I bought a mattress here some years back. They helped me pick a super comfortable mattress in my price range and still to this day it has been my favorite bed. They are also military friendly, so that was huge a plus! They also delivered my matters the next day which was very convenient. All in all, just a great experience and great customer service.

Im so glad I went to The Mattress Hub on Rock Road/Central in Wichita. Brian was Awesome! He answered all my questions, showed me differences in the mattresses, thus preventing me from making the mistake of getting a size I thought I would like -- but would have hated. I got the best deal -- I have been looking around at different stores. I also purchased a very nice platform with headboard. I am very happy with Brian, the service and The Mattresd Hub. Bryan was excellent- straightforward and very easy to talk to. He knows a lot about the stock and he gave me a great deal including delivery! 10/10 would recommend, especially since if you name drop who sent you there, they get a little bonus gift! Great experience shopping this store. We went in looking for a Nectar bed and the sales associate Brian showed us our selection and additionally offered a similar item for us to consider. We considered the item, left to think it over came back and spent a considerable amount of time laying on both our final choices. We were never hurried and Brian was patient and answered all of our questions. Check out was a breeze, we ended up using our Apple Pay without hitch. Mattress came in faster than expected (always a good thing). I would highly recommend checking them out and request Brian.

We bought our first mattress from Mattress Hub in 2014. Weve gone back in the subsequent years when our kids needed to upgrade from toddler beds into their big kids beds. There is a reason we came back! Between the excellent customer service, affordable pricing, and reliable delivery there is no other reason to go anywhere else. In 2014, we ordered a king size, adjustable base bed. The salesperson (for each bed purchase, actually) never pressured us into a higher priced bed, but helped us find the best that met our needs. My husband was working and I was pregnant, so the delivery guys were awesome when they needed to take everything down a flight of stairs, negotiate a hard right, and set everyhing up. They were great as they moved everything around for pregnant me to get the bed set just right. Mattress Hub has the best prices and the best customer service.

One of the easiest transactions ever! There was zero pressure to upgrade to a different mattress, and I got exactly what I wanted. Salesman asked questions about my primary reason for purchasing and confirmed I had made a good choice. I selected this store because of the positive reviews I read ahead of time, and then found pricing to be excellent. I haven’t tried out the mattress yet, but the buying experience was great!

So it was a very painless shopping experience. I spent a little extra on the mattress but I think it will be worth it in the end. Best service I have had in a while and no one tried to up sell me a product I didn’t want.

From when we walked into the store, Brian was so friendly and helpful. He started us out with the mattresses that were on sale, and told us that the rest went up in price from there. Once we had decided, he got us set up with delivery and I honestly cant wait to get our new bed!

So about a year ago. My girlfriend Aliya Jankowski and I bought a brand new Queen Sized Mattress here, with frame and mattress protector. It had to be shipped to our house and assembled by us, which is fine. We were told it would take a a week. For almost a month we waited for it to come in. It finally came in…but with the wrong hardware for the frame. We contacted Mattress hub and they had the manufacture send new hardware. They were nice about it. We waited for another week and a half. It was the hardware for the Twin frame. We contacted them again, they were nice about it. They contact the manufacturer who two weeks later sent us the hardware for the a King sized bedframe. We contacted them again in person, they were very unhappy with us pressing them to give us the right hardware, but they stated that they would send the right hardware expedited, send someone to help build it, and was supposed to give us our money back. Hardware came in two days. Guy came to build it. The guy building it noticed the hardware again was wrong, but was able to cobble enough parts to build it. A year later, we were talking about upgrading to a King sized bed. I stated we should go to mattress hub since it was just the manufacturer, and they follow through with their customer service. My girlfriend told me they never gave us back our refund and that she did not seek it, because she was tired of dealing it. I don’t understand what’s happening there, but it sure is frustrating that I was wrong about them following through with the customer service. Nice people that work there though.

Echoing what I read here before I entered the store. The guys are knowledgeable and dont make you feel dumb for being inexperienced with mattresses. They immediately ask you your budget and try to work with it. Theres no salesman pressure either. Have a visit if youre just thinking about it and walk away with a better idea of what the market looks like.

Knew what bed I wanted. Didnt take long to receive it. Except I asked if it was in a box (drove an SUV at the time) and they said yes. Turned out it was the full bed. Good thing I borrowed a truck before hand 😂

Mark Barrientos was incredibly helpful. I went in and said I was looking but didn’t have a huge budget. He walked me through which ones he had available for me, letting me know how they differed and what he could do price-wise. One of the main reasons I chose to purchase from him was his chill and professional demeanor along with the cozy store atmosphere. We’d been to what felt like every mattress store in wichita that day. Since you really can’t remember exactly how each mattress feels from one store to the other, the experience in the store is hugely important. I was impressed with the level of customer service, the lack of pushiness, and the willingness to serve me, even with my small budget. I would absolutely recommend Mattress Hub. Keep it up, guys!
