There are many choices for Eye Care in Wilsonville and after visiting a few others in town I am happy to have found Wilsonville Vision Center. Nice people, great care, and a good selection of frames.

The doctor and staff are always amazing. This is the only team that I entrusted my families eye care to since moving to Wilsonville 9 years ago. They are always friendly and give excellent care. They also make the insurance process easy to understand and help you maximize your benefits. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing great quality health care.

Rude receptionist by the name of Janice. They lost a new customer that came in with me and also my future business. Need to treat customers with a bit more respect for spending good money at their business. Made me feel like she was bothered by trying to help me. Would not recommended. Changed review to a 1 due to Doctor refunding money on my glasses order because he was upset about a legitimate bad review. Calling me for 3 days isn’t going to excuse rude employee behavior, and the fact the you’re oblivious to that, is all the more reason my review is as such. I have given plenty of good reviews to worthy businesses, but you decided to misinterpret that in your comments. This is all the more reason for future customers to go elsewhere and be treated as they should. Not sure what good calling me would do when you defend a rude experience, don’t understand. Plenty of choices out there, go somewhere else. I’m going to be sure that the nice lady that came in with me to buy glasses submit a review as well.

Horrible place. I booked an appointment for a contacts and glasses exam. I was the last appointment of the day and when I arrived, I was quickly rushed through and could tell the staff just wanted to hurry me along and go home, which I get but I wanted to talk with the doctor about my allergies and how it was affecting my eyes, he just handed me a coupon for some drops and obviously didnt want to listen to my concerns. We also spoke about how I needed recommendations for contacts for astigmatism and he agreed but didnt actually give me any. He then handed me off to the RUDEST saleswoman and when I told her that I wanted Chanel frames, she got annoyed and said they dont carry those, so she cant help me. She said I could only get what they sell. I said Ive ordered frames online before with no problem under VSP and just get reimbursed. She aggressively argued with me and said I dont know what Im talking about, even though I verified my coverage before the appointment AND I had verified my coverage when I made the appointment with their office. I asked if they could put new lenses in my current frames and she said it would be $100 per pair, even though my insurance clearly also covers this. I said never mind, asked for my prescription and planned to leave and just order glasses online. When I asked for the contacts prescription, I was told they didnt do the exam for contacts, only for glasses and I would need to come back because they were closing. My insurance covers one appointment per year, so why would I pay out of pocket to come back when this appointment was to do the contacts exam? I was irritated and just left without new glasses and without a contacts prescription. DO NOT GO HERE.

Wilsonville Vision Center is the place to go. Cool selection of glasses and sunglasses. Ive gotten all my glasses, sunglasses and contacts here. Ana the receptionist caught my eye when she dispensed my glasses. She helped me find the perfect contact fit, and I found out she is my perfect fit. With her my world is so clear. Without your establishment I would not have seen how perfect Ana is for my life and I cannot see myself without her. Thank you Dr. Christiansen for having such wonderful staff and great services.  Once again, would recommend Wilsonville Vision Center 20/20 rating.

I can not recommend the Wilsonville Vision Center highly enough. I’ve bought both contacts and glasses here in the last several months. The staff is very professional and helpful. Dr. Christiansen was very diligent in determining the best prescription for me. If you want glasses or contacts from a professional and polite business, this is where you need to go. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Wilsonville Vision Center is the only office I trust with my eyes! I’ve had some pretty bad experiences elsewhere with wrong prescriptions and things of that nature, but I’ve never once had an issue here. They have an amazing selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from so you’ll never find yourself settling for something you don’t love. The staff there is absolutely amazing! Ana the receptionist is especially helpful and so kind! I recommend Dr. Christansen to all my family friends, he’s an amazing doctor and genuinely care about each of his patients!

I have a great deal of trust in Wilsonville Vision Center which is very important to me. Friendly staff, thorough doctor who listens, and they do a great job working with my insurance. This was no the case with my last provider. Bonus kudos, glasses came quickly enough when ordered.

Finally a place that knows what customer service means. The doctor was patient with my special lens need and was prompt in getting me help. Love the staff, they are personable and made me feel comfortable. Will continue to come back and recommend Wilsonville Vision Center to my friends and family!

Great experience. The ladies behind the desk were so friendly and very helpful. I came in at 5.30pm on a Wednesday so I know by that time most people are checking out with their day. They were so professional, and didn’t make me feel rushed even though it was the end of the day. My family just moved here so I will be bringing them all in too!

Had an excellent experience overall. I needed an eye exam and new contract lenses and was concerned from past experiences elsewhere that, me being a new patient, the appointment would take awhile. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire visit took less than a half an hour; Dr. Christiansen was thorough, efficient and very welcoming, and the rest of the staff I spoke to were very polite and professional as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new optometrist.

Id been super reluctant to go in for an eye check-up; I knew I needed to, but I also knew I probably wasnt going to like the results. Dr. Christiansen really helped me to feel better about the whole process; he explained everything that he was doing and I felt that he took the proper time to really find out my wants and needs concerning my new prescription/glasses. The frame selection was outstanding, and the woman that helped me in that area was very friendly and knowledgeable as well; I even went back the next day to make a couple changes to the frames and lens add-ons. Everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend these folks.

Ive come to Wilsonville Vision Center twice to have my eyes checked, and Dr. Christiansen and the team here are very welcoming and efficient. My last visit revealed my need for glasses, and the fitting team was quick and efficient in helping me determine the correct fit of glasses that I would be needing. I would recommend this team for anyone, especially those who are not sure if they need glasses or not, as I have great eye sight, but require reading glasses due to my extensive time working on a computer and reading hours on end as a grad student. Thank you, Wilsonville Vision Center!

Amazing experience!

We love this office. Everyone is friendly and good with my kids, as well as me. They are quick and efficient, yet take the time to explain the exam and findings thoroughly and answer any questions. I really appreciated the time they took as well to adjust and check my glasses on pickup to ensure they perfectly fit me. That is huge in this day of hurry up here you go most places. Pricing is reasonable and you get quality service, something for which I am truly grateful.

Ive been to several eye doctors, and the experiences havent been so great. After seeing some of the reviews for Wilsonville Vision Center, I decided to give it a shot. It was a great experience, and I definitely plan on using them going forward.This was the first time that Ive taken my daughter, who is very energetic. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, and never made me feel like she was too much, even when I was getting overwhelmed. In fact, when I apologized for her energy, I was given reassurance that all was okay. When we picked up her glasses, she was again, very excited and full of energy. The experience was incredibly positive. And again, when I had to come (alone this time, thank goodness) and pick up my glasses, everyone was super great.Definitely a keeper. :-)

What a fantastic place to come! We felt like royalty here, great customer service by everyone we met in the office and they went above and beyond. I think if you go in any business with a positive attitude and treat others with respect you get that in return. Hubby felt the same way, well be back!

I really appreciate all of the staff. The customer service is amazing. The physician is very informative, explains procedures and welcomed my questions. The receptionist Guisel was very helpful and patient with my constantly changing schedule.

I have been going to see Dr. Christiansen for quite some time now and he has taken very good care of me and my children! Hes so thorough and patient. Great Family optometrist. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Appointments are always quick and easy. Everyone is very good to our children and I would highly recommend for other Wilsonville families with children.

Friendly service and good with availability and scheduling. The way my vision was diagnosed and my prescription made were pretty bad though. I cant see as well as I did before and gave it a few months to see if it improved. It never did. Im using old contacts and old glasses. My new glasses from the optician there also felt like a scam. They loaded up all these extras to make my non designer backup glasses cost more than $600. They were actually thicker lenses than my existing lenses, angled wrong on my face and provided poorer vision than my existing glasses. All around a terrible set of experiences. I cannot recommend.

Really friendly business with skilled staff. Needed a quick repair on my sunglasses and they complete the fix in about five minutes. Very pleased with the results!

Three members of my family are patients of Dr. Christiansen including myself. They are very helpful even after you have your glasses. My daughter tends to bend hers and I just drop by and the staff is happy to replace lost nose pads and bend them back into shape. We will be repeat customers for a long time.

The staff was really nice and helpful. They didnt over charge and the doctor gave me a GREAT prescription. When I moved I went to someone else near by and regretted it, so I am making the drive out to see them again.

Please note the one star reviews are old ones. The office girls and the doc are wonderful. I first went in to have a screw replaced for a pair of glasses I purchased elsewhere. They helped me with a smile and without charging me a thing. Due to that experience when it was time for my annual exam and new pair I chose to give them the business. The only reason I dont give them five stars is because they have a limited frame selection BUT you can bring in your own frames. My insurance allows billing frames and lenses separately so it was very easy to find exactly what I wanted.

Staff are super good with kids.

ONLY one word to describe the Wilsonville Vision Center Optometrist and his Employees and thats BLESSED. They are loving, knowledgable, patient, understanding, helpful in any way you need assistance concerning your eyes, billing and so forth. Im so glad God gave us this man and his staff to take care of our eyes.

I have been a customer of Wilsonville Vision for years and have never received the poor service others have described. Dr. Christiansen has always been very good to me during the exam and has been willing to take the extra time to carefully examine my prescription and make sure it was correct using all available measurment tools at his disposal. He gave me numerous free samples of contact lenses to try to help me find one that worked well and was comfortable. I am not sure where the poor customer service complaints come from or the complaint from someone who posted for their friend. Anyway, Dr. Christiansen is a stand up guy whos character is unimpeachable.
