Cant wait to sleep in the smart sleep number bed and arm counting the days until delivery. The staff and the store are amazing!! Give them 1 chance and you will always go back.

Was sold a bed and frame by Mike and was lied to over and over about features that dont even exist. They are schemers after a contract. Dont believe the lies, you dont get whats actually in the store. They change upgrade or downgrade their products when ever they want without letting anyone know about features that they remove from the beds and frames. How about those full body sensors? Lies! No wires are in the mattress, nothing but foam! Theres no sensor, they use monitoring on the pump pressure to detect when you exit or move in the bed. The night light that has motion sensors in the frame is the pump detecting a pressure change then activates the single light in the head/ middle of the bed and it turns on. So what if I roll over, or scoot closer to my partner? Yes it will turn on at every movement. They say, turn off the feature if it turns on randomly.... This is only a small list of my personal issues on top of not being able to return the frame due to being lied about the features of the frame and the horrible noises it makes from just rolling over in the bed. I weigh 144 and am 6ft. So I doubt my weight causes the legs to be that weak, unless the metal is really that cheap! Be warned research allot before you buy. I have an adjustable frame for 1800 for sale if you want it because I dont. I sent the bed and its features back but they wont take the frame. How about the sleep IQ? And the heart rate variability, heart rate, or even the breath rate? How can it measure the pulse from the heart without electrical connections? Or even measure the respirations per minute?? Oh thats right from a full body sensor that doesnt exist!! I took this bed apart, I have pictures, videos. I put a box of wood on the bed, guess what. I got a sleep number of 79 on that 3hr sleep season! Lies lies lies! There are real beds or there that measure actual medical stats but they are expensive. Trust my review my wife spent 5000 on this bed. Its not worth it. There are better air beds and companies out there. Research and dont be dumb like me. Dont buy in on the gimmicks, your smarter than that. If it seems to good to be true, guess what, it is!!👍

I love my new sleep number bed but I really miss the built-in massager that my old one had they need to start putting them back on the adjustable bed

Husband and I had a wonderful experience at this store. Our salesman was friendly, patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We got our numbers and were able to try out all of the beds in the showroom, along with the different bases available. Also got to try out different pillows as well, along with some of the extra features for the beds (foot warmer, cool/heat bed layer). My favorite thing about our whole experience... absolutely no pressure to purchase anything! We did purchase a bed and the process was quick and simple. They scheduled a delivery date that worked for us, and a week later our bed was delivered and set up. So our experience with Sleep Number in its entirety has been absolutely fantastic!

Kewuan was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He showed us different models and explained all the differences . He listened to our needs with no pressure to purchase . We did end up finding our perfect combination and did end up purchasing . Would definitely recommend this store and Kewuan as a specialist.

Miss Tonea, was a delightful person! She was knowledgeable & professional in helping me choose the mattress that I thought would best fit my needs. I have only had the bed for two nights, but it has eliminated the issues that sent me looking for a Sleep Number bed! I have arthritis in both hip joints and was waking up several times a night because of pain. The first two nights have been gloriously free of pain! Also, wonderfully comfortable. I cant comment on the usefulness of the Sleep IQ Technology. I dont have the right kind of internet connectivity to use it properly. LOVE the bed!!!!

My wife and I started looking for a bed that we know would last us a long time. Naturally we wanted to shop around. Our first stop was sleep number here in Wichita Falls. When we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile by Karen. Karen welcomed us to here store and immediately made us feel like we were at home. Karen took interest in my 6 month old son and also my wife by asking their names and getting to know them. Karen did an awesome presentation that was designed to our needs. Karen asked questions to figure out exactly what we wanted. I did a lot of research online before coming and Karen showed her appreciation for the research I did. Although I did my own research Karen gave me knowledge that I didnt know. Feature function benefit is crucial in sales and she did a fantastic job. When leaving Karen gave us a booklet with information and also her contact information. We then went to two other stores. Our visit at sleep number was about an hour long. We only stayed in the other stores for about 10 min. When my wife and talked about what we liked and wanted to buy we both decided we wanted the M7 it beat all the other beds but our main reason for us wanting to do business with sleep number is Karen. I may be only 26 years old but I have been in sales for long enough to know that the experience you give to your customers/clients makes a difference.
