Never expect help over the phone or [prompt] service. On hold anywhere from 10-25min to just be disconnected. Happened 2+yrs now. When you call back they pick up and immediately hang up. Happens often. Immature employees costing the company. Multiple times Ive gone to other places for trucks, supplies, and storage. This place is only good for propane refills. Theres a lady w brown hair thats always helpful w that. Runs around everywhere while the men waddle from chair to chair. Other than propane save your frustrations, dont try complaining. Waste of breath dealing w their egotistical lazy manager.

I purchased a receiver to be installed. I was planning a vacation and wanted to put a bike rack on my vehicle. Literally planned the vacation around this, was planning on leaving the next day. When I arrived to u haul for my scheduled install. I received no explanation, just hmmm we do not have it. No apology no phone call to let me know of a need to reschedule and no email. This is horrible service. This employee only made it worse. Let me first say during the pandemic many good employees have lost their jobs and are having trouble finding employment. People who have a job should be grateful. This guy is a poor example of someone who should be representing any compony. When asked why I did not get notified it was met with no response. I do not know what to say at this point. Very disapointed and let down. To make a online reservation and pay for it. To have a scheduled date and then this. What is wrong with your company? Convenient. Available. You dont have 24hr access to your storage units anymore, but thats because people were coming in the middle of the night and getting into trouble. Hours are still good during the week though. Good prices. But really the MAIN reason for the review is that the staff is great. They really wanna help you. Cory especially was AWESOME. Helped my dad and I load back our storage unit. Was really cool about it.

Seemed nice, let me drop off my uhaul with a little excess mileage and they didnt charge me. Parking lot is a mess though with all the dropped-off equipment.

We have order a track f150 and a trailer, when we got there the teller informed us that we have to purchase a tow hitch to connect the trailer. to the truck, i have told the teller it does not make sense and he says it does.at first if you do rent a truck and a trailer over the phone you need to inform the customer!!!an example i gave the teller: you make an hotel reservation for a room, you get into the room and there is no mattress does it make sense???
