I highly recommend Lenza. I came in on a Saturday thinking I had gotten something in my eye. After the physician assistant couldnt find anything, she brought in one of the opthamologists. He used a special dye to locate a growth on my eye that had produced a tiny calcium particle. He delicately removed it.They were courteous, thorough, caring, and very professional.
Welcoming staff and all around a positive experience. Dr. Gibson took the time to go over results, answer questions, and helped me feel at ease. I have never felt more calm/confident answering “Is one clearer or two?” She was great!

Dr. Scott Iburg was incredibly professional, kind, and eagerly listened to anything I had to say. The facilities were very new, modern, and clean. All staff were very well dressed, professional, and relaxed. Lenzas website was easy to understand, and made scheduling an appointment stress-free.All of these factors combined made the bill feel fair in premium value.
Each person I encountered was Professional and knowledgeable. My Optometrist explained each step in her exam and why it was necessary. Her exam was thorough. This is my 7th year with Lenza. I will be staying with them. Highly recommend them

I recently had a piece of metal stuck in my eye and couldn’t find a place that would take me on on a Saturday. Lenza eye center thankfully made time for my emergency even though they had a full schedule that day. The front desk staff was the most kind and comforting people you could ask for and the doctor did an amazing job at removing the metal from my eye and communicating every step of the process. He even came in on his off day for my follow up appointment. Highly recommend this place!
I got fitted with contacts for the first time and I felt very comfortable and welcome. I would definitely recommend Lenza to someone who is looking for a new eye center.
I first was introduced to Lenexa when I went with my husband for his appointment and was so impressed, I moved my business there. I just had a full service exam and was fitted fir new glasses. The entire team is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Both the tech assistants my husband I had were awesome. Shout out to Fong and to Dr. Eyeberg or Scott as he prefers to be called. These guys were great with Mom and Grandma- very patient, understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable. Setting up the appointment was easy to do through their web page and they were very accommodating when we had to reschedule. I am especially appreciative of the Covid 19 precautions they took at their office. The office itself is nice, clean, and modern-looking. We will definitely be returning patients.
This eye center is much smaller than a different eye center I went to several years ago. It is much more personal. I was treated as an individual. Much different than the other place.
My husband and I both had appointments and it was our first time there. The Doctor and staff were very attentive and addressed all my concerns. My husband mentioned how well his appointment went as well. It was a great experience. Sabrina was awesome!
The staff here was very friendly and in good spirits. The eye doctor was very informative an answered all of my questions. Over all my experience was excellent. Never in my life have I said I would suggest an eye glasses shop, but I definately suggest them.
I really liked my provider. She genuinely cared and really wanted to help me reach my goals (get back to wearing contacts despite my chronic dry eye). She was nice even though I didnt mention the contacts right away and probably took more of her time than I should have. My eye doc definitely made me want to return. Not too thrilled about their team selections but maybe thats just the styles out right now. Front desk assistant was friendly, the other assistant could have been more helpful in helping me pick out glasses. Would have appreciated her opinion on what frames looked good on me.

Have come here a couple times for exams and new glasses. The place is nice. Awesome people. Dr.s are excellent. If you need glasses. Try them out. Selection of frames could be a bit better. But other than that. Highly recommend.
The staff here is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and really helpful when picking frames. I was a little nervous going during the pandemic, but my eyes have been bothering me so I decided come in. They have a very good system in place and the clinic is also very clean!

I stopped by to see if I could get a medical insurance covered eye exam because I happened to be in the area. Gave them my insurance card and made the appointment. I received two confirmation texts. I drove 40 minutes to get here and they say my insurance wont cover it so I left. Waste of a couple hours of my time and a lot of frustration.Editing my review up because my phone decided to inform me of the voicemail they left this morning. Still only 90 minutes before the appointment I made mid last week, but much more understandable.
I had toothpick and gorilla glue holding my only glasses I needed a replacement the next day and lenza eye care made a replacement within an hour. “IN-N-OUT”. Definitely recommend them!!!

I had an emergency eye issue and found Lenza on line. Their scheduling capability made it SUPER easy to book an appointment the very next day. At the appointment I quickly filled out just a small amount of paperwork and then saw the doc. Great service, very capable staff and doctor team.
Scheduled surgery for the husband 3 day prior to surgery they decided to call and was like oh you have to pay 1552.95 in 2 day. Normal working people dont have that. Then we go today for post op and watch his doctor walk out fully gowned masked and gloves walks outside messes with his car and goes back in and uses hand sanitizer on his gloves. Not clean at all.
Yay! I finally found my forever eye care center! I found the entire staff to be kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional and personable. My doctor was honest, informative, easy to get along with and a great listener. I felt very comfortable with him and could even be humorous with. Amazing guy. The atmosphere is very clean, modern, comfortable, bright, peaceful and quiet. In addition, their selection of glasses/sunglasses is vast and fashionable. As well as all their specialty products additions to improve your life and the life of your glasses!!!

Good selection of frames and a helpful doctor willing to try out several contact brands and strengths. HOWEVER, they told me my new designer glasses were ready and presented a cracked frame. Then “ordered a new pair” and presented the SAME cracked pair a few weeks later. Over one month later I finally have functioning glasses but they are definitely friendly and helpful.
My sister was in town and tried to make an appointment, shes from California, nice that they turned her down because she is from California and the whole Covid situation, like she would be an impact or something. Discrimination maybe? Our Governor is partnering with both states to work together as west coast, then this happens. Shes been quarantined here. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Got my glasses from them in August, the tech and the optometrist told me that I would be able to use my vision insurance benefits again in January to purchase contact lenses when they reset. I called today to order my contacts and they said that my benefits did not reset until August, so now Im stuck paying out of pocket for 9 months worth of contact lenses I never anticipated having to buy. Had I been given the correct information in the first place by both the optometrist and the technician who sold me my glasses I would have gotten contacts instead. Make sure they tell you exactly what youre getting and get it in writing, otherwise youll be stuck in a situation like this and be forced to go somewhere else. Lenza, the glasses were fine the communication was terrible.

I called them to make an appointment and they spent 15 minutes going over all my insurance information, which is fine. My appointment was then confirmed. At the end of the day they called me and said they were busy and had other appointments that day. They told me I could still come to the appointment but they could only give me a five minute consultation vs the standard half hour consultation for new contact users. Very disappointed, I would not recommend.

Well worth the drive from Portland for same-day cheap glasses - starting at $100, ready in under an hour, great customer service.I was calling around trying to get my simple prescription filled as quickly and cheaply as possible. Another shop quoted $300 for just lenses plus $70+ for frames. Here I got a complete pair with anti-reflective, anti-scratch polycarbonate lenses for $100, plus optional blue light filter coating for $40, and they were ready in 20 minutes. Good selection of frames which qualified for the deal, I would estimate over 200 styles with wide variety.The salesperson gave her honest opinion when requested, and brought out more similar styles from the back for me to try. She never tried to upsell me on a more expensive frame or lens, the only suggestion was for the blue light filter, which I definitely need.Overall, I would definitely recommend, although I have no information on their eye exams or for people with more complex prescriptions.

I got my eye exam there last December 2018 and got a prescription for my contacts. I called last month (November) asking if they would reorder my contacts since I misplaced a few of my boxes due to moving. The receptions that answered the phone had to put me on hold to ask someone else in the office what to do.. and when he got back on the phone with me he said that I would have to come in to do another eye exam before they could order me more. My prescription is good until the 31st of December! I felt they should have honored that.. either way, I was able to go through another company to order my contacts since my prescription was valid, but I just had to go through the hassle of paying out of pocket first then getting reimbursed through my insurance. If this is a policy that Lenza eye center has where they don’t reorder contacts for their pts without another eye exam (even with an unexpired prescription) then they need to address this prior to the pts first appointment.
Excellent service, friendly helpful staff however the selection of frames was not as diverse as I would have liked. I ended up buying my glasses at Costco but I will come back to Lenza for my exams. My exam was thorough and accurate and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.
Second pair of glasses and I will be back for more. Very nice and knowledgeable.
Dr. Tiffany Kim is a fantastic doctor! She has both the great personality you want to be greeted by and the superior skills to check your eyes health. Dr. Kim took great time time explain to me my eyes health, while answering all my questions in an easy to understand and very compassionate manner. All of the staff I met was very cordial and caring. I did not buy glasses so I do not have that experience to report. BUT, if you have tried to get along with your Optometrist and felt talked down to or rudely put off, or just couldnt stand the creepy guy optometrist I last went to, then this is the place to go.

I am a returning patient, but today was the first time I met Dr.Iburg. I would recommend him to anybody! He was so thorough and patient as we went thru the exam steps, and was explaining everything as we went. I am a clinician as well, and he has my utmost trust.

Ordered lenses for glasses that we did not need. Wasn’t really willing to work with us and we were charged the full price. Did get a lens remake and one of the lenses continues to pop out. Took it in and was told I’m cleaning my lenses incorrectly. Been wearing glasses since I was 12 and worked for an eye doctor myself. Very disappointed. This was for both my glasses as well as my husbands. I continue to put my husbands lense back in since going in didn’t do any good. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Lenza eye center is committed to serving clients with seamless and professional treatment from entering the office to navigating whatever procedure is on your agenda and beyond. Poking about the eye can be a bit tedious at best. There is a certain je ne sais quoi that is in place from start to finish...well done!

I had a great experience at Lenza. The frame specialist Rob is spot on with his frame knowledge and applying that to your notion of everyday activity that is affected by quality site. Lisa Kim the optomotrist was patient and just in general a pleasure to work with. You cant go wrong with the space either it is very nice, spacious, and private. Lenza in Wilsonville is a quality choice and experience to get new glasses.

Lenza Eye Center in Wilsonville, has an exceptional selection of frames, I was so impressed!The frames I purchased are very stylish and unique, exactly what I was hoping to find. I was also impressed with the quality of the frames they are sturdy and will last through the years. I will be able to dress them up or wear them casually everyday.I am so happy with all the options they had for the lenses, especially since my eyes are aging and need special lenses.The level of service was fantastic the staff was professional, helpful and friendly.They made it so easy to find the perfect new eyewear that is stylish and I will feel proud to wear everyday.

I have to give Dr. Kim and the rest of the staff 5 stars (they were absolutely fantastic)- the only reason Im not giving Lenza 5 stars is their prices for glasses seemed to be really high, in fairness to them, I could be living in LaLa land, but it was hard for me to wrap my head around paying $850 for a pair of glasses (that was after my insurance paid $150) - I will definitely be back for my annual visits, but I have do a little research on the glasses I wanted. If after doing a little research I find out their prices were inline, Ill write another review (with 5-stars).
Upon arriving they said they couldnt get a hold of my insurance carrier to verify I had CAP. Unfortunately, all 4 sitting there with no business wanted us to pay now with a possible refund if they could verify my insurance. Even more unfortunate is the fact I have the insurance that is on their site and my vision information is on my insurance card that they failed to ask for.Very poor customer service and obviously dont know to ask for card or what services to offer to said insurance carriers.At least they all got to sit around and get paid on a Saturday to have a little pow wow.

Excellent care before, during, and post two cataract surgeries.
Sales Rep made blatant misrepresentations in order to try to bypass my insurance carrier to gain a higher sale. Rep implied that examination cost would be charged at a higher rate if billed through my insurance carrier. He insinuated that I would save more of the out of pocket cost if the examination was not billed through insurance, Theyd never know.Upon denying his amazing offer and heading to the computer to print out the final bill, lo and behold, the rep had made a mistake. Oh look, they made it cheaper! I didnt realize...On top of the terribly unethical sales service, the majority of my examination was performed by a receptionist who was clearly brand new and had only the slightest idea as to what she should be doing and struggled to operate the medical machinery. I am NOT confident in the least as to the accuracy of my prescription.Unless youre in the mood to be hustled and swindled by an incompetent, unethical team, dont bother visiting this office.
Several visits for whole family and all have been great. Great Dr.s and all new technology.
Ive had fours sets of contacts and they still arent right. Its pretty frustrating to keep going in. Now, Dr. Kim left -- Im hoping the new optician can get the prescription right. My husbands glasses have been delayed not once, not twice, not three times or even four -- we are on to five times and Im losing faith in this business.
