Mohamed at Leikin Motor Companies is the best car salesman ever! This was my first time going thru the car buying process on my own and he answered all of my questions willingly and explained every detail to me to my understanding. Mohamed helped me find a vehicle that included each and every feature I wanted in my dream car. The car had to be sent to Ohio from another state and he made that happen without a hassle. He even connected me with the financial department, when at first I was reluctant to speak with them, to add necessary warranty packages to my purchases to ensure that my new vehicle is covered from front to back, inside and out. When I arrived to purchase my car Mohamed set up a grand reveal. The car had a red bow on it which I requested, but he made it even more special by setting up a special congratulations sign with my name on, a cake because it was my birthday (by the way the cake was AMAZING), and balloons!. This made me feel so special. Mohamed said he would do anything to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and he did just that! Thanks Mohamed and Leikin Motor Companies, Ive never been happier!

Not a very good experience. Would recommend Mo (if you must go here) he was nice, helpful and knew his stuff but the management cost Mo the sale. Mercedes sales manager seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing as if he was trying to be slick. He just seemed like a stereotypical salesman and I wouldn’t go back. I decided on a different brand because of this experience.

Excellent car buying experience! We were in and out in under 40 minutes. Great customer service. We drove several hours for a very specific pre-owned Honda that happened to be on their lot. Absolutely wonderful experience with this dealer. We were shopping for a used Subaru and they happened to have one on the lot. We called head to test drive and they had the car ready for us when we arrive. We worked with Mo who was very accommodating, followed up timely and never pushed us or tried to sell us something. The car was SPOTLESS and you could tell the dealership takes a lot of pride in what they do. We bought from them because we felt they were honest, transparent and generally nice people and pricing was very fair. Would buy from them again!

I was looking to buy my first Volvo and it was very difficult to find the Car with the options I wanted. Brian R. was very helpful. He found me a car exactly as per my specifications. Overall the process was seamless. Brain kept me informed every step of the way. When I went to collect my car, he gave me a quick overview of the car features which was very helpful.Overall, I am very pleased with the car buying experience. Brett and Frank handled all my questions and negotiations via text and e-mail. I was able to forward all my trade-in docs and financing docs prior to even stepping into the dealership. It was the most streamlined and efficient car buying process I have ever experienced. When I arrived to test drive my vehicle, it was even more stunning than in the pictures. From test drive to completing the financing docs, I spent 45 minutes total at the dealership and the vehicle I purchased was absolutely immaculate. No B.S. and everything was better than advertised.

After car shopping at a number of dealers who either refused to even raise their heads off of their computers, or tried to sell us a car we were not interested in, I want to thank both Frank Waite, and Brian Rapoport for an excellent car buying experience. Both worked together to come up with a variety of excellent vehicles and both were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When the deal was finalized late on a Saturday, a few people even stayed late to get the car cleaned up and ready for us to take home, as it was a fresh trade from the day prior. Always a pleasure having service done at Leikin Motor Companies.....they are professional, courteous, and always complete the job thoroughly! I had the seat cover replaced this time, and questioned the tire pressure. All was taken care of perfectly. Upon leaving, I was gone only a few minutes, when I heard a noise like a plane taking off; I texted that I was coming back to the dealer. When I arrived, they took the car, figured out what had happened, and in a matter of just a few minutes, I was on my way again, completely satisfied. First, let me say it’s RARE I leave a negative Google review. However my experience at Leiken this past weekend was AWFUL. They(Brett Leiken) used the “bait and switch” tactic and ended up costing me two days of research and effort down the drain! Leiken Motors is unprofessional and their business methods are despicable! My salesman ignored my further communications the moment his bosses screwed up his deal. Absolutely DO NOT recommend them.***UPDATE*** Per the Leiken response below, NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME!! If I could give zero stars I would. I have over paid for years to have my vehicle serviced here. I had the “you get what you pay for mindset”, right? WRONG. My back rear tires were destroyed by their inadequate service and they took absolutely no responsibility. I was told it was my fault bc I must have hit a curb or drove into a ditch? What a joke! Will never return. Do not recommend.

Until recently I worked in the automotive industry for over a decade. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. After having my vehicle for only a few months it became apparent that the vehicle had MAJOR issues. These issues would had have to of started to develop long before i purchased the vehicle. I contacted my sales person who forwarded the information onto his sales manager, Brett Leikin. Brett sent me a copy of the as-is form with my signature on it and refused to help me any further. In all of my time in the automotive industry I have never seen a situation like mine where the dealership would not help the customer in ANY way. I was not offered the option to buy a warranty at the time of purchase and now have spent thousands of dollars fixing these problems. The vehicle was still under factory warranty when I bought it and these problems would have been covered by it if the dealership would have tried to get them repaired. Because I was unaware of the problems the mileage limit on the warranty had just expired when I noticed them. This dealership only cares about making a sale and not the customer. I am very disappointed in the after sale care this dealership has provided, I thought the days of dealerships playing these types of games were long behind us. You have lost a customer.Update: After replying to my review that they would be in contact with me, they still have not followed up with me or offered any resolution to my problems.The reason that I bought from them was because I wanted to get my vehicle from a dealer who would stand behind the vehicles they sell. Like most dealers do. Why else would anyone pay a premium to purchase a used vehicle from a franchise dealer?At least the are consistent with not being responsive or helpful.

Just Ok service is what Id rate them. They wouldnt negotiate the price of the car except for $50 off of the listing price. They had a take it or leave it attitude that I found surprising because no other customers were in the showroom which I visited several times. We all know that they super inflate the price typically. Also, I asked them to clean the interior of the car and they didnt clean much. There was dog or cat hair that was even on the headliner. Its not like they are super busy now and couldnt clean the car properly. Makes me wonder what else they took a nonchalant attitude with like checking and servicing the car as indicated on the CarFax. Its the little things that irritate me with the kind of service available today. Undecided if I would recommend them.

My experience with Sage and Frank was awesome. It began with Sage contacting me asking about my white 2014 Mercedes E350 and said the used car salesmen was impressed with my car and wanted me to come in and see if i wanted to buy another car.. and they would purchase my car. I did and Frank showed me my car but in white because Sage was with another customer. I was inquiring about their leasing program. I always get white cars but something said switch up to a black car/suv. We(Husb and myself)came in on a Saturday and was told the black car would be in on Monday. Monday afternoon i filled out application and received call back to pick up auto. This is not my first time leasing but my 1st experience with a dealership whose presentation was phenomenal. I felt like i was on “the price is right” The salespeople standing and clapping ..the big red bow and The black curtain revealed my “Onyx” is the name i picked out for her. She was shining and Beautiful. Both Sage and Frank were so thorough in showing me how everything works and making me very comfortable in Onyx. One of the reasons why i liked going to THIS dealership is the Customer Service they treat you like Royalty not only are you driving luxury but the culture there is very family oriented and they welcome you into the Leinkin Mercedes family. I’ve leased many cars and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The entire process from end to end was top notch, especially considering I never stepped foot the dealership (bought during the Covid crisis). The dealer was very accommodating with bringing me a vehicle to test drive. The pricing was very straight forward and I never felt like I was being hustled. The used car manager waisted our time. This dealership uses shady business practices. My husband and I were in negotiations with the used car manager and were promised a price for a car we were interested in buying. We were ready to drive up and purchase the car from this dealership when we were contact by the used car manager. He informed us that he was instructed by management to raise the price of the car we were going to buy and that they would not honor the price that we originally negotiated. He stated that the car was now in high demand and that they could get more money for the car from someone else. Don’t waist your time with this place.

Leikin Motors was very professional and the sale process was very pleasant. When our purchased vehicle was brought out for pickup, it was noticed that a traction control warning light was on. Michael, the owner was concerned about us driving a car that was not working properly and told us he would have the issue repaired and the vehicle deliver to us, or he would fully refund us the money if desired. The vehicle was repaired and delivered to us at our home 150 miles from the dealership as promised. This type of customer service is a rare occurrence and I would highly recommend visiting Leikin Motors on your next purchase.

Leikin Motor Company (Leikin Volvo Cars Cleveland) were great, especially Julius Resnik (and Michael Leikin). I had a rather poor experience at a different dealership the week prior, and Julius, especially, immediately put me at ease. The entire process was transparent and enjoyable – he even worked to make sure that I received every incentive possible. Additionally, the team was able to find an XC60 R-Design at a separate dealership that met the specs I was looking for. Everything took a week in total, including getting the car shipped and prepared. I highly recommend Leikin and Julius, and would buy from them again in a heartbeat!

Shady business practices. I was in negotiations by email and over the phone with the used car manager and was promised a price for my trade and a price for the car we were interested in buying. With in one day during negotiations they raised the original asking price of their car by $1500 and would not honor the original price that was promised to us. This place is not worth your time.

A posting for the truck I wanted appeared via Leikin about 4 hours before I settled for a truck I didnt love elsewhere. Steven Williams worked with me on short notice, was incredibly accommodating and really friendly. I wasnt buying a new Mercedes or Volvo but he was just as amazing helping me get my Ford F-150! The finance guys/GM got me a better interest rate than even my credit union would provide and I can take my truck in for a wash any time. I ended up buying my beautiful car from Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby because I was impressed by Mr. Gene Hauck’s knowledge about the car I was looking for, his professionalism during my test drive and all-rounded care I received during my visit. They also have lot of cars in their inventory to choose from. Some other dealerships didn’t have the car with a color I was looking for. I feel I have got a good deal on the money too. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone planning to buy a luxury car.

Great Dealership! Friendly and approachable staff! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and always goes out of their way to make sure everything is handled right the first time!
