We won’t buy mattresses anywhere else. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Plus they have a sleep guarantee to make sure we are happy with our purchase. I had such a great experience at Denver mattress. I walked in knowing that I needed a bed but not knowing what i should get. My salesman Andy Lucero was so knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn’t out just to sell a mattress he listened to what I needed and what my budget was. He was able to help me get within my financing without having to come out of pocket, Which was very important for me.

Jeff was such a great help in finding our mattress! I really appreciated that we were able to look around with no pressure! When we walked in I expected to be approached quickly, thankfully that wasnt the case at ALL! He was there to answer questions when we had them, then he would leave us alone again. 3.5 stars We had purchased in past. This time (new mattress needed), we were not impressed with the service when shopping. Sales rep seamed like they could care less if we bought anything from them. So we didnt.They did have a decent price. We spent more at another mattress/furniture store. More friendly and faster delivery wins our business. PS mid week shopping they did not look busy as all.

Jacob helped us pick the best bed Ive ever slept in, and told us all about the deals that brand had going on at the time! We saved a fair bit of money and delivery was pretty quick. I will definitely be going back when Im in the market for more new furniture!

Very pleased with service. I gave the salesperson price that I would like and would like it in stock. While he was checking, I saw a nice mattress, tested it and found to my liking. The salesperson came back telling me a mattress was in stock and was like one I was standing by. Told him I had tested it and was pleased. He wrote it up and I was very pleased with everything including date for delivery and they would take old mattress with them. Excellent service. I had no pressure to buy higher price item.

Mattress shopping - who enjoys that!? My husband and I have been sleeping on a Serta firm mattress for about 6 years. As they all do our mattress has broken down on the sides and it was just time for a new one. Multiple competitors came to mind but my family had always gone to Denver Mattress as a kid so we started, and ultimately ended, there. We entered and Mark was the first to greet us. We came in with a budget and Mark didnt try to sell us on any other mattresses other than what was in our budget range.I think we spent over two hours laying on mattresses! We ultimately purchased a Purple Hyrid Premier with the associated foundation Denver Mattress recommended. Overall I feel as though Mark provided us with sufficient time to comparison shop, his expertise assisted with our ultimate purchase, and we had a fun experience to boot! I highly recommend Denver Mattress and will continue to shop here as long as the option is available.

I gave this place 5 stars because before we made a purchase they were upfront with me and my folks saying that mattresses right now will take a few months to be ready. Where the foam and such is made is down in Texas and since their big snow storm it has set the company back until about the August to October range so dont expect to get a mattress anytime soon.

We went to Denver Mattress with an idea of what kind of mattress we wanted, but with so many options out there, we werent really sure about what would suit us best. Andy Lucero met is when we walked in and was a life saver! He was able to listen to our ideas and what type of sleepers we were and help us narrow down our choices. He listened to our comments about how each one felt and was able to use that info to guide us to other choices we may like.
