Great experience. I drove 4.5 hours to look at a telehandler they had for sale and Gwen was super polite and helpful. I called and spoke with Gwen on a Wednesday, Friday I bought it, not only was it delivered that following Monday at noon, the decals were removed and they gave it a once over before delivery. Gwen and the team put in the extra effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

If I get the occasion to make a recommendation, United Rentals would be the first that I would recommend. Dependable, consistent, good communication and large inventory and availability. Great geography as well.

Called ahead, needed a hot water pressure washer. Was told they had one ready to go. Drove across town to pick it up, just to find out it was actually broken and needed parts. Class act. Definitely wont be back.

Extremely good customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable. Wide variety of equipment to rent. Rates are very reasonable. Much better rental service than a local home improvement store in the area. This will be our go to from now on.

Very nice lady behind the desk, they were prepared to stay a bit longer as I was running late. Now my problem, rented a paint sprayer, requested a special tip, the young guy sitting behind the desk could care less about my need. She had to get another person to help. Get it home find out it doesnt even work. They didnt bother to check it before I left. Had to go to Home Depot to rent another because they were closed on Saturday. Brought it back, got my refund. Wont be going back.
