Highly recommend these guys! Had an off-the-wall request to trim 4 T-Top Rocket Launchers for my boat. Was not sure if this was something they would do but they went above and beyond. They did an excellent job and turned it around quickly. Now I can go under a bridge without worrying about scrapping it anymore.

Chaos Fab is without a doubt the best 4x4 shop around. I wanted to improve my trucks off-road handling at high speed, increased towing capability, and improved comfort all at the same time without any compromises. Chaos Fab made it all happen! After leaving the shop I took truck on 7000 mile trip cross country over all types of terrains and I’m truly impressed with how well it performed.

Chaos Fab Shop did a great job in re-gearing my 2012 Jeep JKU and upgrading my drive shafts along with a couple of minor upgrades. AK is very knowledgeable and knows everything there is to know about Jeeps. I highly recommend them and will certainly go back.

These guys know their stuff when it comes to getting off-road set ups done right. The attention to detail such as correct steering geometry or correcting peripheral issues resulting from a lift done else where was exceptional. I highly recommend them if you are planning any mods to your 4x4.

AK completely went over my self installed lift kit JL to include upper and lower control arms about a yr ago. AK made two suggestions for my style of wheeling. Picked up two smasher bumpers that Chaos built, the products were ready for pickup when I arrived, and the transaction was quickly and professionally executed. The in house fabricated bumpers are off the best quality.

Took my 2011 Silverado to Chaos to have the rear differential gears replaced. AK and his entire staff at Chaos are excellent. Their commitment to provide the best customer service was evident from the minute I first walked into the shop. When I told the gentlemen at the counter what happened (rear gears failed), AK took an immediate interest in my problem and assured me that Chaos would make it right. The thing that I really liked was he explained everything about the rear gears, how they work, and what could possibly be wrong. There was no doubt in my mind, these guys know what theyre doing.The entire process was seamless, Chaos kept my updated the entire way.The day I picked my truck up I just knew it was going to be right. And just to show you how cool these guys are, I got a tour of the facility from AK and he showed me some of the project cars theyve done there at Chaos. These guys do some pretty cool stuff.So if you havent figured it out, Im very happy with Chaos. Im not taking my truck anywhere else.

Chaos’s Fab Shop went above and beyond in customer service. I had a lift kit installed on my Pickup. Chaos kept me informed of the progress and even provided pictures along the way.

I’ve had previously great experiences with this shop, and considering I traveled from Ohio to VA to have work done should say some about the quality of the work that comes out of this shop. I’ve always had an amazing service experience with Chaos. This visit was no different. I was kept informed of the progress of the work being done on my Jeep. All work was done to a very high standard and the quality check found things that needed to be adjusted. I didn’t know a Jeep could ride or perform this well on the road, and thanks to Chaos, not only will she perform well on pavement, but I know she’ll hold up odd-road as well.

Chaos has done emergency repairs on my Jeep. I cannot wait to sign up for their Welding 101 class. These folks are extremely available for expert advice, expert repairs and modifications. The owner of this shop won Truck Night in America using his daily driver! That speaks volumes to his ability to do any repair or modification to any of my vehicles.

Easily the best metal fab shop in Winchester. Brought in a pattern to have it cut on the plasma table and AK sat down with me right then to draw it in CAD and make sure I liked the product before we cut the pieces. Would recommend to anyone looking for fab work.

The work this shop seems to do does appear to be of quality which is why they were who I called first when it came to having work done on my vehicle. In the end however I opted not to go with this company based on the pricing quoted me to do the work.I will first and foremost say that admittedly I was hoping to be able to have the work done by someone else both to save me the wrenching, and because I assumed that with experience also comes speed.I had purchased various parts for my Jeep including a front bumper, winch, light bar and mount, and trail rails for bed. Most of which I felt comfortable enough individually installing but the wiring on the lights was out of my skill set and I figured it would be quicker for professionals used to doing those jobs. Total investment in parts about $1100.I figured show up with a truck load of parts, get charged labor and have it all added by professionals in one fell swoop shouldnt cost me too terribly much.Why I chose to scrape my own knuckles was the quote that came back was for $2000, of which $350 was to install the trail rails which were simply 12 bolts screwed into preexisting holes, which, once I tapped some bed liner out of them, took me a total of 10 minutes to do.In the end Im sure their work is quality, however their pricing seems high and when I asked for a break down of the labor costs I never received one.in the end with the help of a friend it took me about 4-5 hours to add everything myself, which based on other shops average hourly labor costs of $115-200 an hour should have cost me about $500-1000, though that is a guess as I do not know this shops hourly rate.

Really had a great experience at Chaos . They are a good crew and do quality, efficient work . I had them do some exhaust type work on my F250 a few years ago and it turned out VERY well. They also did some generic maintenance on my truck and it was quality work. I would absolutely recommend them and will return if I need any more work done on my vehicle.

Good place to get your projects work on or to run ideas by for your next step. AK and his team are super helpful and easy to work with. I was just in there introduction welding class. Really enjoy it and learn a lot from all of AK experience.

Excellent work and willing to go above and beyond to help! Had them repair a fist-sized hole in my frame and the weld was beautiful! A year later, I called to ask for advice about a couple of Tacomas I was looking to buy. Spoke with them for 15-20 minutes and helped me make my decision. Would highly recommend!

Chaos Fab Shop does excellent work and repaired quite a few items on my jeep from rebuilding the coil overs, replacing the rear main seal, fixing an electrical issue and repairing some rust spots. Been relying on them for 5+ years and drove my jeep from South Carolina to Virginia because I trust Chaos, AK, Tim, Blaire, and the rest of the crew that much.

Went to one of their events and these guys took the time to help us out and show us the ropes. One of them even taught us to disconnect. really changed our view of jeeping and we really started having fun. Kudos to AK and his crew. Great guys. they will treat you right.

Very professional knowledge about my jeep

After purchasing a 2008 Wrangler Jk from a auction I found it had a poorly installed 4” lift kit. My first trip at highway speed sent the vehicle into a death wobbleafter hitting a pothole.I took the vehicle to my regular service center and had about $2500 in tires, ball joints steering stabilizerr and shocks all the things you see that need evaluated on google and replaced. After doing all that they knew how to do one of the staff knew about Chaos and sent me there, although $2500 late, what a God send. I stopped by on the chance that they could schedule me in and they checked it out right then. They listened to what the problem was and knew from the description what was wrong, took a quick look and I was on the schedule for repair They fixed the issues that my regular service center was unaware of relating to lifted vehicles, and it drives outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will, without question, use them again.If you have a lifted vehicle I would definitely give them a call. They delivered exactly what they said they would. My Jeep drives better than new.

After having the clutch go out in my Jeep, I contacted AK to get it into the shop to have it repaired. Between him, Tim, and the guys in the shop they helped identify other items which needed attention and also provided feedback on other work I was hoping to have done as well all the while being mindful of the rather tight budget I had to work with. One cant recommend AKs experience/knowledge enough! A huge thank you to him and the crew at the shop for getting my Jeep back up and running again!

My 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee had the death wobble So I took the chaos they put a whole new lift kit underneath of it It took a little longer to get done that I wanted but we’re in the middle of a pandemic I think it was a little on the pricey side but they did good work

Poor customer service! Was sold headlights ($1000) that do not work with vehicle. We specifically asked if they would work with a JL and was told yes. After 3 attempts with dealer the manufacturer was called and we learned they DO NOT work with a JL. No return calls or texts when trying to return or take to his shop for them to do work. Also had truck regeared for $5000, had issues with incorrect spedometer. Again no response until I continued to call/text daily.

Looking for knowledgeable Land Rover techs? This is the place. They’ve got certified Land Rover guys that can figure out what’s wrong and get you back on the road. We have a 2008 LR3 that they diagnosed quickly and repaired it for a reasonable price. AK and his crew were courteous and professional. Thanks for squeezing us in your schedule!!!!

Re-geared my differentials and added air lockers. The kind of job you only want done by real experts. Chaos is the best on the east coast and maybe anywhere.

I took my Jeep Wrangler in when it was bouncing all over the place with a very loose steering and they added a suspension and steering components that took it to feeling like a sports car. AK and the crew re-geared my 13 Jeep Wrangler and worked with me to figure out the limited slip diff option with the new gear ratio. Followed up a few months later with a check over of the Jeep to find a few issues that had to go to the dealer for warranty work. They helped me figure out and resolve the issues and provide guidance with the Jeep overall. Very knowledgeable & courteous.

I had brought my Jeep in for some work and AK and the guys at Chaos called me immediately and asked how I drove my Jeep. It was so out of whack that it was difficult for them to drive it.Chaos fixed all the problems that I had and it drives great now. I recently had my 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 in their shop for the killer dowel pin fix, suspension work, and some auxiliary lighting. AK and his staff are awesome, you can tell they are passionate about the work they do. When picking up the truck everything was done as requested, the additional wiring for my auxiliary lights was neatly routed through the front bumper. Very happy with the work completed, will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.
