I went to bed one evening and my Les Paul was standing in its guitar stand. I woke up and it was on the ground with a broken neck and headstock.After taking a few aspirin and nearly having a heart attack, I brought the guitar to Jon for a repair.Somehow, using his magic and skill, he repaired the Gibson beautifully and it actually plays better now than it did 20 years ago.Do not go anywhere else, he is the best in the business and I’m grateful for his work and craftsmanship.

I just can say the guy with a flame tattoo is an expert! I had never seen someone to set up a Floyd Rose bridge extremely quickly and very well done. I brought my 7 string with EdgeZero II bridge to adjust the bridge, change the strings, and check the truss rod.It was not even necessary to leave my guitar since it only took 15 minutes to complete a very impressive work, my guitar sounds awesome now, I’d definitely come back!

Had a bunch of work done on my acoustic by Jon and id say its better than new, but Im not the original owner. I havent played a guitar that plays better than mine does now. The work was very reasonably priced given the extremely high quality of workmanship and customer service.Went back again and had Jon straighten out the neck of my Stat. The guitar was stored in a house that caught fire so it got real hot and the strings pulled a bow into the neck. Jon was able to heat and straighten the neck perfectly. He did a bunch of other cleanups and again, the price was really reasonable...way cheaper than a new neck from fender.

Definitely the best repair shop in MA. Jon is a great guy who does truly amazing work. Hes the only person I trust to set up my 1972 Fender Jazz Bass. Gets it playing and sounding great every single time.He also recently installed a new bridge and pickups in my 5 string Fender. Even went the extra mile and fixed the grounding/shielding issues I didnt know the bass had. Now it sounds and plays like a dream.The wait times can be on the longer side since hes in high demand, but its absolutely worth it for the quality/price of the work he does.

I am just starting out, and try as I might to set up my Ibanez GSR200 it just didn’t seem right so I decided to get professional help. Plus the volume dial for the neck pickup went all wiggly after the guitar hit the ground. I was sure I was going to be without my new bass for days and was prepared to drop it off.Nope!Walked in and Jon the owner finished up what he was working on, blasted through fixing the dial, setting the neck, action and intonation, diagnosed a faint hum coming from the jack, and handed me the guitar to make sure I was happy and I was out the door with guitar in hand.Awsome.

Took all of 20 minutes to get my new guitar properly set up (thicker strings, nut filing, truss rod and bridge adjustments, etc.).Will definitely be returning when I need work done in the future.

I brought my 12 string Strat in to John and as I always knew, No one will ever touch my Guitars except John.I was having a hard time getting the tune right. I was watching a Guitar surgeon in action.This man knows his stuff for sure.Thank you John .. youll never get less than five stars from me.

John was very understanding of my situation and was able to get me fixed up and on the road before my Monday flight. Great customer service and very knowledgeable individual.
