Leslie is always fantastic. I love her advice and ability to help me sift through my indecisiveness. I come in with different ideas and she helps meld them together into something magical EVERY time! Peighton is amazing! She took her time and made sure everything was right with my cut, even though it was fairly simple. In the past I have had stylists who just breeze through an appointment and don’t double check anything, since my hair isn’t terribly difficult to work with. I am so happy with my hair! She was also super personable and fun to chat with, which I appreciated. I felt comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be back!

About 4.5 months ago I went to Eric Fisher Salon to get my hair bleached and colored a red maroon. I left the salon 5 hours later with a head of bright pinkish-purple (almost neon) hair. I wasnt super happy about that, but I shrugged it off and told myself that after a couple weeks I would color it myself to the color I wanted. (That was almost $200 down the drain...never going there ever again...lesson learned) But, this is not my biggest problem.My problem is, the stylist( I won’t name her just out of courtesy) left the bleach on my hair for WAY too long. (Almost an hour) Now, I have box dyed it myself 3 times since then with permanent hair color, and every single time, it washes completely out in less than 4 weeks. Ive tried everything. Im using a good brand of color-safe shampoo and conditioner, Ive done protein treatments, hair masks, oil treatments, overnight conditioner treatments, Im not using any heat at all, taking lukewarm showers, using only microfiber towels and I only brush my hair with a wet brush after showering. Nothing is working. My hair always goes back to the nasty copper/light pink color within less than 4 weeks.Obviously my hair is badly chemically burned and there is nothing I can do about it. My hair is completely ruined. I had been growing it out for 6 years and it was finally to the length I loved. I am not happy. I am horrified. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

This was my overall first experience and I heard a lot of good things about Eric Fisher salon. So I went in did a consultation for the color. I had virgin hair and was really nervous about getting the color I wanted it to be done right. She was truthful and respectful when discussing how the color will look for my hair ( I have dark hair ) this helped me with a lot on deciding to move forward or not. She has good availability and clean area. But not only was she friendly other staff members were as well.

I went to this salon because I was told they were the best but this stylist was NOT. I started off with a consultation with Kennedi where we discussed what I wanted done to my hair. She showed me pictures and assured me she was the best at balayage, which is what I wanted. Fast forward to the appointment day. I walked in and showed her a picture I wanted my hair to look like and she assured me she could do that. Well long story short she did not make my hair look any different than when I came in. I told her after my hair was all done that I was not happy and she assured me I would be able to notice it soon. It was closing time and she seemed in a hurry so I left. I called the next day and told her again I was not happy. She then proceeded to lie and say that she never said she could make it look like the picture...which by the way was pretty standard looking balayage. She stated I could come back and she could try to do it again but I would have to pay several hundred more. So in the end I paid a couple hundred dollars to walk out looking like I looked when I went in. I am very disappointed with the integrity of this company and my hair. They have lost future business from me.

My first time meeting this stylist and I am 100% satisfied. She listened to what I had to say about my hair then offered several options to help make sure my hair looks its best. Very friendly and kept the chit chat just about right - not too intrusive but enough that I felt there was an interest. I also appreciated her confidence in getting things just right.

The girls at the desk greet me pleasantly and always with a smile. Ive never been treated less than royal in this salon. I am well pleased with my hairdresser, Jana. I give her a list of all the quirky little ways I like my hair cut and she follows my instructions to a tee. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service I get here. These girls have been through many hardships these past couple months, but they are courageous not to show it to the public.

I heard about Eric Fisher Salon from a friend and randomly chose Raquel based on her level of expertise. She made me feel comfortable almost immediately (and I am typically uneasy in a salon environment I havent been in before) and understood what I needed but didnt know how to articulate. I left there feeling much more confident! My hair has great shape and body and flatters my face better. I even like my color better now that I have such a great cut!
