Fast, friendly and affordable. I was able to get my phone repaired the same day. I felt like the manager understood the issue I was having with my cell phone. He went the extra mile to remove all the adhesive from the back of my phone to make sure the back would stick securely when he re-sealed it. I will come back here whenever necessary, and I recommend this shop to anyone.

Way over priced charged me 20 dollars jus to tell me my tablet needs charged duh idiot and wanted to charge me 70 bucks for a new battery said nope went an got a new tablet for 139 never even ask them for the time they will charge you for it

Holy moly. This place has the speed of a NASCAR pit stop and the friendliness of a Chic-fil-a visit. I showed up with a new phone and the gentleman asked a few questions, recommended a case, added the screen protector, got a quick charger and I was out the door a few minutes later. Justin is Outstanding! He has always been extremely personable and well-versed in his businesss products, as well as repairs. CPR has expertly repaired all 3 of my kids phones & tablets from having to be replaced. I am only rating CPR a 4 bc we havent been able to get needed products in stock or delivered due to lack of inventory brought on my the pandemic.

This place is a little pricey but the staff was excellent and very polite. I dont remember the young mans name but he was working Sunday and opened at 1pm. He can help anyone with fixing or getting what you need for your cell phone. He is very smart with computers, he works and builds computers. He said he gets it from his father. Very respectful young man, go see him and let him help you.

In May I had curb side service to put a screen protector my new series 5 Apple Watch. I got the ZAGG Glass Fusion- very thin and a great option. The worker brought it into the store and put the new screen protector on. I paid for it. Fast forward 6 months, my toddler dropped my watch on the tile floor, the screen shattered. No big deal except when I brought it in to have the screen protector replaced I found out a screen protector WAS NEVER PUT ON MY WATCH. Even though I paid for it. Their staff is extremely rude and condescending. I feel like I was conned. I do not recommend, the Staff didnt install the screen protector and have no remedy for the mistake. The staff member also refused to wear a mask with customers in the store.

I learned you can go to best buy and have them install your screen protector. But what you dont get is the level of service, precision of installation and warranty that you can with CPR. Jarius and Justin very professional and do stellar work. So dont waste your time getting screen protectors anywhere else. Support local pros. You can go in and get your warranty replacement in just few minutes at CPR. Thanks for the help guys.

I dont think I walked into a place expecting the worst, then leaving feeling like i got the best. I had never heard of the place before, but best buy recommended them.Back story: I just bought my phone and the providing company applied the screen protector for me. (Youd think an authorized phone provider would be trained for this. ) apparently not. So the screen protector wasnt straight and had so many bubbles. I just bought a brand new phone and I didnt even want to look at it because it looked so bad. I left so upset. I thought okay, best buy is like 50 ft away, maybe they can help. After explaining the situation, they said unfortunately we cant help you but we would recommend trying CPR before giving up. I was discouraged but why not. I walked in and was kindly greeted by two employees. I explained the situation to them, and they had no problems fixing it. I have never been more proud of a company for their dedication and kind assistance.

Where in this world, in this century, do you get a 30 minute turn-around ... and without an appointment? Needed a complicated battery-swap ... im geeky, but heat-to-unseal my galaxy S7 was NOT a novice pipe dream. These guys were very polite, to the whole group of us suffering pending-withdrawal-from-cells. This will be my go-to place whenever my electronics overreach my ability! I used the Eastgate location woohoo!

Very satisfied with my repair job. Needed my rear camera replaced on my Moto Z2 Force and other mobile repair stores wouldnt even touch it. CPR Mobile repair did it for a fair price and with excellent costumer service. Cam at the Wichita Kellogg East location was great.

Amazing service! Jared was very nice, helpful, and paid careful attention to the concerns I had over my broken phone and the data that had to be recovered. Only took one day for them to recover data from an iphone with a battery/screen/and other things that were damaged by water. Would recommend it for anyone needing a phone repair!
