Great experience! Ported a number from Sprint/T-Mobile, delivery of ordered iPhone, assembly of new phone with accessories and setup of phone. Lacy and Candace were phenomenal! Leaving the store I knew my new phone AND my bill were correct! No additional trips needed and happy customer!!
The girls at this store were awesome!!! Candice and Brooklyn were so very helpful in content transfer on my new phone. Where as two other Verizon stores would not help me. They took their time and explained everything about my phone to me. By far the best Verizon store in all of the Winchester area. Will definitely go there for my next upgrade. My experience at Verizon was nothing short of a miracle. After a river accident with my family, we hit some rapids, our boat nearly tipped over causing a lot of things to fall out including a small platform with all of our phones on it. This was a near disaster as my children were leaving for a school trip to Paris the next morning, and the wife and I going to our get away cabin as well.. It was getting late, too late to make it to our local Verizon. We are not from Winchester, so we frantically asked the staff at the river where the stores were located in the area. We ended up at the verizon store in riuherford crossing about 10 minutes before closing, We rushed to the store on pleasent valley first but apparently they closed an hour early that day.(as they do very often from what i hear)However a young man, i believe his name was Nocks, was running the store all by himself. When we arrived he was helping 3 customers at the same time. Very impressive and knowledgeable, professional yet very personable demeanor, just a very likable guy. He swiftly finished with the other customers and it was past closing time. We needed 4 new phones. i knew this could take hours but Nocks happily stayed passed closing to set us up with new phones on a new family plan. We got the kids a BUNCH of accessories, and even a hotspot for our home and travels. It was definitely a long process, we didnt leave the store until after 9 o clock, however the experince with Nocks was a great ending to an almost tragic day. He made us feel comfortable and was also great with the kids, a real jokster! My family and I were able to leave for our trips as planned and had a wonderful time, we owe that to the Verizon Store of Rutherford Crossing(NOT PLEASENT VALLEY)

I highly do not recommend coming to this Verizon location . I was just in there to get an explanation about my bill and the woman in there is unprofessional and rude, I thought maybe she was having a bad day but this is every time and I only go in there like twice a year. Maybe Verizon should have there employees take a course on customer service because clearly the lady in there does not have it .

Im only writing on todays experience. We wereCandace took care of us today. My daughter and I are already on a plan but we decided to add my mom, my dad, and my grandmother to my plan. The system (Virizon) crashed as she was transferring my moms number over for the new service and it turned into a long day. Although the day was long and the process sucked....it was not a reflection on Candaces professionalism. She stayed dedicated for hours trying to correct a situation that was out of her control. Candace was awesome, while working with us she was multitasking and taking care of other customers at the same time, no break, just straight dedication to her customers. She deserves a raise for sure!

Knox was my sales rep. I got there about 40 minutes nefore close along with several other customers. He was the only one working at the kate hour. I didnt know who was gonna crack first. Me, the other customers or knox. I mean seriously we flooded him with questions and problems. I was very impressed how well he uandled us all while staying polite and professional. He seemed to juggle us all perfectly while dealing with our problems. No one felt left out and everyone left happy customers, including myself. He stayed open late and made sure everything was done properly. The next day I had an issue not related to the sale, more technical. Knox had given me his card and I called him Sunday morning. He answered and help me deal with my problem swiftly. Knox is the man!!!!

The manager was initially fine with us but when my husband called about a BOGO deal that had dropped, he turned from Dr. Jekkyl to Mr. Hyde, going off on my husband how he already got us a great deal and cussing at him for wanting to take advantage of the Verizon deal, threatening to charge him extra money if he took advantage of the deal. He is very unprofessional and will throw a temper tantrum if you go against what he wants.
Came into the Verizon Wireless store and the store was extremely busy. The store manager was more than accommodating for every person in the store. I recently went into this location for a new plan and phone with high anxiety. Immediately I was greeted and assured my worries could be solved. Jared professionally walked me threw everything got me a phone and service of my liking. He was quite a character and eased my troubles in the process. I had a slight issue with my network and came in 2 days later and was once again immediatly tooken care of on the spot and my problem was resolved. Today we stopped at Verizon after going to Costco to purchase a phone. We found that we were totally taken advantage of by the retailer. Have had 2 bad experiences now with both the South Pleasant Valley store and the Market Street store. Weve had run ins with Quentin who seems like he has better things to do then help the customer. The first time we had an issue was looking for new phones. Because of Quentin, they lost our business that day. Not knowing they were together, I went to the other store to help with phone activation, and to have a screen protector placed on. A few days later I returned due to having issues with my screen protector, and my friend Quentin is working at this store now. After explaining the situation, I was told there was nothing that could be done and the issue I was having was a normal thing for the type of phone I had. I asked for refund or a new protector, but was told it was not there fault and was given a bad attitude again. Seems to be normal with Quentin. When I asked for the managers information he advised me he didnt have any information to give. When I asked his name he lied and told me James. Id youre doing your job correctly, then theres no reason to give a false name. I have since found information for the manager and will be making contact with him. Because of Quentin, these stores have lost both of us as customers, and I plan to spread the word. From now on Ill take my business to the actual Verizon store across from Martins in Winchester where Ive always had a good experience.

This place is worse than a prison . They have one good nurse Devin and a few caring aides. Trish, Jody, Margaret, and they are overwhelmed. This place is awful. Rehab does not work with you. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.Someone needs to investigate this place and speak to the residents.

Went in to get help with a problem with my contact list, fix the data usage display, and to update my service plan. I was greeted soon and told the staff member why I was there. He was helping another couple and spent the next 25 minutes going over how they could remove apps from their phone. Then another customer came in and said she wanted a new phone. My turn came and he wouldnt even look at my problem. Said it was a tech support problem and to call them. I pushed to show him the problem with contacts and he barely glanced at my phone and said to call tech support. I asked about my service plan and he told me to call customer support or do it online. He couldnt get me out of the store fast enough.

Manager indicated new phone was constantly sold out but kept trying to push other options. I asked if they had a floor model of the new phone I was interested in. They said that they werent in yet. I asked if the other store in Winchester did. He called them. Said not only do they not have any in stock but also no floor models. Decided to check for myself. Other store had multiple floor models AND plenty in stock. Purchased two new phones from the mall location. Avoid this store. Manager will lie to your face like a used car salesman.
