Aaron is worthless and rude as they come. Purchased brand new battery from here and has a warranty of 48 months labeled on battery only. Batter lasted none of these. I called the warranty number on the battery. After moving car to Tulsa had battery tested by Interstate as requested by allpak to do so and to take it to a battery specialist only and was told if I t tested bad givin I was no longer in Wichita they would handle it with Interstate under warranty. They even spoke with them on the phone and told them they would replace it and provided new battery prices at dealer cost with them. They called me back to tell me that was the plan and it would be handled by lunch. 4 hours later Aaron tells me they’re not going to do that now and basically pound sand. BEWARE they will not warranty anything!!!!!! Pay the extra money for a battery with warranty that means something not a sticker and hand written receipt! They do not keep records of what’s sold was last excuse. Run

I have several things that require batteries. This is the only place I go to replace or test them. They have other things as well. Great shop here. The guy that I am guessing is the owner is in there all the time working. Great people here that have helped me over thebpast several years. Great place to get jumper batteries that I give as gifts. Cannot recommend them enough.

I needed a battery for my 1998 Honda Shadow Aero 1100. They had a standard and a AMG battery in stock, which is kind of difficult to find. I chose the AMG battery, it was the better of the two and will last longer. The service was excellent and price was much better than their competitors. Thank you guys, you made my day.

Took truck in for what I thought was a dead battery. Battery was fine but clamp was cracked making a loose connection. $5.00 and 10 minutes later Im off and running. Have used their services for years, I drive across town, passing at least 6 or 7 other dealers on the way because I know the quality of service and products Ill receive when I get there.

Ive been going to the N. Tyler Allpak location for years.From watch & smoke detector batteries, car, truck and marine batteries to the small jumper boosters (the ones that fit conveniently in your glove box for those times you need a jump and dont want to ask anyone), Ive bought it all from Allpak and absolutely wouldnt go anywhere else for my battery needs.Cant say enough how well I have always been treated by Eric at that location. Hes always VERY helpful and has always taken great care of my family and myself.I highly recommend that you try them out!

Great locally run battery store with great prices! Same fellas are usually there, so its nice. Been doing business with them for approximately 11yrs. If they dont have what you need, theyll make it or order it. Easy to spot from the road, easy to get in & out of with plenty of parking.

Took 5 watches in here for new batteries. I had good experiences in the past. 4 watches went fine. I cannot say the same for the 5th watch. He worked on it for 20 minutes before giving back to me and said he couldnt do it. He neglected to tell me that the hands fell off the watch and he could not put them back on until after I questioned him about it. He also did not even replace the battery. This watch came out worse then when I took it in. I had to take it to a jeweler repairer and spend nearly $50 to get it fixed. I understand that things happen but there was not an offer for compensation or discount for the other watches. Now Im just out $50. It cost me more for 1 watch then 4 because of this mishap.

I ordered camera batteries and it took almost 3 weeks to get them in after being told numerous times it would be 3-5 days. After requesting an overnight delivery on a Thurday after waiting two weeks, I was told it would it would still be the following Monday before they arrived. They didnt arrive on Monday either! If you need batteries right now I suggest you either have plenty of time or go elsewhere. On the phone I was told I would be given compensation for the several missed deliveries but upon delivery I was told the owner would give me no compensation for waiting when I needed to use my camera. I made the mistake of paying for the batteries in advance. On a positive note the counter help was friendly.

Was recommended to use this place to have a watch battery replaced. They were kind and quick with their service. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would recommend going to this place to anyone.

I had 2 batteries built there so far and I will continue to go back. Their prices are excellent. The quality is great as well. I use the batteries for airsoft and they custom built both my batteries to fit into my gun perfectly. Their location is 2 blocks away from where I play airsoft as well so if I ever need anything done its never out of my way. The only con is they dont have a lot of staff so when they get busy it can take a couple days for them to get caught up which means you may be stuck waiting on a battery.

Dont buy marine batterys at this store they will not give you the warranty for the battery. Also I bought my battery last may of 2016 they told me the sticker they use to keep track of when i bought it was stamped 2015 which is funny because the guy had a battery that was brand new and not bought yet that was stamped for 2016 which makes it all ready out of warranty so when we asked the guy said that battery was brand new. The 2 people in the store had the worst customer service out of anywhere I have ever been. I have bought batterys there before and had to take they back the next day because right out of the package they were bad and they told me that there was no way they could be dead after fighting with them they finally changed them out which again they were dead. I will never return to this store ever again.
