EDIT: The offices manager Rose reached out to me today to let me know that my glasses were ready and apologized for my experience. I really appreciate a manager who cares enough to speak to you in person. I would go to this store again since Rose made the effort to listen to my problem and tried to make it right. Thank you Rose. Changing from 1 star to 4Original: I got someone who knew very little about the add ons she was trying to sell me. Also ran my insurance wrong and took about 40 minutes to finally ask a manager for help. Total waste of my time. Its better to admit that your new or maybe are having trouble and let the customer know that instead of making them just sit there while you tell them the wrong information because you dont want to ask for help. I was told my insurance was lapsing March 2020 when it just renewed Jan 2020. Turns out she didnt even run my benefits and had some complete strangers info she was relaying to me. I am not confident that my glasses will even turn out right, most likely will go to Costco next time and take less money from my insurance just to have someone that knows what theyre doing.

Needed a simple screw repair on my sunglasses and the man working there did it free and quick. He also cleaned them and readjusted them without my asking. Amazing service and a great choice for anyone!

Dr Joe Neron was wonderful with my daughter who tends to be anxious. He was even able to talk her through putting in contacts! The staff also helped to find the right lenses for a few pairs of new glasses (they had a special) and adjusted them several times until she was happy. Very happy with our experience!

All the associates were very helpful, they made the whole process a breeze. Definitely recommend

Dr. Neron was amazing!!! And so was Barbara and Daniel. Dr Neron helped me into a comfortable pair of contacts and clearer vision!!!! Barbara and Daniel were able to help get my prescription sunglasses fixed after they were dropped and scratched. They saved me lots of money and fixed my favorite pair of sunglasses. They heard my concern and address my problem individually :) Thank you all for all the amazing service!!!

Dr. Neron is an excellent doctor. He gets straight to the point, listens exceptionally well, and he explains what is going on clearly and directly. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest research. He helped me with several issues I had gotten bad medical advise about previously. I was truly grateful.

Exceptional Service! I was SO impressed with everyone during both the choosing of my new glasses -- and the pick up (they were the same people). I wish I had been more attentive to their names, as they all deserve individual recognition for their roles in my experience. They were funny, personable, professional, attentive, helpful, kind ... I could go on and on. Ive been to many places over the years, and this was BY FAR one of the most pleasurable of my experiences, and I wouldnt hesitate to choose (and recommend) VisionWorks in Wilsonville in the future.

I had the best experience ever. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor was professional and patient. I honestly can not Believe how amazing this place is, I honestly have been to a lot of places for my glasses and lost hope in finding a affordable place, not only is this place affordable, The customer service is outstanding, the gentleman who helped me name is Martin and he was very helpful and informative with everything, and the manager Daniel was helpful and honestly I have not met a manager that genuinely cares about a establishment like he does he was welcoming and also informative, all the employees were also delightful, I’m definitely recommending this place to all my friends and family, if your looking for a place to go this is it.

Can not say enough wonderful things about this place! The staff is so patient, professional, and helpful. I came in with a bad prescription—not knowing it was so off— from another eye doctor and bought two pairs of glasses. I couldn’t see clearly when I picked up the glasses, and the next day they got me an appointment with Dr.Neron. He got me in an actually updated prescription, and Visionworks remade my lenses for free. Within a three day turn around, they got me my new lenses and made sure the frames were adjusted. I can see so clearly, it’s unreal. I am blown away by this team. Thanks Visionworks! :)

From out of town and lost my glasses. Went in to see if they could refill my prescription but because it was out of date they couldn’t. But they found a way to get me seen real quick and got me new glasses within two hours! Great service! Everyone was extra friendly and went above and beyond.

The customer service was excellent. We dont live in the area. We areere on mini vaca and hubbys glasses broke! They did free repair and great customer service! If I lived in area I would purchase glasses here. Thanks!

These people were awesome! Needed glasses asap for my son who lost his glasses kayaking. They were able to get him in the next day and even made him a pair same day.

My husband and myself came in last minute on a Saturday and were treated like family. This place knows how to provide real customer service. They are very helpful and don’t push products on you.

Went in because i lost my nose piece to my glasses. They replaced them both freenof charge with a smile. Would definitely recommend this place for great service.

Came in on Sunday not expecting my glasses could be repaired but not only did Barbara patiently repaired it with kindness and a smile, also took time to show me their wonderful frame selection as well!! Will be back for sure to buy my new glasses in January soon as my insurance renews!!! 👍

Visionworks was great! Dr. Neron was very knowledgable during the eye exam and made sure it was a comfortable experience for me. And I have to give credit to Iesha for sitting with me through tons of glasses options and then helping me price out the best rate for my insurance. Would definitely come again.

Dr. Neron is the best eye doctor that I have come across to in my life time. I recommend him personally. Polite, kind, courteous, and professional. Establishment is clean.

First place after many places I have been to that were successfully able to replace my screw and fix my Michael Kors frames! The manager Daniel and associate Iesha helped me find a new pair and keep on hold for me for when I update my prescription! Beautiful location with so many frames to choose from!
