I came looking for a specific tool. Both pegs labeled as holding that item were empty. I asked a staff member if there might be more elsewhere? Turned out there was one left somewhere in the store. At least three staff joined the search and the item was found near the checkout registers. Excellent service!

6/9/21 ..It showed this 20ton jack was in store stock, I drove 20miles one way...at the store one of the employees say cant find it,, the employee comented some customer maybe stole it...wow what a attitude..👈👎👎👉

Always good a good place to get tools on a budget.

Like most harbor freights its all a matter of what they have in stock and this as most of them are just fully stocked. Everyone thats worked at these places has always been friendly and helpful.

Cheyenne was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my first rolling tool box. I’ll definitely recommend asking him for assistance when visiting the store.

We went for an item and they were out of stock. But the cashier/supervisor was incredibly knowledgeable on when the product would hopefully be back in and he also told us that he called another harbor freight (in La Habra) a few days ago and he told us that they had 300+ in inventory of it. That was absolutely outstanding service.

Great service by all the employees at this location. Especially by the gals. They all know their stuff here. One of the girls was busy cleaning the windows to the entry way on my way out. First time Ive seen that done at any Harbor Freight location. This location definitely needs to be a model store or training location. Keep up the great service and work Whittier Harbor Freight. Harbor freight is my fun zone you might say whenever you need a tool for the moment they have everything you might need and more Im still surprised every time I go in when looking for something and I have a project to do at home their staff is well informed and very polite cant beat their prices, harbor freight its not the best stuff youre buying but its good for what you need it for, I used to work construction paid a lot of money for my tools I dont need that kind of tool anymore so they do great I wish there were more

The tools are much cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot. It not as big as the two but there are a lot of items that is always on sale. That is why I became a regular customer.

First experience at this location was great. I generally visit Anaheim location, which reported item out of stock online and only whittier having in stock. Staff were very friendly, and very helpful. The item in question was not in stock on floor and I was quickly asked if I needed assistance. They checked stock and had the item available, bringing directly to check out while I continued shopping. I also learned the online inventory was only implemented a few days prior and was still subject to discrepancy.

Missing parts in a sealed box and now I need to return this merchandise engine stand

Its a great place for typical consumers to get tools and equipment at generally very low prices. Its not a place for most professionals and business that will heavily use the tools or put them through hard tests. Many times as a typical consumer you only need some equipment for a specific project or task and may only use it again every few months or years. This place will usually have what you need. Be aware that not everything is a great deal, especially when you consider quality, value, and durability, but Ive generally been pleased.

Typical Harbor Freight store but smaller.

Low price tools! The majority of which have lifetime warranty so long as they are hand tools. Most of the electronic type tools are 90-day limited warranty. The employees here super chill and will help you find what youre looking for. Lots of people use this place as a tool rental place: Essentially buy what you need to get the job done and then return it and get your money back! Kind of screwed up but its not against their policy lol. The line of tools by baauer: such as impacts & hammer drills and stuff like that, are actually pretty damn good, give Makita a run for their money @ a fraction of the price.

Good Black Friday Weekend deals.

You have to be selective but some of the items are actually pretty decent here. Ive been for some quick one time use items or disposables and theyve worked well. Recently bought some security lights so lets see how those work. Ill go back for the occasional items.

Always a pleasure shopping there. Just keep noticing that everytime I go there prices are higher then the last time I was there. In some cases as much as 30% higher.

I witnessed the worst customer service EVER and worst of all from the store manager...sad! Not directed towards me. Another customer. As for me and my experience, the clerk at checkout was rude with me.
