We were nervous about buying a new mattress but we needed a new one badly. We stopped in and tried out a bunch of mattresses and found the one. Emil is amazing! No pressure and gave us a great deal. It was Sunday and we had our new mattress the next day delivered. They even took our old one for a small fee. I can honestly say weve been getting the best sleep weve had in many years. The mattress feels like a warm hug!

First, the gentlemen at the store were extremely helpful. They listened to what we wanted and showed us a few. They were knowledgeable about the product. Second, the set we wanted was coming from another store (McPherson) so it was planned for delivery two days in the evening. They actually called to ask if they could deliver it earlier than expected. They were polite and had the adjustable frame and mattresses set up in less than half hour. And they removed our old mattresses too.I would definitely recommend working with them for your new bed and/or just mattresses.

The staff was friendly and polite. Staff wore masks and politely socially distanced from customers when possible. But mostly listened to what I was saying and wanted instead of pushing me for the sale.

Starting with salesperson Emil, he was a no pressure strictly fact guy. We looked at a lot of stores and they were $4000 or more compared to the deal he gave us at $850Then we did the delivery option and setup.TJ and Ethan delivered it before timeframe given, set it up, and showed my elderly mother how it worked.They even offered to haul out the old bed.They were efficient and respectful. I never write reviews, however they did an awesome job at this location and I will be back to get myself one especially for the prices they have! Its truly appalling that for exactly the same thing is 3x the price anywhere else.

AMAZING!! Rick and Brett did an awesome job helping us pick out a reasonable priced mattress, box spring and rails with mattress cover. AND they would delivered next day! I worked retail with many years of customer service behind me,so I know good customer service when I see it. These guys deserve an A+ for their service. I had researched mattresses for a month before heading to The Mattress Hub out west where Ryan introduced us to the Quilbed which we loved but decided to wait and do some research. Ryan was very knowledgeable and knew all about what bed would best fit our needs! We later found the Outlet where Nick showed us to a few additional mattress that would fit in our budget and give us the best mattress for our money. We ended up walking away with a very nice Tempurpedic mattress which was originally way out of our budget. Nick was also very knowledgeable about each mattress and was able to show point us to the right mattress without wasting a any time! I am so very happy with my experience and I feel that I got a great deal on a great mattress that will last a long time!

Nick Miller, the General Manager at THE Mattress HUB near Pawnee & Broadway, is by far the best sales person Ive had the pleasure dealing with in a long time. I know well how the sales game works as well as the fact that these folks have to work their booties off to make a living. Ive been doing A LOT of research and price comparisons and not only did he give me a more than fair price, he also worked an unimaginable deal on the the high-end adjustable base type I NEEDED that will provide the best support my back after my upcoming back surgery. I feel he was honest, compassionate and an overall good guy who probably forfeited a big chunk of a possible commission to do the right thing for a customer in need. I highly recommend visiting with him if/when you have the need!

We were very impressed with the South Wichita Mattress Hub. The Store was clean and bright and well organized. Rob who assisted us was well informed and helpful, and went out of his way to be kind and useful to us. Our purchase was delivered quickly and efficiently, and the gentlemen doing the delivery were courteous and helpful.I have RA, and part of the reason for our purchase of a new box spring and mattress, was to help moderate pain in my joints and muscles from sleeping on a less-than-ideal surface. Rob was very knowledgeable and a great deal of help in selecting a product that would do so, and remain with-in our budget.
