Don and Donna Dobbins, and their staff, do an amazing job every time they help us. Not only are Don and Donna good friends, but they really help my wife with her oxygen and mobility needs! All I have to do is let them know what we are needing, and they have it waiting for me when I get there. Outstanding staff and service! Jo literally called every day to get my medical records so I could get my CPAP. Don explained every detail about how to use my new machine. He will even follow up on me in the months/years ahead to be sure I’m sleeping well. Another sweet lady (I forgot her name) helped me to find the best tennis shoes for my feet. What a breath of fresh air to deal with such a caring group of people! Check them out for your medical equipment needs. They will do all they can to assist you!

Ive been having a lot of problems with my feet lately and Sandra that works at heritage medical supply has done such an excellent job at trying to relieve my problems.

Heritage has been our provider for over 5 years now. They are always helpful and great. We feel very grateful to have a provide for our child that does what is best for him and not always their bottom line. They go above and beyond to make sure my childs products are actually ones we like and will use. Thank you from a grateful mom!

BAD customer service! Lady acted liked I was bothering her just being there. When I complained No apology! And inferior products. I met a lady the other day that said the same thing. Shop local? Not here!

In my opinion, I am being kind giving this establishment one star. If I could I would give this place negative stars. If I am ever in the market for any products this place sells I would avoid this place at all costs. I would prefer to drive 500 miles than be a customer at this place. In my opinion, this place has the rudest customer service I have ever experienced.

Great job ordering and assembling our Sleep Safe Bed! Speedy turn around.

Went in to order a comprshine garment they took measurement and told me they would get it ordered a week later it is still not ordered and now they want full payment before they order and will not use my insurance I have tricare. They do accept tricare. Now I am left trying to figure out how to get my garment. Bad service, employees are not well trained. If you accept tricare you should not pick and choose for what items you will take insurance on.
