Fantastic energy and enthusiasm received by Savannah, the contact specialist. I was the very last appointment of the day and she made me feel like I was the first. When I got home I shared with my 17 year old daughter that it felt like I was seen by an eye specialist who could have doubled as the famous Anne of Green Gables- her favorite book character of all time.
Dr. Tran was terrific! She was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend her.
First time in. Very friendly staff. Dr. Was great.
I have been coming to EyeHealth Northwest my whole life and every visit is easy and smooth. No long wait times, staff super friendly, and a great atmosphere. I am loving the new Wilsonville location as it is so much closer to home. Thank you!
This was our first time going to EyeHealth Northwest. We were looking for a quick exam for our son (17 years old) and our regular eye doctor couldnt see him for 2+ months. We wanted something faster. The best part was that they accepted our current insurance so we didnt have to pay out of pocket. Upon entry I noticed how clean and Covid safety protocols were in place. The staff was professional, prompt, friendly and helpful. I am planning to make myself an appointment here next because of our wonderful experience.
Professional and friendly! I had a great first visit here and look forward to more visits. The front desk ladies are so welcoming and it really starts the appointment out great. I recommend them!
Staff was very professional and helpful. Doctor and staff or thorough, organized, informative and answered all of my questions. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. Very happy. The front desk was very very welcoming And Timely and courteous.
I had an eyelid lift since my field of vision was severely compromised. Dr. Bryce Radmall performed the surgery. I told him beforehand that I would rather go to the dentist and have a root canal that have anything done to my eyes. He said I would be sedated and Youll be just fine, he assured me. I was thinking that this procedure would be very scary for me and, therefore, quite challenging for him. Ready for this? HE WAS RIGHT!! 100% RIGHT! I came through surgery without any HINT of anxiety. Yes, I had to give up wearing my gas permeable contacts for a few days, but within a very short period of time (days, not weeks) I was back to normal. I am eternally grateful to this man who instilled a feeling of confidence in himself (but certainly not haughtiness) and that confidence transferred to me, his thankful patient.
The visit itself was average. Doctors were thorough and moved through the exam quickly. Nice people, but not very personable. Whatever they used to dye my eyes caused irritation and burning that is still bothering me a day later.
This is the 1st visit, since I couldn’t get into my regular opto. My 1st impression was great, since everything was explained to me with all the available option to me. Overall, my experience was great! I would def recommend the wilsonville office location.
Loved my experience with the entire team at EyeHealth Northwest. I would recommend them to anyone.
Highly recommend dr. radmall…excellent professional manner and communicative skills…
Absolutely professional, informative, kind and generous. They treat their clients with great care and stand behind their products. The welcoming human presence is AWESOME as is the clinic.
I found the staff capable, responsive, and the optometrist very patient when answering my questions and concerns.
Knowledgeable, kind, professional staff. I really like the pace in this office. 👍🏼
The staff and doctors are excellent. I came in with a eye problem that was treated that day and the followup visits were easy.
Very nice new building and facilities, staffed with pleasant, caring professionals. They still have one star to go, in my humble opinion, with their computer and phone system which seems to be down a lot. But, they are also not at full staff yet, do to the current virus problem around the country. In light of that, I think they are doing an excellent job. My doctor is Excellent. The optical department is great, with some of the latest frames and lens technology.
Persons, places, and things were all in harmony with the examination and giving me hope and satisfaction.I am committed to Eye Health and have been with Eye Health for decades.
Comfortable new office, very professional and friendly.Dr Tran optometrist was very thorough, friendly, informative and open to my questions of concerns. Contact fitting and changes were just right.
Safe, efficient and trust worthy. They couldve sold me a new pair of glasses, but advised I could wait since my Rx only changed minimally.
The attention was good until I found the my prescription was incorrect. When I called to have my prescription re-evaluated I was told that I was outside of a 60 day window and I would need to pay full price for a re-evaluation. The follow up service was lacking.
I was treated kindly and with respect. They listened to my concerns and questions. I left with detailed information as to how I can better care for my eyes. They offered further help in getting glasses and I felt safe with there procedures especially during this pandemic.
From my 1st call, bookkeeping/insurance discussions, to signing in... they got every piece of information wrong. They were rude, cold, and not understanding.I explained my own two insurance benefits and they refused to take one they are contracted with; told on the phone to bring both cards just for the receptionist to say she didnt want or wouldnt utilize the secondary. I nearly left, I should have as it only got more infuriating.I was given contact lenses to trial home for a week, to find out theyre the wrong Rx and they didnt intend to tell me. They also talked down about their own other facilities.Do NOT recommend. I was a new pt there, but my kids have been established in care. We all will be finding new care.
Rough start. Front desk person told me I was way too early and sent me out of the building. She hadn’t notice that I was scheduled for a special test, to be performed before I saw the dr. So when I checked back in, I was of course behind for everything. But they made up for it and at least didn’t make me come back. I love seeing Dr Page, no matter the schedule, I never feel like he’s rushing thru my aptm. He is very caring, thought and kind.
Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend their clinic.
Courtesy is their priority at the front desk, We left feeling like they care and listen to your needs. Attentive service.
The best service ever. From the time we walked in until we walked out. Excellent service. We are Kaiser members and we want Kaiser to always partner with this company so we can come back all the time.
There is something wrong with my vision and the doctor here missed it.Ever since my car wreck I have had issues with my vision.. They will not reverse my bill so I can be seen by a qualified eye doctor, so, have to wait a year for Medicare to pay for another exam. They keep billing me, which I will not pay because they miss whatever my vision problem is. I am forced because of them to be seen in a year. Cannot afford to pay out of pocket for a exam
Clinic got me in asap and was thorough in there exam. Just wish the Dr was a little more aggressive on his preventative treatment for my eyes. I dont want it to get worse and at this point, I feel like it will.
The reception person was awful, rude & patronizing but the nurse/tech who took me to exam room & prepared for Drs review was amazing and very kind. She was efficient, friendly and explained what was going on. Made the visit very comfortable. Again very kind.
Once I was able to get in and begin the process of my annual eye exam the care was more than adequate. I had to wait over 40 min in the waiting area prior to that and anyone who is still working or has a busier life than mine would have had real issues with that wait. Also, no one told me the reason for the wait which I would have really appreciated.
This was my first time to have cataract surgery. I had one eye done recently and have one more to go. They provide excellent care and make sure the patient has answers given. Totally recommend Eye Health Northwest to anyone. You will not be sorry
Dr Weber is wonderful. Staff kept me safe by only allowing so many people in the office at a time. Took temps of everyone, and everyone was also masked. Nice people.
I visit the Wilsonville branch of EyeHealth NW now more often than any other. I have visited SE Stark Street, Happy Valley, Oregon City, and Wilsonville. I find the last exceptional, and worth the extra drive time, as they are not as crowded, and have “one-way” hallways during Covid. Their cleanliness is commendable. Their office staff efficient and friendly, and they have, at least on some days, the excellent Dr. Adermann, who tells me my diagnoses directly and without sugarcoating. Thank you to all the Wilsonville team!
I am a Kaiser patient who chose to see eyehealth northwest as part of their outsource program to reduce wait times. I waited a month to be seen here, only to be told the day before my appointment that I didnt have proper coverage (turns out I did). When I communicated with my employer they showed me my vision coverage and I called back and was able to get an appointment a week out. I was rushed in and rushed out my first time there. The initial prescription I was given for my contacts was so off I couldnt see straight and I let them know and was told youll be fine, it just takes some time to get used to. only 2 additional visits later did I get a prescription that was functional but still not correct ( I gave up on going back ) I have now been waiting on my prescription for almost 2 months and am currently stuck in a month and a half old pair of trial lenses. I have called their office, phone support etc and was told it had been sent. They said I would be able to view my prescription in the patient portal, to which I am unable to log into without a username. I was never provided a username. When I called support I was told they had no idea and that they dont give out usernames. They gave me a token to reset my password (which requires a username to use. Here I am almost 5 months after starting this process, stuck in a pair of trial lenses unable to get a prescription filled. I will never be going back to this office and I highly recommend you to suggest a different office if Kaiser asks you to go here.
I had a great over all experience. I was pleasantly surprised that I was always called back at or before my appointment time. The doctors and Staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable with the diagnosis and treatment plan. I will definitely be going back if I have any other eye care needs.
Staff very professional and friendly.
Understandably, during COVID I could not be in the small exam room with my wife and doc when she went for her appt. Weeks later to pick out glasses we were told the retail area (which is fairly good size) was fine to both be in there, but alas, that was misinformed and were told “No”. So, with masks, temp checks at the door, hand sanitizing, and social distancing, and only trying on glasses outside, we can’t both be in there together? Fine. Then we shall never be in there alone or together, forever. Plenty of other eye wear places following all the CDC guidelines to shop at... Dumb.*Update 10/13/20: responding to the owner... We did have an appointment, in fact a very early one on a Saturday that we got a babysitter for.
New provider, due to retirement. Very proficient staff. Little awkward when accompanying driver had to wait outside in the car for an hour. Should have been notified when I made the appointment or when confirmed that only patient would be allowed inside during appointment.
The staff at Eye health Northwest is professional, informative and helpful. My only reason for not rating 5 stars rather than 4 is that I still don’t have a diagnosis.
This place is great! The staff is very kind and professional.
After an eye injury requiring an ER visit, I was recommended to see an opthamologist to check for other eye issues. I was able to get a next day appointment to see a doctor at the Wilsonville office. The staff at Wilsonville were most helpful and friendly. Masks, temp scan and distancing protocols in place and enforced. The doctor and his assistants were helpful and friendly and thorough in their examination. A concern about my retina has me now seeing a specialist at EyeHealth. Overall I am very pleased with the care I have received.
I have never been treated in such a patronizing, rude manner by doctor.
Why 2 stars? I want to give an honest review. There seems to be more than one part of this operation. My eye exam and eyeglass order went fine. The 2 stars is because of a separate part of their business. Contact lens prescription order fulfillment. This facility/department is completely incompetent. The lens that I was originally sent? Not only did they not improve my vision, they made my vision worse. Turns out I was sent the wrong prescription. A PRESCRIPTI0N THAT I PUT INTO MY EYE ON TRUST. I am still waiting on the contact lens that I have already paid for but do not have . Of course, EyeHealth Northwest blames the usual suspects, (vender/typo blah, blah, blah). Yes really. The Eyehealth representative went with typo, ON AN OPTOMETRIST PRESCIPTION ORDER. So, If youre just getting eye glasses go ahead. However, if getting contact lens? Avoid this place like the plague.
Always a great facility and people.
I noticed that they are trying to show concern about sanitation and illness (likely bc of the c-virus) due to signage posted throughout. They sanitized one of the machines I put my face on but not the other. The plastic spoon thing was not sanitized nor were the test lenses that I held up to my face (those went straight back in the drawer). The front desk person was really nice but seemed stressed or defensive because of being overly apologetic over the time it took for the card reader to process my payment (which was a normal amount of time). When setting the appointment I sat in hold for 6 minutes then it just rang and rang, I had to call back and wait on hold again. This location (and all but maybe one) are not equipped with the ability to take the picture of your eye. And they did not conduct one of the tests Ive had at every other clinic Ive been to where you press a button when you see the lines appear in the picture. They also did not have my contact lenses in stock, they are being ordered and sent to a location closer to my home. They probably cant control that but it was disappointing because my prescription is pending me trying that new strength, which I may not actually need. Once confirmed, Ill need to wait again and Im on my last set right now so a little worried about timing. When checking out, to pay my contact fitting fee, there was a disagreement over who was supposed to and not trained to collect it. All in all, nothing really bad happened but it was a bit disappointing.
Professional staff, great care!
Very clean facility. Very friendly staff. They work well with my fussy toddler.
Very efficent, friendly.
Highly recommend the professionals at EyeHealth NW. Always receive excellent care.
Very friendly staff from front desk on. Nice new office. Elena is wonderful, sweet and gentle! Dr Weber is a new treasure!
Good Appt, very thorough and no wait!
All employees at EyeHealth Northwest were very helpful and considerate.
Staff was courteous, friendly, efficient, and professional.
Very professional. Do not ever have a long wait time. Dr Weber is bright and listens to concerns. Feel very comfortable in his hands.
Professional, kind and thorough!
Friendly, helpful staff. Dr. Flannery, took time to listen to my questions and to answer them thoroughly.
Nice location - nice people to have take care of my eyes. Would recommend this location to anyone in the area.
I was very pleased to get a appointment 2 days after my request. I was greeted warmly and the exam was thorough, professional and very helpful. I love having an EyeHealth NW in Wilsonville since I live in Charbonneau. The new facility is well decorated ad modern,. It is a very welcome addition to your other offices and staff :). Thank you !
Love the new location. I had to change Drs as mine in Oregon City does not work out of this new location. I live in Wilsonville so this is so much better for me. However, I was extremely happy with Dr Weber. His communication was outstanding.
Excellent experience with cataract surgeries performed by Dr. Flanary at Eyehealth Northwest. Very happy I chose this service provider.
Just to be clear, they charge $75 for contact management on top of your exam fee. Not sure what this means, or why its there are several other optometrist that do NOT charge this fee. They also dont tell you about this until you are back in the room. Exam and staff are really great, but they are let down trying to make the business model work.
My husband was pleased with his doctor (Dr. Aderman) who saw him for the first time. The clinic is beautiful and there was adequate help that knew their job. The wait was lengthly but preparations for an eye injection take time.
The desk personnel were friendly, helpful, and professionally competent. your new facility here in wilsonville attractive and practical. dr. flannery was clear and articulate in his explanation of my right eye problem with practical advice as to possible solutions. a very good experience indeed.
Easy location, beautiful office, kind and knowledgeable staff and Drs. Highly recommend!
Very clean & efficient
Really good
Everyone was very friendly and helped me with my needs for my eye care. It’s a very clean and nice place.
Great visit, beautiful office!
New place but with the same great help as all the other offices.
Impressed. friendly staff, competent doctor, clean & spacious facility.
Convenient location, wonderful staff.
Beautiful light filled new office! I will now be using this office instead of the crowded Oregon City office!
Very good
The Staff was very professional .
