Went in twice in good faith thinking maybe the personnel was just having a bad day. I called ahead of my trip to the store to ask if they carried a piece I needed and was told yes so I drove all the way there and asked if they carried the same specific piece and the employee said nope and stood there in silence until I left. I then went to another local store and they also didnt have the piece nor did they have any mods for me to buy so IN GOOD FAITH I went back to Royal Vapor to buy a mod and the same employee POLITELY helped all the other customers and as soon as I got up to the counter his whole tone changed and let me just say I have never been spoken to so rudely by an employee in my life. Dont bother with this pathetic place.

The guy who usually is working there, the big guy, is so rude that I probably will never go back there. They have good prices on premium vape juice and coils. But that guy is so rude I doubt I will ever return to that place. Will just pay higher prices somewhere else.

Great customer service. Prices are the best around. Ive been to other shops and now realize royal vapor is the best shop around and prices cant be beat. Travis is also a great manager and is very helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I lost my vape from a different store and it was 20 minutes until closing but whoever was working was really helpful and willing to set me up with a new vape despite how close it was until closing. I hated being that person who comes in that close to close, but it was an emergency lol

Sold me defective merchandise and refused to replace give a refund just 10 minutes after purchasing stating if they gave a refund or exchange it would come out of the businesses pocket as a small business youd think theyd stand behind the products they sell.

Ive been coming here for roughly 2 years now and will never go anywhere else. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgable and wont run you into the ground. The juice prices are competitive with a huge selection. It seems like every flavor you want is there, and name brand so you know its good and the service is extraordinary and keep you coming back. Travis taking over was a great thing for the store and customers seem overall happier. Definitely recommend this place!

The check out man has a lot to say. He won’t listen. He just goes straight to defense mode if you ask him a question and starts raising his voice to intimidate. Some people really shouldn’t be themselves.

Love these guys. I always get my vape juice from them, super affordable, always have constant specials on premium juices and can order any mod, box or device at cost. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to just being amazing people in general, I suggest them to anyone who wants inexpensive but good tasting juice or are just starting out, they can help you no matter what and thats why I love going here

No house blends but they have to add their own nicotine. The only time I purchase a juice it hurts my lungs. Ive went back to my other vape shop that dosent order 0 nicotine name brands to add their own not name brand nicotine to. And my lungs feel better again. Be careful before blindly doing business with a unique practice they shouldnt be doing.

Newest regime change is the worst. Travis Gaul, who claims to be the owner, but is simply the manager, is the rudest, most unhelpful person Ive come across in the vaping community. After trying in vain to buy juice from the guy, I changed my mind because apparently he cant comprehend 120ml of one juice is 2 bottles, and that when someone wants 1.5nic it implies that you pull a 0nic package and add the nic, but apparently that is too much for this cat, so when you decide to not get what he wants you to, he calls the cops and he barrs you from the property. Much loling was had, if he put as much effort into selling product as he does suppressing reviews of his service, itd be a far better place. They wont see any of my money no more.

Their tobacco products are fancy too, just something to check out as well; however, their primary plusses are the ability to recognize what you need, and find the product best suited to that need. The staff was very nice, got me what I wanted.

Unfortunately I have been to this shop twice now during regular business hours, the lights are on that theyre open, the hours are posted lit up that theyre open, but the doors locked. If you stepped out for a minute at least put a sign up so your customers know.
