There is a one star review from a Dustin Block from a year ago. Something is terribly wrong. It speaks of things that do not exist at all at English Pharmacy. Uncaring doctor?Old cold building? Rude staff? Uncomfortable seats? This is obviously a review of some sort of medical facility that IS NOT English Pharmacy as none of his complaints exist at all and never have . The review should be removed as it is somehow either in serious error or is some sick individual who indeed is in need of medical help. I plan on less than five minutes for being well served at English. In assisting an elderly person that does not wish to change her pharmacy and uses the chain store pharmacies. I set aside a good 30 minutes to deal with them. If people knew what I know about English Pharmacy after years of use, the line would be out the door and down the street. This is not to mention it is locally owned and has been since the day it opened decades ago.

English Pharmacy has to be one of THE best pharmacies I have ever dealt with; if not, it is the ABSOLUTE best. I have worked in a pharmacy before and I work with pharmacies often in my job, and you will be hard pressed to find a better one. The staff and owner truly value your business and you as a person. You arent just another number like the big stores!

I recently got so frustrated with the lack of competency and poor customer service at one of the large chain Pharmacies that I researched other pharmacies in town and nearly everyone I asked and reviewed their ratings said English Pharmacy is hands down the best, most prompt and efficient pharmacy around! Even better was the raves about their personalized care, greeting you by name as soon as you walk in. Will call you when your prescriptions are ready and their customer service cant be beat! They really seem to care about their patients and ensure we are given appropriate information about our meds. I immediately switched my family to English Pharmacy and Im so glad I did! Just wish I had done this sooner! They get an A+ in all areas! Plus they have lovely gift items to choose from as well. They treat you with respect, dignity and kindness!

The building is way too cold the seats are very uncomfortable the staff is very rude and you wait 45 minutes to speak with a doctor who looks at you for 10 minutes and charges you an arm and a leg
