The customer service excellent attention, they helped me with my new cell phone and with all my questions

Customer service was terrible. She was not pleasant I felt like I was a bothered. She rolled her eyes when I told her that I didnt speak Spanish. Went down hill after that. I walked out.

The service is slow here but the customer service is great, I would rather have a place take their time and do it correctly than hurry and have to do it 5 times.....I have no complaints here. Great place

Good service and has cell phone selection

Service good and friendly. Efficient. Only one problem, worker did not wear protective mask. When asked if he would put one on, he replied no. Needed phone so sat in car while upgrade was done. Wiped everything down like crazy when he was done. In non-COVID times would have been 5-stars, today, considered 1 star. Gave 4 because of efficiency.

If I could give a zero star rating for this place, I would. Ive never had a decent experience in person. Well, I just got off the phone with a young woman who was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and should be reprimanded for her behavior. She said that her name was Lucero, but she could have given a fake name. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Boost Mobile needs to hire new employees who actually understand what customer service is.

This lady by the name of Maria, who happens to be working for Boost Mobile for approx. 9 years, so she says...She seems to have not one clue as to how to work with customers who are patiently waiting...Way too slow in working with customers...After waiting over an hour, and still not getting what I needed done...I decided never to go back there again...Not On My Watch!!!

Went here to fix my i-phone and was told I use android, not sure how to fix the i-phone - If you sell this you should know how to fix it or get me on the network at the least.
