Great Customer service, responded to needs timely and accurately. Brought my laptop in and had answers and everything I needed next day. I would highly recommend and will be going to them in the future! Great military discount too!

Hired them to do some basic IT work, boy was that a mistake!! This company only has 1 person, so if you have a larger job its best to look somewhere else.Talk about incompetent, the amount of IT knowledge this guy has can be held in a thimble. When he came to do the work, he was over 1 hour late; with no phone call to let us know. It took him over 1 hour to install a printer driver, then he charged us $135 for it... rip off!! STAY AWAY!

Doesnt compunicate well therefore causing an unpleasant interaction. If you want someone to help you this is not your guy.
