In store service is so friendly. When someone does not know answer they walk you to someone that may know. Dismissing you with I do not know, or pointing finger in direction to go find someone else. Thank you ladys for extended service with showing me how to move around for online order and delivery to your store for item not in store.

I really love our local Bed Bath & Beyond. It is always kept up and clean. They usually have excellent sales as well! I was so happy to hear that theyve gone back to honoring expired coupons. Cuz sometimes you just cant make it when the coupon is active! The managers are always so helpful and Johnny on the spot. They always have nice people working the front desk as well. I hope our Bed Bath & Beyond stays in Wichita Falls for a long long time ago

The thing I like most about this place is the customer service. They are very good with returns, with our without a receipt. Things are a little more expensive here, but they usually have better quality products.If youre registering for a wedding, I highly recommend doing it here. They are very flexible when it comes to returning items from your registry. They will even allow you a cash option.

Love this Store. I only go shopping here if I have plenty of time. I enjoy all the best things and gadgets for the kitchen. They sell several kinds of candles. I love the CIRCLE E brand. They have lovely bedding and specialty items such as rugs and other things that are extra special. If you need electric razors or lighted makeup mirrors, you will find a great selection.

Always like going to these stores. Clean, friendly a d well organized store.

I purposely went in there for 4 items but they didnt have what I was looking for.On top of that they have a huge sign saying Mask Required but there was a male employee that didnt have a mask on.If a store require its costumers to wear a mask the employees should too!!!

I enjoy shopping here so much. I want one of everything Every time I enter. Im usually looking for something specific but not always. The employees are always very helpful if you need it but they dont harass or hound you if you just wanna browse. I usually take awhile to browse through everything since you might not know you needed something till you come across it!!!

Love to just walk around the whole store and see whats new. They have great sales people who will help you find what you need.

I cannot run in & out of this store no matter what! I have to look at everything because theyve got such cool stuff! I need all of it too!! I particularly enjoy the kitchen section with all the nifty little gadgets & gizmos! The store wasnt very busy which was nice so I could browse through the store. The employees, as always were extremely friendly and helpful with anything you might possibly need. If youve ever got a little extra time stop in and wonder around and see we what you find.

They did not have my product in stock. The clerk who helped me was very nice.

Staff were pleasant and assisted me in looking for products I wanted. The only problem I encountered was the store did neat have its scented lotions. There were sprays, candles, scent diffusers, and scented hand soap but jo lotions.

Picked up a hold item for a family member. Very helpful, curteous, friendly n refreshing. Store was warm temp wise. Felt a bit stuffy. Otherwise wonderful service.

Staff here is very nice, and their clearance section sometimes has some good deals. I often find that their prices are much higher than what I can find elsewhere on the same product, but I suppose thats why they send so many coupons!

Recently my under the counter can opener quit working had the pleasure of working with the staff at Bed Bath & Beyond he went above and beyond thats they, meanby Beyond yoto help me get a replacement there was not one stock they offered to order me one they offered to apply coupons if I had one and to try to get it to me as soon as possible even during the Christmas holidays when a great experience thank you Bed Bath & Beyond staff Logan was great. Thanks also to his Co worker, but I did not get her name.
