Laguna Sounds incorrectly hooked up my remote wire in a loop to take the easy way out. After they had quoted me a 3 hour job and took over 7 hours to finish. The young gentleman ensured me everything was hooked up correctly and that no power would be drawn from my amp while the car was off. My car will die if not driven everyday to keep my battery charged. Definitely do not recommend going to their shop, even though i had good work done under different management. My vehicle will go to 316 Customs and be fixed correctly.

LSA is AMAZING! They replaced my radio in my corolla a couple years ago. I just went back and they put bluetooth into my current car! They are super reliable and quick. Their prices are better than anywhere else! I absolutely love them!EDIT: the Bluetooth worked EXCEPT somehow they installed it so that it is draining my battery. Unfortunately I had to have several mechanics look at it until they just had to unplug the fuse. Now my battery is fine, but I wasted $250 on Bluetooth audio.

Had them put all new speakers, sub, and stereo into vehicle - told it would cost around $800 - three trips back and I had paid $2,000. To this day I still cant make phone calls through the stereo, my backup camera no longer works and I have no Sirius/XM radio - this was over 6 months ago - I quit calling as every time I called they said well get back to you tomorrow. Unfortunate service as each rep was kind to your face and certainly was led to believe they had high quality work. The one star is because the sub woofer and speakers sound great.

I dropped my vehicle off on Friday And they said it would cost me $400 to put it in a battery and run 0 gauge wire from The battery back Monday came around and they did not have my car ready make sure that they need pieces but they said that my car was going to be good and work to be good and working on Tuesday Tuesday came around and left Tuesday came around and left still no car oh car they ran my speaker wire backwards theyre backwards and it wasnt working Wednesday finally came around I got my car and and the wiring is all messed up yeah Irene is all messed up I have to rewire it 3 wire it and now its $650 down the drain I had to take it over to a friend shop and that knows more about subs than they do Do not go there do not waste your time

This place took care of me for a whole year calibrating my ignition interlock. while I was there I upgraded my sound system at the time of installation they replaced my head unit and speakers really fast and i upgraded my head unit again my self and i found they did a really clean job and made easy for me change out the unit for a more expensive touch screen. this place sparked my enthusiasm for really loud sound systems

We were having issues with our stereo system so I called around, they were one of the most polite and knowledgeable places I spoke to. He told me to go in next day when they open, my husband had taken it in first thing and only had to wait for one person in front of him. 20 minutes and $50 later they had fixed it, the stereo system sounds amazing and they made it so easy! Will definitely reccomend them to everybody!

Ok so i went to laguna sounds on meridian street.. i have a sub and a amp i needed a new sterio, the wiring and a box for my sub. I was told it would caust 730.⁰⁰ for it all and to install it all. Well about 4 hours later after sitting there waiting he came and told me he couldnt get the steering wheel controls to work he said he had a different sterio that would make the steering wheel controls work but it was 100.⁰⁰ more so i said ok thats fine go ahead and do it well 1 more hour goes by and he comes out and tells me that he still didnt get the steering wheel controls to work he told me i could come back on wednesday and he would get it working. So i paid for everything $830.⁰⁰ even the steering wheel controls bc he said he will get it working wednesday. So i went out to my car and the heads up display on my car is broke and i told him that its broke hes asking what heads up diplay and im explaining it to him and he says oh yah i rememeber seeing that on, so then he brings my car back into the shop and this time im sitting in my car he takes out the radio hooks up the old one to see if the heads up display will would again and it didnt... he ether sat something on the buttons or he leaned on them and it made the plastic break in the heads up display and i told him that. He told me why dont you go to my friends shop he wont charge you too much to fix it and i said are you going to pay for it bc your the one that broke it and he said no, he said i should have told him to be careful by those bottons and i said well i figured if youve been doing this for 20+ years you would know not to set something on buttons or lean on them in a vehicle... well then after he said no hes not paying for it i told him to give me the $100.⁰⁰ back for the steering wheel controls and he said what no why and i said bc im never coming back here again if you cant pay for what you broke so he gave me the 100.⁰⁰ back bc the steering wheel controls dont work and then i left. I had to order a new heads up display which was $284.¹⁰And now i will have to pay for labor to have someone install it.

Daughter was there all day.They couldnt hook the stereo up to the steering wheel.Then they broke the heads up display.Then doesnt offer to pay to have it fixed.I wouldnt recomend nobody to go here.I will be calling an attorney tomorrow.Poor business.
