I must admit at first I wasn’t happy with them but they turn out to be pretty good. I can’t speak for the other peoples claims of bad service from tech support but mine was great. Good gaming PC packaged very well runs real good very quiet comparedto my Alienware, however tech support is not that good sent a email about a simple question and no one brother to answered me. Not good for a firsttime customer who just spent a lot of money, however like the PC.

Not impressed. First of all, when you configure and purchase a PC, they dont provide you with an invoice of what you actually purchased. You have to go by memory and trust that they actually assemble and ship what you ordered. There were some items I ordered which did not get shipped, but I had no proof. Secondly, within a couple days, the computer started spontaneously rebooting several times a day. Worked a lot with tech support, and they did try hard to solve the problem, but could not. Finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they did provide.

Great PC for the money.Reasons I couldnt give it 5 stars.Shipping- was Extremely slow and near to impossible to know why it was taking so much extra time.Packaging- the material inside the PC that was ment to keep the components from moving in transit did not fill the void space inside the case.Power supply - the power supply just stopped working (looking in to a solution for this).

They are horrible, dont put a product out for sale if you dont have it in stock. Customer service is horrible and no one responds to inquiries!! Will never do business with these people again. Horrible experience. Call the minute they open and still place on hold for 45+ minutes until line automatically hangs up!

The worst choice you can make for purchasing a PC. Please choose another company and save yourself a lot of trouble. The people are friendly. The major problems lie in their poor communication amongst Customer Service staff and their abysmal shipping/packaging. I tried to get a proper working computer 3 times. 2 arrived damaged because of poor packaging. 1 arrived with parts that didnt work and some that werent even wired correctly. A friend of mine had a great experience with this company a couple years ago and recommended them to me. I dont know if they have different management now but, that friend is embarrassed to see what has happened during my effort to acquire a new PC from Cybertron/CLX Gaming. Dont be fooled by the two names. They are the same, terrible company.

Not answering the door.I called before i showed up and was told yall had what I needed. I said Ill be over to the store in a few minutes. The person on the phone did not say not to come to the store.I show up. Go to door. Its locked. Thats cool. Theres a note on the door call this number to use the lobby 2 different numbers both go to the same robot from my first call. Ok call the numbers and wait 40 minutes to get an answer. Only for that guy to say the same thing you just said. And still not offer to help me get what I was there for.Keep your one star. Its not just because you didnt open the door.

It has been a week and my order status has not changed. Power supply, CPU cooler and motherboard. I have sent e-mails and have sat on hold for over 20 min and holding.... Nice guy who I talked to but this is not a real business if you want something in a reasonable amount of time.Never again....

I ordered computer Jan 18th. Website said all parts were in inventory and would ship 2 weeks later. 6 weeks later shipping date is still 3 weeks out. HORRIBLE! #GYST

One of the best places to buy from. I got my computer made and shipped 15 days after I ordered it. You have a large selection of computers and parts to pick. The computers ship fairly quickly if you live in the United States.

Super disappointed. Order was delayed so that makes today so much harder. Received my order today from 5/7/20. Opened the box and the front case had a huge dent from shipping. PC would not boot up, and the wrong PSU was installed. Contemplated getting a refund and they told me I’d face a restocking fee for this none usable computer which is super uncool. Giving them a chance to make it right but if not want a full refund. 7-10 days out on the repair. Hopefully it works out.

When i got my Patriot A4 from them i was not disappointed, although i did by it from best buy, Games like cs:go run smoothly, and games like War thunder dont lag at all. over all this gaming PC was the best 400 dollars Ive ever spent. it has room for things to add like more data. i spent at least 12 hours playing on this after i got it. if i could rate 10 stars i definitely would.

I bought my CybertronPC Rhodium 950 X8 on August 13th from Amazon. I loaded up my account with the amazon gift cards with my own money, and bought the PC, but since it was not a debit card I could not leave a review on their site so Im leaving it here on Google.Initially the specs are a great value for your money, and if you feel inclined you could upgrade any part of the PC to get better performance specifically Im referring to gaming performance. This desktop has been able to play my favorite games quite well and the fans are really quiet.Upon receiving my item the plastic side panel had a crack and after informing their polite, prompt customer service reps they are going to replace it free of charge.Id recommend this PC for people that want to start out gaming on a desktop.

I have just recently purchased a custom built machine from Cybertron International and have to say it is one of the best built machines I have ever had. I really liked the fact that they run every machine they build through various tests to make sure everything is compatible. My tech experience isnt a beginner, but I also know I am no where near being a professional. So having the peace of mind that everything works is well worth a little more money then building it myself. The only reason I have given this company 4 stars and not a full 5 is because their update system is atrocious. I would get 3 emails some days that said the same thing. Even though I have the computer my update status still says that my computer is in production. They do need to fix that, mostly because after two weeks without knowing what was going on I contacted them through email fairly annoyed with the lack of information. Not even an hour after I sent the email I had one of the managers call my phone and leave a message apologizing for everything and giving me a current update on my machine. Other then that everything I had to deal with through them was excellent and I would recommend them to everyone. Although I would tell people to start contacting them after a week and a half to see how your computer is coming along :)

Cybertron is my go to for small business servers. Quality components at a very reasonable price. I know Im getting a quality build that has been extensively tested every time.My latest server was delivered about a week and a half later than expected so dont make promises to your customer about when it will arrive.

Love the computer great job on it. But one question where do I need to go to buy another fan to install it so I can have more LED lights in it? I would prefer the lights to have red in the fan.

I purchased a rack mount server two years ago and the system has been running 24/7 with no problems. System came as advertised and well packaged.So, I purchased two more servers to be built as a firewall and the other one as a NAS.Items came in well packaged again and systems have been running since December 17, 2014. I also purchased the rack mount rails and they worked perfectly.

I ordered the CybertronPC Borg 709 which was custom built. I added the R7 360 Graphics card, AMD FX 6300 processor in my order. The computer is way beyond what I expected. All my games play in 1080p maxed out and I am enjoying Windows 10. I love the Blue LED look so much I added 3 more blue LED fans. I totally recommend CybertronPC if anyone is looking for a great new PC.

I recently purchased my Cybertron Borg system from Cybertron directly. They had my system built and shipped out to me within a week. I felt like I was their most important customer through the whole process. My new desktop works perfectly, and runs the Firestorm viewer for Second Life, on ultra graphics settings with no lag. Before buying this PC, I had never heard of Cybertron, now that I know who they are, next time I buy a PC, it will be a Cybertron.

When I talked to Bill, he was consistently giving me PC quote errors. That was the main reason we spoke on the phone. When I completed the transaction he asked for my card. I was consistently Calling him back that day when I purchased it. For example, I told him I wanted a 3-year warranty and he forgot to include that in the beginning. Then I told him you forgot to include 64 gigs of ram. Then I called back again, then I told Bill you forgot to include all the corsair components such as the RGB white fans, liquid cooling, and the Corsair light strip. Then Finally I told him you forgot to overclock the Graphics card and CPU with higher end liquid cooling so it can support it. even though my room still gets very hot with this computer in my room. Sometimes I even sweat, even with my A/C is on. When he was making these many errors I was about to walk away from this company and went with someone else. Then he told me, lets make the quote and specs over the phone so I know everything you want for your custom build PC. I told him are you sure because I like to have proof of what I have on my computer and what I ask for. He said I should not worry because every quote I said he quoted down and confirmed it. I said are you everything is RGB such as a motherboard (Asus), ram, fans, a light strip and everything that is possible to have RGB? He said everything has plenty of RGB and you wont have any problems with this type of build. He also told me I wont have any problems with any of these components. He told me The last quote in the email is little off but he also told me everything will be corrected when they build the PC. Such as the RGB parts swap and the overclocking. I feel completely dishonest how bill misquoted me especially from quoted me wrong for the CPU and graphics card that it was supposedly on sale. If these problems wont be fixed I am 100% not recommending this company and no longer recommend this company.

Received a Cybertron Palladium 950Z in the past week; ordered directly from Cybertron. The thing runs games like a champ. Cybertron offers many different performance levels and will customize to your exact needs. Online ordering is easy and the customer service is excellent. I even modified my original component list with just an email. It took about 2 weeks to get here but delivery was free. Price is competitive for the component quality.

Worst customer service in the industry. I called looking for a cooling fan for an AMD Ryzen cpu and they could not understand what I needed. It took 10 min of me telling them what i needed, over and over and over again. Then they say $43-53 dor a heatsink and fan. I might as well go water cooling for that price.Updated.Even after having a bad experiance on the phone I went in to get the part. I was expecting to pay the $43 that I was quoted on the phone, I payed $13 for the fan and heatsink.

It would be great to be able to express my opinion about the service of any department at Cybertron but as I have now called a total of FOUR times on three different days of the week ( Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday X2 and NEVER reaching a single person in any of the various departments that I tried reaching. As I NEVER actually reach a live person it is not possible for me to comment and remain fair to the company about the quality of their service in Sales, Customer Support or Technical Support I will limit myself to call wait times. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! The shortest time that I waited on hold was twenty-three minutes on a weekday. The balance of times stretched from twenty-nine minutes (on a weekday) to a longest that was Thirty-Eight minutes (on a Saturday).. On ANY day of the week that type of hold time as a norm is completely out of line and reminds me of the new Dell or the OLD Sony Computer Sales or Technical Support Department. That is the principal reason why I had decided to give Cybertron a try. The reviews online and at several e-tailers sites are mainly very positive. I also sent a total of THREE e-mails over a two-week period of time and a final (my fourth) today which described my hold experiences and asked (very politely) for a call back from either sales or technical support at ANY TIME ON ANY DAY! Not one of my e-mails was replied to. These two issues have convinced me that if I were purchase a custom build (oh wait, I cannot do that without speaking with a rep PRIOR to placing my order!) and by chance needed to contact the company I would as the old saying goes; GO BALLISTIC! How a company like Cybertron ever earned the good reputation they so obviously enjoy with so many people, is completely weird from my point of view. I really do hope that my experience with Cybertron has been a weird and one-person experience.I have decided that I will wait for two more business days to see if I do receive a TELEPHONE CALL from someone at Cybertron who has the ability to customize and price a system for me to ORDER. My Electrum came in the mail by UPS about a month ago. Overall this was a great buy! I mostly play Minecraft, but some other games too. MInecraft runs at 60 FPS which is about 35 more than I used to run. The reason I give this product a 3 star rating is the shipping time. The 2 - 3 day shipping is quite deceiving. It took just under a MONTH to get here, and after 4 failed attempts to get some info on when it would be arriving from Costumer Service, I became very disappointed.

I think these are very great gaming pc and that if you dont have enought for like a 1000 dollar gaming computer you could come check these guys out

I purchased a custom-built PC online from Cybertron about six months ago (based off of the 5150 Escape FX model) and am completely satisfied with my purchase. The value of the components used is good (added up all the parts of my order from various websites and for manufacture, testing, etc, and the total wasnt much more than the price of the parts) - and the performance so far has been excellent. The optional/available features are good, I especially love the fan control with the LED indicators for the temperature - the case for my PC is large enough and ventilated well so I dont need to worry about things overheating! The quality is excellent - my custom build was put through rigorous testing, and their tech support and customer service was helpful as well. In fact, due to a part of my system coming to their manufacturing place late, my order was delayed past the original shipping date after ordering it in early December. After contacting customer support about the changed date, the manufacturing manager was kind enough to upgrade the shipping on my system so it would arrive during the original time window based off of when I ordered! Not living anywhere near the retail location, I cant comment on the sales/tech support/service there, but from my experience online and the feeling that my computer was built by a company that seems to put a lot of pride in their product - I would recommend giving them a try!

Ive been playing very graphics-intensive games such as The Witcher 2 and Call of Duty. I am very impressed with performance. The price is unbeatable for the components. Highly recommended.

So far so good. Got an excellent deal on an amazing PC when it comes to all the core hardware that really matters. Im stocked with an i5 3.5x4, 16gb of DDR5 ram, 2g radeon 360 video card, 1TB hardrive and running smooth. Enclosure is cool to the touch running games on max settings! I had a few worries ordering this PC. The only hick-up was a crash loading a bunch of updates on day one. Other than that its a beast! Looks pretty too

Building high end gaming computer.

My employer purchases computers on a regular basis, and Cybertron has the best price point around. Nobodys perfect....and occasionally there is a hiccup, but the thing to take from this review is that the crew at Cybertron (Marti is a gem) always jump to find a solution and take care of the customer.

I had a custom PC built for the President of the company. He gets very impatient waiting for his machine to boot so I had an SSD Boot Drive configured. He also tends to have about 35 PDFs, Spreadsheets and Tabs in our Accounting Package open at any given time. So, I configured it with a Core i5 and 16gb of RAM.Well, the PC simply FLIES and hes never been happier! Thanks Cybertron!!

8 Months ago from today I purchased a CybertronPC Hellion Gaming PC. Computer runs games very smoothly, while I did have hard drive problems recently the staff were very kind and made gave me high quality service when it came to getting my PC repaired. I bought the PC for around $700-800 and I am very pleased with the fun times this PC has given me so far. Early next year I plan on upgrading the PCs video card and power supply to run a EVGA Nvidia Geforce GT 740 4GB GDDR5 from my current GT 740 2GB. Computer makes ABSOLUTELY NO sound. Its really amazing, this computer sounds like a cell phone! Tons of sound-less fans around the computer, accumulates dust like crazy often but an easy clean every month. Computer came with a 1 year warranty and lifetime free tech support, which is great to know that I am covered in case anything goes wrong. Of that free support includes free Live technical support chat with the most friendly of people.

But, as all old computers do, it finally became full of misc. junk, slowed down, and did not have enough ram for the latest games.So I bought a new Cybertron!I added some ram to my old Cybertron, reformatted the hard drives and gave it to my daughter- who uses it for photoshop and illustrator. I ordered a new pc from Cybertron, last week. Showed up 7 days later on time, only hiccup i had was they sent me the wrong case and color lights. Was fixed same day as i called and had a light and case replacement kit shipped to me later in the day yesterday and will be here very soon. So they corrected the mistake and handled it very well. I would recommend them, for a new pc. After i installed my games i was very happy to see WoW running at 100+ fps on high setting in raids, and 140~ in pvp. No lag or any issue. Very fast computers.

I received my Cybertron PC about a month ago. This purchase was to replace an HP I had initially purchased that did not work how I needed it to. There is a night and day difference between the two computers and this experience has proven to me how important it is to buy the computer that will function best to meet your needs. My Cybertron can manage dual monitors, many open programs including a remote connection, multiple spreadsheets and pdfs, internet, email and any other program I might need like Quickbooks or Word. The boot speed is very fast as well as all the other processes. My one experience with customer service was easy and painless. As it turned out, the high pitched noise was coming from my speaker, not the computer. I am very pleased and will definitely look to buy this brand again.

I have purchased two of these computers, in the first shipment one worked and the other wouldnt install properly so I kept one and sent the other one back for a replacement. BIG MISTAKE!! The replacement seemed to work okay and we kept two of these, then a few months later they both started to freeze up randomly, and one somehow deleted a folder with several gigabits of work in it. Concerned it might be software related we reinstalled both computers, no luck they continued to freeze up, only more frequently. We called Cybertron and learned that this problem was due to a KNOWN defect with the processor!! They offered to change out the processor for a slightly slower one, and change the graphics card from 2 4G video cards down to one 6G video card, but swore it was an upgrade, and have it done within one week. Desperately needing our computers to work we agreed. Then no one called to set up the appointment like we were told they would, and some parts arrived. We called back, they said now that the parts had arrived they would schedule the appointment, within 2-4 weeks. Meanwhile we are working off our laptops. We said no that was not what was promised, and eventually they said they would refund our money, just take it into Best Buy who we ordered from with the RMA #. So I did, and guess what, they would not honor the RMA, said I had to call corporate. So I have two very expensive bricks boxed up that I have to deal with, meanwhile Cybertron is STILL offering this model for sale, instead of being a responsible company and pulling these from the shelves.

Great for high-end computers and components.

My First Gen Dell XPS died a slow and painful death in the past year, so I was on the hunt for a new home desktop. Cybertron was reviewed favorably online and got particularly high marks for their customer support. I put together a system using their options online and was thoroughly impressed with the number of choices for each system spec. However, I was blown away when one of their reps e-mailed me a day or two later because the case I had selected was out of stock at the time. His e-mail contained links to a few other cases, asking me to select my preference. They even followed up with a phone call before I had reviewed the cases! Id expect most companies to simply use whatever case they had on hand and possibly include a note when the product was shipped.Ive had ZERO issues with the machine since receiving it, and would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Arrived broken. After speaking with customer service they agreed to cross ship another. Over a week ago they received their broken P.C. and have yet to send the other one out. FOUR times, they have told me my p.c. is shipping today! Save yourself the time and frustration.

Before i bought a cybertronpc i had a none gaming laptop and it was so bad i was looking for a gaming pc and i look for the best company and i found cybertronpc and i got one and i am loving it i am happy i got this pc best money i spent in my life.

Horrible slow service All they are good for is watching your network. It will take them days to get your network fixed when you have a problem. Their Sales staff are not even familar with their products. Their 12 year old looking field service techs are definently not as smart as a 5th grader. Their Prices are high. I would definently recommend buying your stuff from the computer store in town with the frog on it. What ever you do I wouldnt sign a contract with them for IT Monitoring because it maybe the worst service they offer. Buyer beware stay away!!!

I went to a few stores in Wichita looking for some computer mother boards and misc parts. I happen to come across Cyberton Pc online and figured I would give it a try. The sales person that was working when I arrived seemed to busy to even help me out or just seemed annoyed that I tried to ask him about the products they carried. The showroom is very small and seemed to have mostly outdated or discountinued products the prices seemed way to high compared to the other stores I visited. I would expect for a small business that the staff would be more attentive and more helpful when their products are not desirable and prices are less then desirable. I will not be going back on a brighter note I did get to have a good lunch at the hog wild bbq across the street. Thanks Cyberton for being rude and saving me money so I could have a good Lunch till next time. Not that there will be a next time..

Computer keeps blue-screening. Contacted customer support and got no response for 8 months. Just checked to see what parts were inside of my PC and they took the model down off of their site. Super sketchy and would never recommend anybody to their site. If you want to get customer support go for somebody else.
