I came in to fix a cracked screen and these guys really out did it. Not only did they repair the screen but they went ahead and fix the entire casing around my 21 ultra since it was a scratched on all four corners. Will recommend you guys to others thank you for the outstanding work!

I will not go back. They took almost 2 weeks to fix a broken screen on my tablet. When I called to check on it they couldn’t find it! It took them 5-10 minutes to even locate my name and my tablet just to inform me it was gonna take longer. My power button and my finger scanner/ home button do NOT work!!!! I have to push very hard just to get my tablet to turn on. It has been malfunctioning bad since I have had it back from them. I have had it back for about 2 weeks and it’s horrible! I will never refer anyone to them. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Took an Iphone XR in that was water resistant but had a cracked screen. They fixed the screen, but they failed to say by fixing the screen they would be voiding the water resistance. One month later, and littlest bit of water ruined the phone. Found out my phone was ruined because of lack of communication. Unprofessional and will tell others of my experience.

Would not recommend for iPhone repairs. Paid $180 to have an iPhone XR screen replaced. The business website implies repairs are on par with OEM repairs (see pic) thus I assumed the repair would have the same water protection as an Apple repair but learned the hard way that assumption was incorrect. A couple of months after the repair the phone got wet and stopped working and uBreakiFix was zero assistance. Take your iPhones to Best Buy (an apple authorized facility) for repairs.And for non-iPhones??…considering we were never warned of the loss of OEM water resistance….recommend looking elsewhere for repair facility that is upfront on their limitations.

Went two stores and the first did not have the parts needed to fix my phone. They did call another location and let us know we were coming and gave us directions quickly. At the second store they were very personable and were quick to help with a quick and complete turnaround to repair.

My partner shattered the screen of her phone, so I brought the phone in for a replacement screen. It was incredibly busy, but the customer service provided by Ian really made the experience go by quickly and easily. He explained the repair process for me and even recommended a couple phone case brands to check out that will fit the needs for my phone and my partners phone. Dalton, the person who repaired the screen, did a great job as well. They explained to me that the repair was harder due to a break in the plastic casing, but the results didnt show that. The repaired screen looks the same as my phone, which has the original screen on it. I experienced kindness and excellent customer service the entire trip, and I am very happy with the results. If we have any more issues with our tech, we will definitely return here!

I had a power surge hit my home which damaged several monitors. Timely and affordable cellphone repair. Got a new back glass on my Pixel 3XL within 2 hours. They even had the back glass I needed in stock, so I didnt even have to schedule the repair to have it done so quickly! Blown away by their customer service and attention to detail. I had a broken cell phone and couldnt unlock it, so all of my pictures were going to be lost to my new phone, but UbreakIfix was able to access my pictures on the broken phone and get them loaded onto my new one. My phone locked up completely, couldnt even get into it to reset. Eric got a little frustrated, but managed to save a lot of my content and got a factory reset. Total time, less than 40 minutes. Yeah. I have to put a lot back in, but I dont have to buy a new phone. Best phone service Ive ever had. Ive been a mobile phone user for over 20 years and havent broken a lot, but even minor problems have always taken a LOT longer to fix. If I have other problems, I will use them again and WILL recommend to anyone needing phone repair. And if I could, Id add another star to the review.

Did an amazing job fixing my screen! Did a time slot for 7am-9am came before 9 and fixed my screen in less than 30min. I believe his name was Drew or Dylan, pretty awesome / professional guy made small talk while fixing the screen and played pretty awesome piano music. Would recommend to everyone.

I set my phone down on a trailer and forgot it. When I got home and realized what I had done, we used “find iPhone” to track it. We found it in someone’s dumpster. It was crushed! It still rang and connected to the cellular network (hence the ability to track it), but the screen was unresponsive, lcd was broken, and the lightning port wouldn’t connect. I did not have it backed up to the cloud. Thankfully the techs at uBreakiFix were able to piece together parts to the old phone and upload all my data to the cloud so that I could have all my pictures, texts, contacts, etc.! What a relief!

This was my first experience of using uBreakiFix for my iPhone. Everyone was knowledgeable but I have a few minor things I’d like to share. I understood someone would call me if a battery had to be replaced for an additional charge plus I didn’t get a call when my phone was fixed. I gave them my landline number, but they called my iPhone which they had and left a message. I also don’t think my coupon was deducted from the cost. Even after all of this I will still use them in the future.

I love this place. They have made multiple repairs for me and they have always done an excellent job. Their customer service is amazing!!!! Update* they have once again not disappointed me! I had a piece break off in my phone charger yesterday. I could not get it out. Ran to these guys and the incredibly nice guy had it fixed for me in 30 seconds! Update: They took the phone back in and it charged perfectly. I took it home and it also is charging perfectly. The issue was not seen so I either have an unknown how to reproduce issue or it randomly occurs and there is not a test for it (if it is a motherboard issue they do not as of yet have test equipment to diagnose). Either way, it is working great now for now.Original: The pixel phone still does not charge correctly on chargers that work for other phones. I was told everything was working properly after the battery replacement.

Brought my sons Nintendo switch in to have the charger port fixed/ replaced. Prior of taking the switch to them I was using it and noticed the battery life was low so I put it in the docking station.After about an hour my son got home from school and said it didnt work, I noticed the charging port was messed up due to wires being crushed in there....Took to ubreakifix on the same day and several days later they said they replaced the charging port, but they couldnt fix it that the switch wouldnt even turn on so their for they believe the mother board is bad. They told me they are returning me the switch back to me on its original condition that they received it.... I am So furious with them.It worked just fine before I took it to them other than the charger port, and I know I have no way to prove that it worked fine prior to them before THEY broke it. Stay away from these guys.Update... they fixed my switch after they found my 1 star negative review. Asked if I could change the rating.... since they fixed it I give them 3 stars.

Im satisfied with my screen repair, it would truly be an impressive service if they cleaned my phone a bit as well, I was slightly disappointed when I got it back dirty with some adhesive on the back. Overall though, the employees were kind and charismatic, made me feel comfortable with leaving my phone there.

When I initially dropped off my Macbook on May 29th it was promised to be fixed in 7-10 days.On June 22nd I received an email stating it was ready for pickup. Upon my arrival the screen was replaced but there was a popping/clicking noise that was not previously there. The employee said that should not be there and blamed a subcontractor and said he would send it back to them.For the next month and a half I would repeatedly call 1-2 times per week asking for an update and most times would be told that a representative would call me back with a status update later that afternoon, most times, they did not. More often than not, I would have to physically come to the store to actually get someone to answer my questions.Finally on July 28th I received a call that my Macbook was ready for pickup. When I arrived this time I checked it over and the entire keyboard, which had been 100% functional on drop off, was unresponsive. They promised this would be fixed in 2-3 days. It was not ready for another 7 days.Finally on August 5th, *68 Days* after initial drop-off, I received a call that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the keyboard was functional again, and the screen was replaced but the popping/clicking sound was still there and the employee informed me there was nothing they could do about it despite it not having been an issue when the computer was dropped off on May 29th.Overall this was an overwhelmingly negative experience due to repeated failed repairs or repairs that caused other problems, but especially due to the lack of communication and attempts to blame a subcontracted company, frankly its not the consumers problem if youre having those issues. Then initial repair was quoted as taking 7-10 days. In the end it was roughly 10x as long and was still not fully fixed. Other than empty apologies the manager took a measly $100 off what was already over a $500 repair.I will not be returning with future repairs and would never recommend this to anyone.

I would not go here unless all you need is a screen fixed, and even then I would be weary. I took my iPhone here for a Diagnostic and it turned into a wasted day, and argumentative and combative employees. They tried to diagnose a motherboard problem as a battery problem wanted $130 for that, and said they dont care if it even fixes the issue. I just wanted the phone fixed, and diagnosed. Instead, they just offered to replaced the battery, (WHICH WOULD DO NOTHING) and then tried to tell me information that I TOLD THEM about the device, acting as if they had found something. The entire experience was comical, and frustrating. They didnt offer to actually fix the issue, and the employees need serious training on customer service. I think all their time they spend in their parents basement is really inhibiting their people skills. This is incredibly disappointing, and is a bunch of millennial dressing up as a repair shop. I would not recommend.

I had gone to the cell phone fix-it place by my house that is gone to several times. I needed to fix my son’s Samsung Galaxy s7 so he could trade it in on the newest upgrade.It was going to cost $435.00 and I’d have to wait a week for them to get the silver screen ordered.My son looked up other places and found uBreakiFix, we went there and they could fix it in a few hours, had the screen on hand, PLUS put in a brand new battery, new charging port, all for a total of $290.99.It was amazing work. I have had so many issues with trying to get my phone fixed through my carrier and through Apple. I walked in fully expecting to be turned away due to the fact that my back glass is also broken and every other place I went to said they wouldn’t even though the phone because they were afraid to mess with the back glass. I walked in at 12 noon and had my iPhone in hand, with a brand new front screen and a glass screen protector after only about an hour. Superb customer service when I took the phone in, and when I picked it up. I highly recommend the west location in new market square just because they treated me so well.Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wish they offered a longer warranty (past the 6 months they offer when you get their app) I was willing to pay for it too. But you can’t have everything!

I was initially pretty upset because I had been quoted a particular price and then was called later to be told that that quote was a mistake. But the owner called me and offered me the original quote back to fix my device. They really want to go out of their way to make the customers happy.
