Definitely need to work on their customer service. One of the workers ignored my request to make my shake exactly as it looked in the picture. She said “well there is caramel in the shake itself” as if that justifies her need to not make the shake exactly as it was pictured.The ice cream was also mediocre and was not blended well. I would have rather spent more money at Cold Stone or even Andy’s Frozen Custard. I will not be returning.

Went in to get some frozen yogurt for my birthday...didnt have any 😭 so I left. BUT when I had their ice cream in the past, its ALWAYS good

Babe took me here Valentines day. Place is great. Ice cream so good. 5.00 for the cone I got in the picture. They are huge it was a struggle to eat it all. Employees were nice.

Originally I gave him the three stars because the rude customer service there but then I lowered it to two because then I was contacted about my review and told the owner of the outlet I ended up going to would be in contact to see how they could better their customer service in my opinion and that was two weeks ago so drop a star for misrepresentation of their ability to get in contact with me and adjust their customer service relations

Who doesnt love ice cream? This place has about the fanciest ice cream products you can make. Mix in your favorite nuts, candies, cookies or other good things they offer. A great treat after the band concert or school play.

Love their wide variety of waffle cones including Heath, almond and sprinkles dipped ones. They have quite a few of really good ice cream flavors like Chocolate Swiss, cotton candy blue, dark chocolate and cinnamon vanilla. Staff is cortious. I wish they had more space inside though.

Oh my. Goooosh!! FINALLY found my Carmel Ice Cream again, to make a REAL Carmel Shake!!.

From the outside it seems like just a humble ice cream shop but the quality and variety of ice creams, along with the tons of mixins and delicious waffle bowls/cones, make this place an amazing stop for dessert after eating a nice meal. My personal favorite was the rum flavored ice cream.

This is astonishing ice cream smooth and creamyyou can add it just about anything to it they mix it up on a marble slab for you and slap it in a container you can have waffle cones and almost six different choices or just eat it plain that is just fantastic

The icecream was homemade and you could really tell. It’s the best dang cream I’ve had. Also unlimited mixing for free is the best deal I’ve seen in town . The staff is halarious and friendly and makes me feel welcomed. Every time I visit I leave a big tip because I’m never not impressed with the way the icecream looks and tastes.
