My first time here was 3 years ago and i still remember the experience like it was yesterday!! All the females were extremely rude and had their nose turned up at me. The man polite. Will never give them another penny of my money.

I like how Niki braids hair I havent been to her shop in a long time..I rather for her to do my micros before anybody else my edges dont come out..like the shop on woodland

All of my experiences have been great! The prices never changed for me and I was always able to schedule at great times! All of my styles were Ghana braid style both neat and even. If you are natural though (4c), make sure your hair is already prepped and easy to comb! I recommend.

Ive been going to Nikki for years to get my hair braided and always leave with results I like. They are always nice and kind to everybody that walks in all the times Ive been there. I will continue to give them my business and recommend others.

Terrible I walked in after being ask to wear my mask ok no big deal 30 seconds later the lady comes to me and asked me to leave my purse at the front i told her absolutely not I will take my bag out to my truck I just couldn’t bring myself to spend money where I didn’t feel welcomed

I told the lady I wanted feed in braids and clearly showed a picture and she did Guanna braids...feed ins and Guanna braids are 2 different things. Then to top it off before she started to do my hair I picked the hair I wanted in my head, she took that hair and got a different kind only because I said I wanted the color on the end and she put the color all over my head...ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !

I went into the store saw a wig I was interested in, I asked if I could try it on and she stated, If I buy it, I could try it on. The lady told me to get out I left and will never be back!!!Pam D

If I could give them less than 1 star, I really would. They appear to be nice at first, but thats an act. Originally on the phone I was told that senegalese twist would be $140. So I thought about it for a day. The following day I called and made an appointment and was told that it will be $180. I didnt even bother arguing about the price because Im willing to pay for quality work (or so I thought). Ha jokes on me! I went in on Friday and had to go back in the following Monday due to 2 twists unravelling over the weekend. Then 4 days later I had 3 twists come completely out and noticed that in the back of my head the twists were much bigger and shorter than the rest of my hair! For $200 (including the hair I bought from them) this was unacceptable. When I went in to confront them about my hair the oldest lady there laughed while yhe other 2 that were there attempted to get loud with me. Im not even going to go into detail on what happened after that. Just know I will NEVER go back to this store or recommend them to anyone. I am one to take time to take care of my hair and when I tell you, I could have taken extra precaution to care for my twists and that still wouldnt of helped. Ive had my hair up now going on 2 weeks and it looks like Ive had it up for a month the way its been unravelling. I support black businesses, but them DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! If youre going to spend $200 for braids or twists avoid this place at all costs.*I could not figure out how to post my pictures. So if anyone wants to see pictures of this mess. I got my very first sew in here and it was just awful i said i wanted no leave out because my hair doesnt match (because i got purple pink and black hair and my hair was black/ mahogany red) and they gave me leave out at the top anyway. And in the end i could still see tracks, i couldnt put my hair up in a pony tail or a bun it didnt look realistic at all. I wouldve been better off with a wig.

The owners are very nice people. Nikki is the best when it comes to doing braids and she is very talented.

About a month ago I took my two teenage daughters to get a sew-in with leave out and it was cute after they had finished but they braids started loosing up on them after a week. One day later we was oiling their hair and scalp and I realized their braids was braided backwards instead of going around their head like the tracks. Today we taking them down and realized that they have the full tracks (uncut) to fit the style UNEXCEPTABLE!!! Basically they just piIed the hair in!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET THAT THEY HALF ASSED THEIR HAIR BECAUSE I PAID $120 A PIECE FOR EACH AND THAT DONT INCLUDE THE BUNDLE PACKS I BOUGHT OF HUMAN HAIR. RIDICULOUS SERVICE! WILL NOT BE REFERRING NO ONE TO THEM BUT WILL ADVISE THEM NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME/MONEY!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The owner had to close the store to use the restroom, guess I was the wrong color for a customer.

They do not stay open until 10pm should really fix store hours on website.👎

If I were you I’d stay away from this place. The owners are rude and talk over you when you’re trying to ask/inform them of something. I just left this place and will not be coming back. Wish I could leave no stars.
