DJ took time to explain all about sleeping patterns and those things that keep you up at night, which make for a restless sleep. We tried most of the mattresses in the store, all followed by a very thorough explanation of advantages and disadvantages. Would 100% recommend this store and would certainly purchase from them again!

Went out today to buy a mattress and my first stop was Mattress Hub because my mom got her bed from there and I’ve only heard great things. Me and my sister went in and we were greeted straight away by Sheryl. As a first time bed buyer she walked me though all my options. Although I went to a couple other mattress store, Mattress Hub was by far the best in price and service!

My boyfriend and I just made our first purchase of a mattress here! Sheryl was the employee that helped us and she was amazing. Incredibly informative as we both weren’t sure what we were looking for and incredibly sweet as we took up quite a bit of her time.They had a good variety of mattresses available and even with covid, estimated shipping time was not bad at all. Today we bought a new mattress for my 17 year old.The manager at the Greenwich location in Wichita was EXTREMELY pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient in his customer interaction. We had ordered a Nectar mattress online and the delivery date was weeks out. This mattress was a better value, ($300 LESS) and she was able to physically lie down on it to make sure it felt good to her. Canceled the Nectar!I also bought a super deluxe king size sheet set for myself and discussed returning to replace my old mattress.They also have a FABULOUS satisfaction guarantee.Very satisfied with our 30-45 minutes of shopping today!

Sales associate, DJ was AMAZING! He went above and beyond explaining and answering all of our questions. The deliver people were another story. Please keep in mind that we only order a Twin XL mattress/boxspring to be delivered and each one carried in one part of the mattress and just threw them through our front door causing our front door to hit a table behind it which dented the wood on the table and then left a dent in our wood front door inside. If each one of them would have carried one side this would have been avoidable but neither did that didn’t seem to care of the roughness or damage caused. I pointed this out to them after and they apologized and that was it. I would definitely recommend DJ in the East Wichita location on Greenwich to anyone with questions or concerns as he is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE but when it comes to delivery clear everything out of the way and then some. It this was done with a TWIN XL mattress I am worried about when we buy a new King mattress what might happen.

I never leave reviews, but this is my second experience with this store. They are super knowledgeable and answer all of your questions. They never try to up-sell you beyond your goals. Their delivery team is on time and calls 15 minutes prior to delivery, as promised. Great experience and I would highly recommend!

I went in yesterday knowing only that I needed a new bed because I’m moving soon. Shawn took the time to give TONS of information on how different beds are better for different people, he asked me what I LIKE as well as other questions to find out what I NEED, while keeping my budget in mind. I left there excited to finally get something to help my bad back and get some sleep! This was my first big “grown up” purchase/investment and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything which was honestly the best part! They seemed knowledgeable and were helpful. We ended up purchasing a Tempupedic and have so far been very happy with it. We actually hoped to get one of the adjustable bases, but it wouldnt fit the bed we had (homemade platform). We really appreciated how they worked with us in that process when it was delivered. Very disappointed we couldnt keep it, but thankful for how it all worked out.

Jared was able to point us in the direction of a few beds and helped us narrow it down to two. The prices here were the best after quick review of the immediate area, looking at the two beds we investigated at Mattress Hub. The atmosphere was superior at Mattress Hub, in both physical appeal of the store (very clean, smelled nice, etc.) and the staff was comfortable to be around and quite knowledgeable about the products.

Great low pressure experience. Larry just let me take all the time I needed trying out all sorts of different mattresses and answering questions about types with comparative pros & cons. He was there when I needed him and not when I didnt. When I got down to waffling between my final choices he helped me figure out which of the pros/con combinations made the most sense for me.
