This is the BEST GameStop in town! Perhaps all of Kansas!! The staff is always friendly and willing to help find the gaming items Im looking for. They are NOT pushy with regards to the sales they are expected to make They, instead, help me see what options are available and at what cost and let ME make the decision! Robert, Nate, and Rachel do an amazing job of getting to know their customers, making sure their store is a clean and friendly environment, and that each of their customers feel welcomed! I look forward to seeing more staff come back on a regular basis, because the whole team there have the same mindset! Cannot rate this store high enough! Go see these guys for all your specialty gaming needs!

As a long term gamer, gamestop has always been my go to for a lot of my purchases. This store is awesome with their employees willing to help me find new games to try and helping me acquire any specific game I may be looking for. As much as there is online to purchase, I will always start by going here first to try and find what I need. Love this store.

Workers are very pushy with deals they have and its hard to walk around and just look without questions from employees. One employee was rude to me because I did not like the games he likes. Most of the time they do have the game Im looking for.

Besides the Xbox 360 Lego videos games and old school Nintendo, I didnt know much about video games and these people were more than happy to help with my stupid questions. The amount of money spent on video games and those little five nights at Freddie dolls was a lot but I cant imagine how much would have been spent if everything was bought brand new. Btw, I never had issues with the scratched discs except for after they were played with by my own children, their friends and even myself, and not put up correctly. I believe they even have a warrenty on everything you buy. You make money selling your old gaming stuff here, but you wont make as much selling on Craigslist or elsewhere. If you are selling your games to pay for rent or bills, go elsewhere. If you are not playing with your games anyways, I suggest bring them here. Not sure what these people give for gaming stuff nowadays but they buy older gaming stuff too.

Place was organized and clean. It was a pretty quick trip, in and out. Pre-ordered a game for my husband for his birthday today. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because they only had one person working there and had just opened and they were very busy. They answered two calls and helped two customers in the five minutes I was there.They handled it very well and was helpful and polite, but it showed poorly on the business that they would set their employees up in a way that they didnt have the proper staffing support.

Was grabbing a movie from store across the way, and wanted to ask a question. The clerk working had 2 people ahead of me, yet failed to acknowledge my presence as he was chatting for 20 mins with a customer whom seemed to be more like a friend, because before I got fed up both the clerk, the customer, and another customer go in the back room. I worked retail for 10 yrs, and Ive never treated anyone with such disregard, disrespect one of the most appalling experiences Ive dealt with, and will not go back to this location!

I use to like this store and never had an issue until today. In 2018 I bought my son a PS4. It was used and came with a warranty. So fast forward 6 months, I had an issue and returned it to the store and a nice gentleman exchanged it with no issues. He placed a gamestop sticker on it and said if I had any other issues with the new one, to bring it back. Okay so today I brought it back in the same store and the employee named Robert, said I did not purchase the ps4 from hane stop and got it somewhere else. Okay, remember, I did not buy new, I bought used. So whoever sold the ps4 to gamestop probably did buy it someplace else, but that isnt my problem. I asked him to look it up in the system to see I got it from them and he refused. I called customer service and they were no help either, said she will send me a receipt to take in the store. How will this help me when Robert claims I didnt buy it from them. Thanks Game stop

Bought some headphones that were supposed to be new! had a lot of static and the mic was clearly defaulted so we returned and got the same pair from target and then we knew for sure the other headphones definitely had been opened

Helpful, friendly staff and the store is organized and clean. Parking is usually pretty good, though it’s shared with other stores. Overall, a great experience. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend you check it out!

Ive been a GameStop customer since they first opened. With that being said I am disgusted by the policy of not taking cash. The teller was very rude about it and when I asked where the sign was it literally was so small I couldnt read it when I walked in. I just dont understand why they wont take cash. He hands everyone a receipt, whats the difference. This company has been my go to for games but I just dont understand why I cant pay in cash! A sale is a sale no matter the currency! I can say I will be looking elsewhere for my consoles and games from now on

I called the store to see of they had a game for my son. The employee on the phone checked their inventory system first then personally verified it was in stock (without me asking him to do so). It seems minor, but I appreciated the extra effort -- especially considering how busy they were when I later went to buy the game. The store seemed clean and well-organized, and the employee who rang me up (the same I had spoke to on the phone) was again friendly and helpful. I dont do a lot of gaming but would readily patronize this store again in the future.

Very good service I went in to buy a new game system I was greeted as soon as I got in. Within the first 3 minutes a employee asked if I needed some help he helped me out. I felt as if the employee that was helping me was rushing me a little but overall good service.

The workers here are very friendly! I collect Funko Pops and they searched up for me where the nearest one was and even gave me a list of them of a bunch of them! Same with the video games. They also have a lot of Anime merch which is very nice! A very friendly place.

Had my original x box one cord give up on me. Their staff answered the phone and had the answers to all my questions. They let me come by and opened a new power cord and hdmi to make sure my console was working properly! It was a good enough experience for me, that rather than using Amazon for half the price, I purchased the cord at full retail.

Assistant store leader is very rude! I have been waiting over 3 months to get my PlayStation 4 replaced. Now its at the store and he wont even give it to us. I am about to call consumer fraud and the Better Business Bureau and Kake on your side in the morning if I dont get it today!!! We have been faithful customers of this store for years and I am sickened that they would have such an employee working for them and treating customers the way he does. I wont go in to details enough said!

The help and knowledge of the different game systems were amazing. They helped my brother pick out a 3ds xl and helped him pick out the games that would work for his developmental level. Great place to go to find new and fun games.

The store manager refused to let me return my Brand New-In-Box Xbox One X Console, even though I had read the return policy online and on the receipt. The receipt CLEARLY states that all purchases made in the holiday window were able to be returned until January 15th. Upon reading this to him, he said that once I left the store with the new console, it was no longer in new condition. I balked and said thats crazy! All the seals are in place and the package had never been opened. He smugly told me to have a nice day after that. I went to the east side Gamestop and they gladly took it back, without any trouble at all. What are you guys trying to be? A Used car dealership? Super shady. Ill be calling the district manager.

Gamestop will rip you off on any trade ins they can get their hands on. Even if you have a barely used console they will find any way possible to give you less for your money.Ive never been impressed with their discount aka rewards program and eventual people will stop buying physical copies and everything will be online.I prefer going to CD tradepost now as they are more friendly and give a good amount based on their inventory. Im tired of hearing excuses at every Gamestop I go to as they cant provide a good price or offer on trade ins....
