Good place to get a vehicle,but check on everything that is listed that they did to it. I bought a truck and it said it mounted 5 tires and balanced 4. That would make you think it would have a spare tire but it did not
I was looking for a car for my family but didnt want to spend too much or deal with pushy sales people. I went to Malloy Clearance Center and found a few cars in my budget. I had help from a sweet sales lady named Coleen who was very kind and patient in helping me. Everyone was very nice and the cars were clean. I was able to find my family a great car and its been great. Ill definitely be getting my next car here as well.
My dad took me to buy my first car here when I passed my drivers test. I love my car! All the people were nice and even were friendly with my dog. I found my perfect car fast with the helpful staff. I recently just bought a 2010 Hyundai Genesis sedan 4.6 for 8600 plus tax and tags so 9,670 cash test drove it down the street was fine well on the way home it shuts off on me lose complete power started it back up it acted like it didnt want to start back up made it home ended up taking it to the store up road from my house to only have it shut off completely again. Called the place they said its under a alpha warranty for 30 days haha unfortunately no one messes with the alpha warranty around here so Im stuck with having to pay for it and fix it myself. Please bring a mechanic to this place

This dealer is one to stay away from! Had an appointment on 04/01/21 to look at a car, upon arrival the car would not start and had no gas. The car was jump started and gas added. Test drive several other vehicles that had issues as well. Was going to purchase the vehicle, all paperwork completed and the car shuts off in the parking lot and was told by mechanic that it could be starter or some internal switch causing the problem. I immediately got my money back and did not purchase the vehicle. The sales lady first said the vehicle had a dead battery because it was out of gas, lol! She stated the car was involved in an accident where the driver ran off the road but all problems were fixed, later found out it was in accident involving another vehicle where it had damage to the front and side. When test driving the vehicle the service light was on and the TPMS light was on as well. Sales lady said cars were detailed before and after purchase, this is not true, the cars were not properly cleaned and one of the vehicles even had old vomit in the backseat! Cars are most likely just washed not detailed! Also to mention they have a 799.00 processing fee for five minutes of paperwork, this is completely uncalled for for any dealer. Told the sales lady that I was not paying that much for a processing fee so they hid numbers and lowered the price of the vehicle and sad to say this would’ve been my son’s first car and this would’ve been a big disappointment if it left him stranded somewhere as a new driver. I have bought vehicles from Malloy before and there is no concern for the customer, only what they can make off of a poorly maintained vehicle that was not mechanically sound. Do not buy from any Malloy dealer in Winchester or anywhere else bad bad bad people
Recently purchased a vehicle and from the moment she put the documents on the table I knew I was in for a doozy, my name was spelt wrong and my address was completely wrong, we had gone over this information on the phone beforehand. An ionizer treatment was written into the deal, Colleen Simpson told me at the sales table that it would take an hour or two, so we confirmed a date and time over the phone a couple days later. I drove over an hour to meet her when discussed and she informed me that it would take twelve to twenty four hours to thoroughly do its job. I expressed how upset I was and she offered to get it detailed- it’s a new car, I’ve been detailing it on my own every week. We then rescheduled for the next week so I could let my car sit there from open to close. As I went to pull out of the lot, she came out to my car and told me that the machine wasn’t even in working order. With that being said, she had me drive over an hour for an ionizer that was broken anyway. She leaves much to be desired, extremely unprofessional to say the least.
Dont buy a car here! I bought my Prius here a month ago and have already taken it to the mechanic 3 times. Got my final diagnosis today: engine needs to be replaced costing about 6k. Their included warranty wont cover anything. When I told them they sold me a faulty car they said to me sometimes life just keeps knocking you while youre down. As a healthcare student who needs a reliable car to drive to clinical rotations I feel this is a disgusting way to treat healthcare workers and a terrible business practice in general.

Monica, the Sales Associate met me on the car lot and was very pleasant (not pushy) and was really interested in my needs as a customer. Glenn, the General Manager was patience - answering all my questions even directing me in what I needed to do after the sale. I worked with Terri the Internet sales manager on possible vehicles for my son, when I arrived at the dealership I met with Chris to review the vehicles we were interested in. He was very nice and accommodating. Everyone working on the lot was very nice. It’s didn’t take very long to Finalize the paperwork. We were very pleased with vehicle purchase and the price we paid. I Would recommend them to my friends and family.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! I bought my car in November 2019. The check engine light came on 2 days later. I took it to Malloy Chevy to have it looked at. They had my car for a week, when I got it back it ran worse than when I dropped it off. They said it was miss firing but they fixed it. I drove my car home and it over heated. I took it to Malloy Ford and the said I have a crack in the engine and the transmission Is leaking from Multiple areas.

Had a great experience with the sales team! Gave me a 90 day warranty! Drove my used vehicle home @ 789 miles everything was fine! on the 99th day was taking vehicle to get serviced, on the way to my dealership vehicle lost power! Long story short now need a motor (only 116,000 miles)
We worked with Glenn & he was awesome! Everything was fast, friendly & the price was exactly where we needed it to be! We went in with a different car in mind, but found a better value car with low miles & a clean interior. Weve had the car for a couple months now & it runs great! We did have a problem with a window getting stuck, however Malloy fixed it right up, no extra charge. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

They were helpful, but I came in to buy a car at their asking price... and they were not very willing to sell it. This boggles my mind, but I do understand things happen. They couldn’t find the keys to the car. I waited a good 30-45 mins, but it was a waste. I then waited for them to call me back when they found the keys. I emailed periodically but then received a response a couple weeks later that the car was no longer available. Kind of lame...
The sales rep Monica went out of the way to make sure we had been able to view and test drive each vehicle we wanted before we made a choice. Sales manager was super friendly and helped us get the perfect Trailblazer for what I needed!

My mother was desperately looking for a vehicle around christmas time when hers broke down. We found one that appeared to be in good condition (2013 Ford Escape). The sales person, Mike said that the vehicle was in great shape. I specifically asked him if the fluids had been checked and he said that all their vehicles get checked well before they get sold. Mom ended up buying the vehicle. First of all, she was issued two keys for the vehicle. The vehicle came with no manual and one of the keys turned out being for a different vehicle. They said that they couldnt issue another one and just took the old one back. Less than a week after purchasing the vehicle the engine light came on. Mom was driving it to the dealer to have them check it when the vehicle started to overheat. My husband spoke to the manager to ask if someone was available to come look at it, but the manager on duty insisted on having the vehicle towed to Malloy Chevrolet instead of Malloy Ford which was just about two blocks from where it broke down. The manager was very arrogant and sounded like it was an inconvenience to him. The vehicle was taken to Malloy Chevrolet the weekend before Christmas. We were contacted on Monday and asked to pick up the vehicle free of charge. They said that the engine light came on because of a clamp that was loose and was causing the coolant to leak out. Mom was rushing to work and on the way back home from work that night, the engine light came back on. This time, we contacted Ford headquarters to explain the issue. They advised us to take it to a Ford dealership who specialize on their vehicles instead. We dropped the vehicle off and received a call stating that the price of fixing everything thats wrong with the vehicle was approximately $4600 before taxes. Thats more than half of what was paid for the vehicle. The turbo is bad on the car which is causing it to burn oil like crazy, it has a problem with the emission system, the left axle is leaking and the coolant hoses are also leaking. The Ford dealership tried reaching out to the manager in the Clearance Center, but they were told that he wasnt coming back until Monday. I feel terrible for ever suggesting my mother to buy a vehicle from this place. Their service is horrible! If they refuse to get this fixed or take some responsibility for it, we will seriously consider legal action.
Spoke to two salesman about a truck I was looking for, Michael and Dustin/Justin.Both promised to call me back, neither have..Decided to drive down there after work, truck on the lot says not for sale, speak to salesman.Went inside, one lady on phone and a guy on a computer.Neither could be bothered to say hello, welcome, anything.I stood there for 3 minutes and left.I’ll find a truck elsewhere.
If you want a used vehicle, Malloy Clearance Center is where you want to go! Mike Steen is an honest car salesman (I went to every car lot in Winchester and Front Royal- he was the only honest one). He listened to everything I had to say about what I wanted. He pointed me towards a reliable SUV. He did not try to sell me something more expensive just for the commission. Glenn, the manager, provided honest pricing. Both of the guys I dealt with were helpful and polite with all the questions my father and I had. We WILL be buying all vehicles from Malloy Clearance Center! Im very thankful to them for helping me with the unfortunate totalling of my previous vehicle and helping me buy my new to me Subaru!
Waste of time. Their don,t want to stand behind their warrants. Got a 2010 Ford ranger sport there in November of 2019 and when we got the truck that day the starter went out. Their didn,t reimburse for the whole cost of the starter. Now the autantor went out and hard to find one. The truck will start,but as soon as u turn the headlights on the truck wont stay running. It,s sad for it was my sons 1st bank loan for this truck.

I cant even give this place stars unless it would be for being shady, then i could give them 5 stars. FYI Malloy Auto Group is not certifed by the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) The BBB website has others leaving reviews when looking for this business after interaction with them and its 1.5 stars-consumer ratings. Let me mention I saw another salesman jumpstart 2 vehicles other people wanted to look at while I there. Im sorry but if you have to jump it on the lot theres an issue to begin with. Be advised check your paperwork and check the vehicle somewhere else if you chose to purchase here.
