I wanted to change the stance/appearance of my 2016 F150 Lariat FX4 from stock to something slightly more aggressive. But I had no idea what I needed or how to get the look I wanted. Walt answered my initial phone call and talked me through what he thought were my best options. Decided to have them level the truck and add larger tires to the existing wheels per Walts suggestion. That achieved the exact look I wanted. Modifications were done in a reasonable amount of time while I waited. Overall a very positive experience!

We recent purchased a Jeep from Akins and we wanted to have it lifted and bigger tires put on it. My Dad and I drove two hours to see a Raptor at Akins Ford, which was custom built by Wild Willies Custom. We were met at the door by Neal Sheppard, the man who built the truck. He was excited to give us the tour of the amazing work he did on this truck. One glance and we were hooked. Neal was incredibly personable and clearly passionate about what he does, which shows in the quality of his work. Thank you to everyone involved, including the team at Wild Willies who made this beast and amazing staff at Akins Ford who made the purchase process not just easy, but a pleasure.

Called this place they won’t answer the phone. Well they did but immediately said “HOLD” and NEVER came back!! Oh well I’ll go elsewhere!!

Bad experience been calling for 2 days about led lights for my jeep and still no response take my business elsewhere

I had my headlights switched to led on my 2020 F250 and was charged 25% more than the price I was given before work started. Would have installed myself if I knew the real cost.

We purchased a truck bed cover (Roll-N Lock) for a brand new Dodge pickup. This product was very high recommended by Wild Willies. After putting $1000 in it, it leaks horribly. The worst truck bed cover I have ever owned. When contacted Wild Willies about the leak, the response was - “They all leak. There is nothing we can do about it.” We will be shopping somewhere else from this point.

Was kept waiting for 25 minutes and no one else bothered to talk to me prior to closing up. I am all about supporting local businesses but this was not good customer service. The Jeep parts counter was super helpful on a good note.I will take my business online.

I have a 2000 expedition lifted. Told them my problem with alignment and issues. The team took care of it with no problem did it right and made me happy. Ive recently experienced bad service from other off road places. But these guys know how to fix problems. Not turning folks away or trying to get more money from people. I highly recommend them. Ill be back. Just do it right the first time go to wild willys
