Was not impressed bordered on rude at times remind me why I prefer Behr paint

Thankful they finally got a Manager (Tim) who knows the product and provides great customer service. I built my business on great customer service so I really appreciate when a Manager sets the tone and has the business geared toward a good experience for his clients. Since my business is in the area this is the closest DE, but prior did not like going there due to consisted disappointing experienced dealing with the old managers and the inexperienced (girls) he hired to work the order desk.Anyways love the place now and want to give Tim 2 Thumbs up!

Great service, I would have given 5 stars if the old guy behind the desk wasnt a complete jerk and talking down to me when I had an account number on a receipt. He was quick to talk masa when I was trying to show him my receipt to get the best price as we had spent thousands of dollars there already.

The girl behind the counter has no personality and the other woman was great the one behind the counter was rude to the guy in front of me making fun of the person on the phone. She really needs to find a different job because when you work at a place like Dunn-Edwards you think your shopping at a up scale decor shop not at Home Depot.

They made it impossible to get ride of old paint that the labels where sun burn out

Brought in a one (1) gallon can of paint and asked Eric for five move .After waiting to get the five one gallons of paint, mixed, Eric came back with one very large and heavy five gallon bucket. I requested that he put the five gallons in one gallon can, like I had asked for and he became very very put off, IF EFFECT TELLING ME TO GO TO HELL. After spending well over $1,000 dollars of paint, Eric needs to find another job, not dealing with customers.
