Hands down the best storage space EVER the staff here goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met! Naomi is literally an earth angle!!! She just has the aura about her that you can’t find anywhere else! she can take my worst days and have me leave with a smile and feeling better! That’s beyond great customer service, the space is always sparkling clean and prices are totally fair! Along with the fact that you can rest assured that your belongs will be safe here!! You will NOT be disappointed being a customer here! I highly suggest any locals looking for a safe place for their belongings to come on by and she what they got!

Naomi was the best even when times got hard for me she did everything she could do for me to keep all my stuff. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. If you need a storage unit I would recommend the uptown location.

While I may not have a storage unit here, i was helping some people who were moving into this place and i must say that the people working at the front office were extremely helpful. I think the managers name was Naomi, she is the best. I was so thrilled that they have a loading dock and elevator for easy move in. I didn’t want to have to carry heavy furniture up the stairs so the dock was super helpful. Naomi was accommodating and transparent about everything, it made the move easier. Moving is not fun, so thank you Naomi for being so patient with our group, you’re the best!

I’ve had a storage unit for about 6 months and really appreciate everything Naomi has done for me. She’s always willing to work with me if I need an extension on my payment, which is really helpful during these times. I like the location of unit, hours are the best in the area, prices are reasonable (considering it’s in Uptown) and the area is always clean. Being in the area we’re in, it’s great to see that Naomi takes such care and pride in her work and store. Anybody who is interested in a storage should stop by and see Naomi ;)

This was my first time renting a storage. I was helped by Annette and It was a very easy process. She took me on a journey finding my storage it was fun she broke it down made it fun and easy. I had this all my belongings stored here for 4 years when I moved out of state to Washington. They have THE BEST customer service team. Naomi kept me up to date and assured through my whole journey that my whole life in my storage was safe. When I recovered from covid and from being out from full time work they were very understanding and helped me by working with me on my payments. Until I got back to full time hours.I cant express enough how helpful they were.after finally coming down to clear out my storage. I was here to clear a storage locker that I won in an auction. And I just want to say that they have the best customer service here at this location. It took two days to clear the locker and upon returning on day two, they greeted me by name. The girls working in the office were upstanding and I would be glad to return here anytime!

Ive been renting a larger unit at this Extra Space Storage for several years and with school coming to an end Im needing to downsize to save some money. I spoke with the manager Naomi about my different options and she provided me many great ideas about different unit sizes, how to best utilize my space, and a number to a hauling service for items I want to get rid of. She was prompt in notifying me as soon as a smaller unit became available and made the transfer process easy and stress free. Her assistant was very helpful and friendly too.
