Excellent quality of care from staff as well as Dr. Baldwin. Dr. Baldwin clarifies every diagnosis and will then answer any question you may have about the visit and follow up care. Reasons for every step and drops given are covered and explained as necessary and/or as requested. Never have left their office without a pretty good understanding of what and why things are done. Appreciate every staff member and the extra effort made by Dr. Baldwin.

I popped in briefly on my lunch hour to see their sunglasses frame choices, and I was greeted by the technician and told they would help me shortly. Moments later a technician greeted me by name and said she was pulling up my chart to start working on frames and lens options. I didn’t have to tell them who I was, they knew me upon recognition even though I wouldn’t consider myself someone who frequents the eye doctor, and went immediately into action to help me. By far the best eye exam Ive had. The staff was very professional and very friendly. My glasses feel amazing. I was a little nervous bringing my 2 year old son with me, but he loved it. Ive worn glasses for about 30 years now and have never loved an optometrist more. Dr. Baldwin is up to speed on new studies and tech to help patients make the best decisions. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the offered frames are stylish.

Well lets start off with the fact that they sell you contact/glasses like a car salesman. Its illegal to not give you your Rx. But they will try to avoid the not giving it to you. They have forgotten to get my contacts and I had to call again to remind them. There glasses are overpriced. I would not recommend her.No I didnt use my legal name for privacy purposes.

I really liked our previous eye doctor, but a change in insurance forced us to find a new one. So glad the previous doctor recommended the Eye Gallery and Dr. Baldwin. She was absolutely what we needed!! My curious & shy 6yo came with questions, and Dr. Baldwin patiently explained and answered them; to the point my daughter actually asked questions on her own at the end of the appointment! Dr. Baldwin was also the first of any eye doctors I’ve seen to point out some evidence in my eyes of head trauma I sustained years ago, and explained everything so thoroughly, instead of brushing away questions. LOVE that she was readily agreeable to and even suggested blue light blocking glasses for my daughter before we asked, as my daughter struggled with headaches/trouble sleeping/fatigue with all the extra computer time she had to do with the COVID school stuff this past spring. The prices were excellent, even better than our last office, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy like at other places! I ended up deciding to buy my glasses through them, and am incredibly satisfied with their care and service. So much so my husband now wants to switch to this office as well! Glad we finally found an eye doctor we will for sure stick with for the future!!!!! (Also, no relation. Lol)

We have recently moved our entire family to The Eye Gallery. We have had a FABULOUS experience and we love it! My husband, myself, and my three kids all see Dr. Baldwin. She is knowledgeable, fun, and the kids love to go to the eye doctor! As for my husband and I, she has helped us with our prescriptions, as well as worked tirelessly to help fit my husband with contact lenses that work for his sensitive eyes. In addition, they go above and beyond to help with other issues. My oldest daughter does not need prescription glasses, but desperately wanted a pair of glasses to wear. Dr. Baldwin’s eye glasses specialist recommended a pair of non-prescription, blue light protecting glasses. It was the best of both worlds! My daughter got her glasses and she’s protecting her eyes! I absolutely recommend The Eye Gallery to anyone searching for an eye doctor!

Well my first visit never met them before was great I couldnt ask for a better place They would have gotten all five stars matter of fact I think I did a good review I cant find it right now got a call my glasses are there and she made a statement You can try them on in your car I thought about it after we hung up how they going to know if they fit or not and lo and behold youre right I put my glasses on they go do they fit Im not the specialist I said are you kidding me almost $700 and this is how you fit my glasses expensive lesson learned Dont always go to the best when they treat you good knowing you owe money but when you pay for your stuff and you got to wait for it to come you get treated bad when it comes in and they cant. Wait to get rid of you

Ive been to The Eye Gallery since the first year it opened every year. It was great at first, but the past 3 years have been such a pain. The wait for each visit average around 20-30 minutes in the waiting room, an additional of another 20+ minutes inside the room. It takes a lot longer than going to my family doctor or a specialist. I asked them to email me my eye prescription after my visit, and they said theyll do that, which they didnt. I tried to reach them by email from the last email I used to communicate with them but no one responded when I asked for it. I walked-in to order my contacts and again, asked to email me my contact and glass prescriptions, the receptionist said okay, but still nothing (I told her few times). They used to email me right away after the visit, then I would have to contact them again to get it the past 3 years; this year, they obviously just dont want to do it! Updated: I finally got my contact order that they submitted for me so I updated the rating to 3 stars after getting multiple emails from them. However, I just realized that this is the contacts brand that I have switched out couple years ago, not at all what I expected. Not to mention, I didnt get my contacts on time, but few weeks late after they double checked...

I got the best exam and perfect pair of glasses! My daughter also loved Dr. Baldwin and was extremely comfortable in her office. Dr. Baldwin really cares about her patients and doesn’t only connect on a dr/patient level but really cares about you as an individual. My self and the triplets will never go any where else!

Dr. Baldwin and the entire staff were extremely polite and exceeded any expectations. They made my visit go as well as a visit can go for an eye infection. I felt very comfortable and would definitely go back if I were to have any other future circumstances!

Could not have been happier with my experience at The Eye Gallery. Dr. Baldwin is kind, easy going, flexible and a complete and total professional - I received excellent care and walked out very happy with the glasses Id bought.Thats all well and good, but heres the biggest thing for me: theres a history of glaucoma in my family, so I have to go to the optometrist regularly to get that terrible test where they blow a puff of air in your eye. Every optometrist Ive been to uses it but, amazingly, not Dr. Baldwin. She uses far newer technology thats more accurate and not flinch-inducing. I didnt even know the machine had done anything. I hate the old puff test, so from now on Im not going anywhere else. I highly recommend The Eye Gallery.

Fabulous experience! I have had glasses all of my life, I learned more in one appointment than 40+ years of previous optometrist appointments. Someone actually took the time to explain my specific issue and how we can make it easier to see. I have just gone to a tri-focal progressive lenses and have tried this style in the past and had to switch out lenses for standard lined lenses. This is the first time some explained the vision avenues and they work great! I highly recommend using Dr. Baldwin and her staff, you will not be disappointed.

Over the years Ive tried to wear contacts repeatedly and was nervous about paying for another fitting. After having a bad experience at another office in town, Dr Baldwin explained she would exhaust all options before deciding I needed to stick with glasses. She was patient, even when I was experiencing uncommon aches and pains from wearing the lenses. I can finally ditch my glasses :)

Amazing customer service and experience every time we go! We drive 30-40 minutes just to see Dr. Baldwin and her staff due to the care that we get. With a family of 5 that all have vision problems we need to know we are taken care of, and we feel confident that we are. Dr. Baldwin and her staff have helped us from solving basic contacts and glasses wear and tear, to the major stuff such as a child swollowing a contact, dying a contact red from putting it in her mouth with skittles in it, allergic reations, and bent glass from football helmets, just to name a few. They can handle anything and we would recomend them to anyone!
