The owner is a very kind and generous man. We had to change the belt tensioner, the main difficulty was that it had been stuck pretty bad. In a different car service a mechanic said it would take at least 3 hours to change it, but here they changed it only within 1 hour with the same quality but cheaper.And the place is kids friendly, my son played with their toys without asking whether were done))
Absolute nightmare. I tried with Andrew but he is dishonest and extremely shady. He messed over my 525i several times. Did an AC repair and didnt give me refrigerant. His shop removed my navigation cd. He did water pump repair for my brother kept the car 2 extra days without letting us know, and he will sabotage your vehicles so you have to return. You want your balance see me in court with my navigation disk and reason why you give a customer a quote of 1400.00 and then go up 800.00 more without notice on the week of your sons wedding. I go to get my car it didnt start and I had to get a ride back home. Two days later I get a call my car is still substandard and I dont even feel anything was done. Let every customer READ this and realize I have paid 4000.00 to you since January and will be sending my vehicle to a reputable shop when I can because you are a con man and a cheat! FOH..

Advertised car as 2007 bmw, after bank transfer I find out the car is a 2006, then I asked if it had a clear, clean title, they said yes, after the sale, I find out it’s a rebuilt title, beware of these people they are crooks, their solution was for me to pay them an additional $2000 as a restocking fee and give them the car back, and they will also keep the original $4000 I paid for the car. Good deal ? HUH, BEWARE
Left phone number multiple times over the course of 9 months requesting multiple parts.Never received a call back. A courtesy call update would have been nice.However, in person, service is great. Find parts quickly or tell you quickly that they dont have it.They do have a large inventory. Although they tend to throw away interiors so no luck in that department.The discrepancy in customer service over the phone and in person is significant.Potential local alternative:Bimmer Motor World1. Cheaper prices2. No discrepancy in customer service on the phone vs in person3. Always updated on situation asap on whether part is in stock, will be in stock, or can be in stock.Ask for Terry. Hes been a huge help.
