If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I brought my husband and 2 year old toddler inside of this establishment because it was a hot summer day and I took about 5-10 minutes going back and forth with my husband about whether to repair my iPhone or get a new one and upgrade. The gentleman with a black mask, glasses, and long hair behind the counter rudely told me if I was to continue to converse with my husband then I should go outside. I was going to give this place my business either with a repair or a new phone purchase but because I took 5 min having a conversation with my husband I was rudely told to go outside. Teach your employees some manners and to mind his own business.Reply to owner: And the heat was making my 2 year old son uncomfortable. I didn’t see a sign that I wasn’t allowed to have a conversation in the lobby with my husband. You visibly have a back room the employee could have gone to if he was so uncomfortable. He actually wasn’t the employee assisting us either, it was a short haired, collared shirt, nice gentleman with glasses. Who was patient and polite and even offered to try and get us a deal. We also actually were not having an “argument” at all. We were weighing our options of repair or new purchase. Your employee was annoyed, we weren’t yelling or shouting. Simply going back and forth in conversation. That’s not an acceptable apology. Had you properly trained him, he wouldn’t have intervened and left the conversation to us because it’s none of his business.

Went to this location (21st and Woodlawn) and always have whenever I get a new phone, but this time was probably the best experience ever. The gentleman who helped us, receipt says Josh, was informative about my old phone issues and picking out my new phone that I wanted. Not to mention he was so kind and friendly.Definitely got the best hook-up at this MobileComm!

I went in 15 minutes before they closed today August 27. I was having trouble with my iPhone and I wasnt sure that they could help. However they replaced the battery and charged less money than I was expecting. Works like a charm! The customer service was exceptional. 13 out of 10 stars. Thank you!!! Great service, they saved me 50 bucks by diagnosing the problem first rather than changing out a part like any other place. What i had thought was a bad port because of lack of charging was really dust in my port. Highly reccomended.

This place was amazing. The worker helped me super fast and was very chill. One problem was is the customers. This lady walked in thinkin she was to good for the universe. The guy handled it very well even though she made a threat to get him fired.

My son is non verbal. So he uses his iPad as a form of communication. He dropped it and it had a really bad crack. I came in to have my Motorola battery replaced as it would not charge. This was a brand new battery I purchased online and installed myself only to find it would not take a charge. Nuts, figured I got a bad battery (not the first time Ive ordered something on line that did not work as advertised). Well I rely on my cell phone daily so after stopping by AT&T store to find a battery (they laughed but did suggest trying MobileComm) so I stopped by. They were friendly and gladly offered to look at my phone. They called me back in a couple of hours and told me my new battery was fine (and taking a charge). The did find my mini-USB charging port was dirty and they cleaned it and inspected it for any other problems - none found. I came by and they checked both my chargers to see if they were working and both were working fine. They did all this and charged me NADA, zilch, nothing. I offered to pay something as they did take my phone apart to troubleshoot and cleaned it but they would not take any $. MobileComm now has a future customer with service like this and honesty in dealing with their customers. Ill give em 5 stars!

My Verizon Iphone5 stopped getting service again, could still text but no calls in or out. I took it to MobileComm and they figured out a glitch in the system from Verizon updating their new towers. They reset it and its working great. I asked what the charge was and they said No Charge. Its not the first time theyve done a repair for me at no charge. Very good service. Phone battery went bad. I went in on a Saturday and it was ordered on Monday since they cant order on weekends. Got a call Wednesday that the battery was in and took it in on Thursday. Very nice and good repair. Fast turnaround on the battery.

I visited the store at Pawnee and Broadway and worked with Daniel. I received the best customer service in a very long time. Daniel took the time to analyze my phone, fix it, and was very fair with the price. I am very pleased and will highly recommend Mobile Comm. I am a Verizon customer and when I went to them with my broken phone they told me there was nothing I could do but buy a new $500 phone or add another phone line. Daniel fixed my phone and saved me hundreds! Go to this store if your phone is broken BEFORE you go to your cell provider.

Long story short my phone broke while on a Disney vacation and I thought all my photos were lost. But my phone was fixed and all my pictures were saved! They were fast and extremely nice! If I ever need my phone fixed again I will definitely go back!

I got my iphone 6c fixed there, lrices were reasonable and staff nice. **There have been 2 times where i needed a adaptor for an sd card so it would fit into a larger sd slots and they gave me those for free. There is a time where i was in real need and flat broke and they gave me that adaptor me.

Okay, so Im really clumsy. I was in here about a month ago after dropping my phone and ended up having to pay over $200 for the LD screen(I think thats what they said it was called). Yesterday my phone flew out of my hand again, but this time I could work my phone, I just couldnt see anything. So I took it back in and they said that it was the same as last time so I paid and went back about an hour later. When I walked in they told me that it wasnt what they had originally thought it was, but a small chord was knocked loose. They could have lied and had me pay the full amount, but instead they refunded my money and gave me a discount on what I should have been charged. Being a broke college student who just got a new place and having a lot of expenses, that really really meant a lot. So I will definitely be back to this place for my phone fixes. Thank you guys!!!!!!

I got a headphone jack tip wedged in my iPhone. They got it out quickly and inexpensively. The only negative was a hum-drum attitude and they didnt remove my phone cover first, so they nicked it up a bit. Make sure to remove yours!

Horrible service! After convincing me to use their store for cell phone repairs because the guys at the mall dont offer any warrantees on their work, my daughter had TWO of their screens fail in a 3mo period and it was the users fault even though she had an otter box on? Her ENTIRE screen pulled away 2 wks after they repaired it...And they refused to do ANYTHING! Went out to the mall and they repaired her phone in 15 minutes for half the price AND offered a 30 day warranty for ANY screen defects. Never again will I step foot in this store, very unprofessional and customer service was a zero.

I went to this location to fix the screen on my galaxy s5 after first getting a quote from the kiosk at the mall. They told me that they usually charged more and fixed the screen with a 45 day warranty. When the screen went black a few days later, they replaced the screen a second time. When my phone continued to have problems they diagnosed that it had water damage, attempted to repair the damage, and when that didnt work replaced the entire motherboard, all at no extra cost. Everyone there is incredibly helpful, but Kalien went especially out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. Even going so far as to solder a new sd card port onto the replacement motherboard when it was having trouble.

Sold me a replacement iPad LCD screen at a fair price after I damaged my original trying to remove a broken digitizer screen. Brand new, worked great, better price than anywhere else I could find online.

Terrible customer service. Unfortunately the only place in town to fix an Apple Watch screen. I went in for a screen replacement, the screen was put on wrong which made my watch unusable, and when I asked for it to be fixed I was treated as if the issue was my fault. A simple apology for the inconvenience was all the situation needed. My advice is to buy a new watch before getting it repaired by MobileComm on 21st and Woodlawn.

Such a bad experience. The seller gave me a IPhone 7 case for my IPhone 6 and said it will be suitable for my phone. Then I found no headphone jack on it. And I can only get half refund for it.

I hate leaving one star reviews but I had to share this one. I have a Samsung Galaxay s6 edge +. I wont get into much on the phone itself as thats another one star review waiting to happen and it doesnt have anything to do with MobileComm anyway. Onto the matter at hand.I had my screen repaired at this location after suffering (I use that term loosely as it wasnt a real problem) with a cracked screen for about 6 weeks. A waiter accidentally knocked it off the table. Sure would have been nice if the stupidly pointless and gimmicky edge on the phone allowed for a quality tempered glass screen protecter but instead my phone hangs out naked except for the half-assed attempt at a case by otterbox. Moving on as Im getting sidetracked-- my phone recently just straight up died. It went from about 70% to dead in the time it took to go through the metal detector at an airport. Upon collecting my belongings I noticed my phone wouldnt unlock nor would it charge. It had become completely bricked.I live in the UK now and no phone stores, such as EE & Vodafone (similar to Verizon or Sprint) wanted to service an American phone so I went to a local mobile repair shop. Upon opening up my phone they noticed that the screen wasnt properly attached. They mentioned something about wires not secured and screws missing. The last people to touch the inside of my phone were the employees at this MobileComm location. Not only did I pay $325 for them to incorrectly fix my screen but their incompetence also cost me £170 today as this would not have happened had my screen been repaired properly the first time.TL;DR -- This location incorrectly repaired my screen causing my phone to brick, costing me £170 ($217) to correct later on.

Fast Professional Service. I was in a month ago and they solved my problem in 15 seconds and charged me nothing. Today I was planning to buy a new phone but the tech determined it was charger that needed replaced not my phone, saved me a bundle. Wont go anywhere else!

90 dollars for the replacement part for my phone. 50 dollars for the 15 minutes it took the guy to repair it. Completely over priced for labor services. Use only as an absolute last resort

I have a Verizon IPhone. I started having issues with it and Verizon told me it was old and I needed a new one for an additional $25/mo. I dont want a new phone, I dont have to have the latest and greatest, its a phone. Went to MobileComm. They said leave and come back in an hour. Went back, they had opened it, found a loose connection and gave it back at No Charge. I will continue to visit MobileComm. They have replaced batteries, screens, and sold us new phones.

Instead of switching out my charging port and charging me the fee, Kalen simply cleaned it in the most timely of fashions and sent me out the door charge free!
