Tech never followed through on an install. My husband had a tech come out and give an estimate to install an antenna on the roof. He said he would call and set up an appointment the next week. He received no call. He called the office and the receptionist said she would have the tech call him back and he never did. This happened at least one more time and all of this took place last fall. We still dont have the antenna installed. Horrible customer service! Do not recommend if you want anything to get done.
