The pricing for a rental unit is better than the competitors across the street. Andrea know the pricing memorized which makes it convenient for individuals that are in a rush. There is a minimum waiting period to get pricing and to look at the rental unit too.

The girls in the office, Andrea and Jennifer are always friendly and helpful. The storage units are clean, well lit and climate controlled. They open early at 5am and close at 9pm so you have time to get to your stored items before or after work. I’ve stored things in other places, is is by far has been the best! I highly recommend Lighthouse Self Storage in Whittier!

Nice and efficient staff. I kept my stuff in a storage unit for a year and a half. Never had a problem. Clean place and my things were well kept. They will prorate you if you move out between the 1st and the 10th of the month.

I’ve been looking for a storage place. I walked in both ladies greeted me, very professional. One showed me the location of the storage explain that it’s important they offer the closest location from the elevator. That was very thoughtful. Sold me. I would recommend.

No stars for this facility. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to post the review. Our 27ft travel trailer was stolen out of the facility. It had a cover on, locks on the tires, as well as a hitch lock and it was still stolen. They have the worst security. I don’t know if they do lock checks to make sure that everything is where it’s supposed to be but I hope they do now. As far as security cameras, I highly doubt they check them. I do not advise anyone storing their valuables or vehicles at this facility.

This is the cleanest storage facility in Whittier! Andrea and Jennifer are always very welcoming when I come in the office. The coffee is good, and my kids love the candy.

This is a very clean and well mainted facility run by a professional staff. I have a small RV I store here (they have covered/carport parking). The access hours are great and the rates are competitive.
