Got rear-ended and picked this place off the insurance company (Arbella)s approved repair shop list. Biggest mistake of my cars life bringing it here. Pretty sketchy place right out of the gate but I work close and it was convenient. Where do I begin - lets see, took 8 WEEKS to repair my car when on the phone the guy said it would take 2 weeks tops. A myriad of things were wrong with the car when it returned - I uploaded the pictures here as well so you can see:1) Trunk doesn’t open with rear hatch button (went back to have the guy fix it and he tried to blame me saying it was like that when it came in - I shut down that notion pretty quick and he begrudgingly fixed it)2) Stained black goop on interior felt paneling (also makes the car reek of chemicals - I believe it’s the rear window sealant spilled on the fabric - ruined the liner - have to get it replaced)3) Inconsistent rear window sealant application (may leak in rain/wash - all four sides were poorly applied)4) Dirt on interior handle and roof (much worse in person than in picture - but still visible - have to replace the handle because it kept falling off)5) Trunk doesnt seal properly - leaks with water and rain - will probably cause water damage.Avoid this place at all costs. If you love your car please look elsewhere. Waited a while to post this because I work close and I dont want them keying my car.
