Yea like most things in Wichita falls our version of Sephora is pathetic. Its the size of a small restroom and because of some very ignorant shoplifters all products are either nailed down or the sales person is stepping on your feet watch you as you turn in a circle in the tiny store. Order online save yourself the aggravation
I take my daughter and girlfriend here and just because we dress in dark close and death metal T-Shirts, the employees fallow us around constantly and are always thinking we steal stuff. I used to be an AP so I know what they are doing and it gets agitating. I understand they need to watch the products but dont always judge people based on how they look. We have spent alot of money there and have since stopped because they always think we are being malicious when that is far from the truth.
JCPenneys was great... I saved over $90 with all their sales they had going on.
Not much for dazzle make-up but great quality but not much on quanity.
BRITTANY IS AWESOME!!! SHE IS SO SWEET, and has made me look and feel beautiful. Her advice is great and she loves her job. I am 55 years old and she makes me look 30 again. Love this girl!
My daughter and I were shopping for make-up and we where very pleased with the customer service we received. Especially from the young lady by the name of Britney. She was very knowledgeable about the product. If you had a bad experience before give them another try.
I came to buy foundation. I thought that I would get help with matching it but when I asked for help I was told that she couldnt help me because she was busy doing inventory. I should of known the service was going to be TRASH because I was never greeted or acknowledged the whole time I was there.
Store has a very dull energy, employees are no enthusiastic or knowledgeable in products.
I took my mom here while she was in town to get her a nice powder foundation. I asked who I assume is the manager to help color match, and if she could go ahead and put the foundation on my moms entire face since we had more errands to run. She very rudely told me “no” and told me I’d have to purchase $50 of makeup and make an appointment for a makeover. As far as I know, Sephora offers mini makeovers which are supposed to be free and accepted as walk-ins. The lady was also very snooty and condescending during the entire interaction. I’ve been to many Sephora’s and this is the worst service I’ve ever had. If she is the manager, they need to consider replacing her.On the other hand, all the other interactions I’ve had there have been with Brittany and she’s always been super helpful and happy to answer any questions. She’s awesome!
I had a very poor experience here, I scheduled an appointment two days before my senior pictures were scheduled and was told when I arrived that my name hadnt even been taken down in their schedule book. By the time they had told me that I only had 30 minutes to find someone to do my makeup. Luckily I went to Dillards in the same mall, they understood the situation and were able to fit me in and did a fine job. 10/10 would recommend Dillards, 0/10 on Sephora. I would like to give 0 stars, but in order to post a review I have to give at least 1 star..
The stock was extremely low for almost everything I needed. The store is very small and tends to be messy. I went in looking for a particular eye liner and they didn’t carry it. The staff is friendly, but there is only so much you can do. I NEVER thought I’d say this, but you’ll be better off at Ulta in WF.
If I could put 0 starts I would. This place has the worst customer service. The only reason I continue to come here is because there are makeup products that are exclusive to this store. I prefer Ulta’s customer service over these girls. They never greet me when I walk in. They never ask if I need help. They just don’t acknowledge that I’m there. Most Sephora’s can have bad customer service because they think they are above everyone else, but this place is the worse I’ve seen by far. The company needs to really do something about the way they train their employees and just choose better employees overall. I usually don’t review places but this one needed it. If you are wanting something from Sephora I would order online or go to the Metroplex instead.
Some of the nicest employees here...there was only 1 employee & she was helping another client but still made her way to ask if I needed any help & paid attention to the front to see when people were ready to check out.
Love the makeup there
No one seems to answer the number given for Sephora, and when they finally do answer they hang up on you. Rude customer service, they need to answer their phone calls and hire some better employees.
