So I dropped my iPhone 7 and broke the screen again and they fixed it really fast and he was VERY professional as usual! This place is my go-to!!!!

Very good customer service. Very friendly. Got a good deal on a pretty much brand new iPhone 8 Plus. Definitely will be coming back if I ever want to get another phone!! The store is also full of other brands of phones and products / accessories.

I Found this Great Gentleman Who was The ONLY METRO OPEN!!! & KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT, & Was so Understand in what I needed for My Girlfriend & My Self.. My boyfriend and I visited this particular store because they were one of the few that were still open. It turned out to be the best place for us to find what we were looking for because the man working that evening I found knowledgeable, patient, and honest.My boyfriend needed to get a new MetroPCS phone. This store sells a variety of cell phones/All Carriers/Accessories.We made it inside the store 30 min til closing. The man that works there was very personable, and patient; as my bf had a hard time remembering his password when transferring info to a new phone.He wasnt annoyed that we kept him open an extra hour. I have a different cell carrier and after assisting my bf, he proceeded to help me with my cell phone issues.It is refreshing to actually find someone with actual knowledge of their products and willing to give you all information about the product so that you can select the best option for yourself.I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back in the future.

This place is a joke. Go to Costco and get a real phone and phone plan.Enjoy your 1 star rating.

These guys rock. I went to several other phone stores who couldnt help me unlock my BlackBerry priv and Harry the owner and his son were the men with the plan and way less expensive! Harry also hooked me up with a much better metro data plan that no one else had brought to my attention as well. I come by phones 4 less every now and then when I forget to pay my bill and my service gets cut off... and they are quick to get me back on track and out the door and back to work every time. Also, I should mention that the very kind man Harry is an awesome cook. One time me and my 11 year old son came in to pay my bill and my son noticed the whole store smelled great and we were starving. Harry took notice and was generous enough to send me and my son home with a huge plate of to die for Egyptian style lasagna!!! I returned the favor with a bag of avocado s a few days later. To say Good people own phones 4 less is an understatement.

Cannot return the pre paid phones .. something about once activated they cannot use again ... blah blah blah.I have called consumer affairs - filed the complaint.there should be some kind of window - or a written policy to this effect.I could not find either.

Service is great A++++++++++
