Honestly, I cannot believe this place isnt more busy than it is. They have about everything you could want in one place. Or... Use their website.If you have questions, just ask. The staff is very friendly. I wasnt steered to the most expensive, rather I found the right helmet with the right fit at a great price.

I was able to walk out of this store today having in my hand exactly what I came for. Even after changing my mind on a few items. They had all of what I was interested in at location. There only was one specialty part I wouldve had to order online. That is amazing because since 2002 I have visited many motorcycle and ATV shops throughout the region and have never had that experience. I am a tough customer on some levels as I am kinda picky and somewhat undecided half the time. I highly recommend this store for at minimum your helmet needs and trending styles of gear. Chances are they will have what you need in stock or a version of the one you would like to purchase in which they can order if you are picky like I am. This will be my first stop in the future. They earned a five star from me because there isnt a sixth star, plain and simple.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a helmet of a certain size and customer service called me to inform me they had made an inventory error and no longer had the helmet in stock. They offered to ship me, at no additional cost, the newest version of the helmet in my size. When I received the helmet, the anti-fog coating on the shield was defective. I sent an email, got a response immediately and their customer service reached out to Bitwell to have a new shield mailed out to me which I received days later. Could not be more impressed with the service!
