My husband I are renewing our vows and wanted unique rings for our special day. We looked and looked with no luck. while at the Independence mall we walked by their store and decided to go in. We talked with the owner and showed him pictures similar to what we wanted. He informed us he could make us exactly what we wanted. We picked out a diamond from their inventory, and my dream ring was born. When we went to pick it up when it was finished I cried due to it being exactly what I wanted, down to the smallest detail.The staff here is both knowledgeable, and friendly. They are not out to just make a buck, they actually care that the customer is happy. We are in the processes of having my husbands ring made as well. (still working out the details of what we want)If you are looking for a piece of jewelry this is the place to go!!! Highly recommended!!!!

I’ve been shopping here since about 2006 when I moved from NY. This place is probably the best prices in town. I do price shop especially for gold but they usually beat the price! I got 2 gold rope chains for my sons and they even helped me create a mother’s ring with their birthstones! I loved it.

The manager refused to return a layaway saying he couldnt change his books. It was a 6 month layaway and it wasnt the time period yet. He said he didnt want my kind of business cause I wanted to harm his likely good by returning my layaway and giving me my cash back. He was unprofessional especially when there is better jewelers put there. Stay away and spend the little but more money for better service. They are good when you give them money but if you complain and want to or deal with them you are a problem.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to these guys they are over priced and false advertisers. Be careful what you buy a lot of their chain are heavy gold plated and sold as real gold. Please know about jewelry before purchasing you would encounter a lot of flaws in their gold preferably and their over priced diamonds

Ive done business with Omi and his family for almost a decade. Omi and his family are like family to my husband and I. His pricing is always competitive, and much better than any large-scale chain. His customer service is great! My wedding set came from Jasmine Diamond, as well as the jewelry I wore for my wedding. The staff always go out of their way to help find or create the perfect piece of jewelry for you or a loved one. If what you have in mind isnt in the showcases, it can be created! Since becoming a customer here, I havent done business anywhere else.

I recently sent my 50 plus year old Rolex to Jasmine Diamond for repairs. The watch was my fathers and was scratched, abused, neglected and to add insult to injury, waterlogged. I had no hope of the watch ever being worn again and had resigned myself into it being just a keepsake, not an heirloom.After 2 weeks in their care, I received my watch yesterday afternoon. I am completely astonished at how bright, clean, and new the watch appears. It looks absolutely fabulous, and has become showroom new again. I never noticed this watch when it was new, but am certain it did not look this good.It is now an heirloom once again and I can now look forward to passing this along to the third generation.

Visited the store a lady accommadated me I had some jewelry tested which she told me my jewelry wasnt 10k gold. So i visited 3 more of the jewelry stores in the same mall and got the same jewelry tested well just as I thought everyone else said it tested as 10k gold and actually offered to buy my jewelry..She was very rude and wouldnt even let me speak to the owner about the problem at hand. I had an awful experience and I promise myself to never enter your store again with the type of customer service I received just isnt acceptable

I was in search of a nice jewlers since landing in Wilmington. I searched and searched, but they all seemed the same....unapproachable. Until I found Jasmine Diamond Company in the independence mall. The owner and his staff were so nice and welcoming. I could tell the had my best interest at heart. I had a chain and pendant my mother had give me that was worn out and tarnished. Jasmine diamond has the exact replica made for me out of white gold. It turned out to be better quality than the original. Since then I have purchased engagement rings, wedding rings, necklaces, and a couple rolex watches... Omi, Jaden, Aaron will treat you like gold no matter what your looking for.. Highly recommend
