. She went above and beyond to make sure all my cell phones needs were meant. If I could add a star... I would.
I am so happy that the manager Cassandra is back because she is awesome and knows how to take care of customers and she deserves to get raise.
Alvaro helped me get a note s20 and when I locked my self out of it the next day, he helped me unlock it. Totally went out of his way to help me and make sure I was taken care of. Super helpful. Thank you

If your looking for AMAZING customer service, this is the perfect place ! I was porting over from Verizon and had trouble getting all my information so the rep Alexis call and got EVERYTHING taken care for me, also transferred all my info and contacts to my new phone for me. Would definitely give more than 5 stars !!

The in store Rep who helped me find a new phone in this time of unease and turmoil. She was very attentive and empathetic!!!! She was working with a gentleman named Ceaser on 4/13/2020 but I can’t remember her name. I’m only still with AT&T because of her! I was about to cancel my service all together!
Came in about a week ago to upgrade my line and the staff there is amongst the best I’ve ever dealt with. All staff is knowledgeable and kind! Ask for Cassandra, manager, she will definitely make sure you get the best customer service !
I had an excellent customer service experience with an AT&T associate named Jeff. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions with my best interest in mind, and got me out of the store as quickly as possible. Happy AT&T customer.
Arrived at store a few minutes to closing time. Was able to get in the attendant was vacuuming store. Stop doing so as soon she saw me was very attentive greatted me with respect and undivided attention was able to do my monthlycash payment without any hipcups unlike other places she informed system was updated recently and was running a bit slow. Made my payment never got text from at&t confirm the transaction was offered a paper copy but was running late so dint want to wait however I am very satisfied with my process and how it reflected on my e mail statement /receipt from AT&T
I Love this people Hardly a wait time, Very Friendly and customer driven. They go on an beyond to help the customer.They took the time too look at my bill and helped me save on my bill and having great deals on tablets ( I got Mine for free well tax only) .New management and new friendly people defenately the AT&T store to go to.

They add insurance to your plan by default. If you open up a line, strictly tell them to not add it if you dont want it.

This store is terrible wouldnt help with anything and they are only an authorized dealer so they arent able to do anything important or relevant. The transferred over my fathers phone incorrectly and wouldnt fix it.
They don’t know what they’re doing they double charged my credit card.
My expirence with this at&t was wonderful. With the help of christian. He was very professional with his job & very helpful. He had a very positive attitude while helping me & my fiance with our New Samsung Galaxys s7s. Were were very satasfied with the service we got. Unlike alot of other stores or carriers he did his job very professional. He treated us as you are suppose to treat customers like a friend. On 7/13/18 I was here in this store the girl inside looked like she was bored she didnt want to help out the prices in the store are extremely high a glass protector $59.99 thats horrible prices I dont recommend this store to no one I got my stuff elsewhere where I felt they appreciate my business

They have 1 employee working while three customers wait to be helped. After about 15 minutes of not being helped I just left. I guess management will do anything to save money even if it means having the store understaffed.

When you call customer service they take to long to answer an at 10pm shop is close so if u have an issue tuff luck call back on Monday buddy iPhone 8plus an the iPhone X are so bad I don’t recommend them to anyone so much headache with the software
