Rod and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They definitely do not overcharge as is the case with so many bike shops in town and the surrounding area. I was told that this is the place to go if you want quality work at a fair price and I concur and shall return.

Well, what was said would take a week and a half, took almost a month. Then I have so new dents and scratches, of course there no way it happened there. The work was dont but sub par at best. Wouldnt recommend.

Long story short, took a motorcycle wheel to get a tire changed to a buddy that “knew a guy who could do it cheaper” then my bike rode worse than it did on a flat. Brought the wheel to cycle station and got it back better than it was before it went flat. Fair prices and good quality.

Full disclosure: This review is based on one incident so its a very limited scope. That said, we had a 250 Rebel that was acting up in our group and just stopped in to see if we could get a hand for him (nobody had any tools onboard, not accustomed to Hondas being in the group!). No appointment, no call ahead (the Honda dealership were total jerks about it when he called them from the road, so someone in the group suggested just riding here). The guys hustled out, found the problem (admittedly a simple find but still) and had him back on the road in minutes. No arrogance or bluster like the Honda dorks, just quick lets get you back on the road buddy helpfulness from regular Joes. Thanks!

These guys are about as unprofessional as I have ever seen. I was completely ignored until I decided to ask a guy sitting in the customer waiting area if he worked there because he had a mechanics shirt on. Yeah he says. Not, can I help you or anything remotely service oriented. I inquired about a bike and only got the price out of him, nothing about the bikes performance or state or repair/disrepair.Today I called them about fixing my current bike but got no answer on the phone and no voicemail. This is a FAIL SHOP. Stay away.
