Best mechanic stop Ive been to. This is the only place I will take my car too. They are always welcoming and treats a woman like a real customer instead of person who isnt knowledgeable about cars. Price is very reasonable.

Theres no other auto shop that I would trust around this area. If youre looking for fair and honest work, look nowhere else. My wife said that the humor of the workers are a tad dry but then again, thats not why I go there. Personally, my humor is pretty dry as well so I fit right in.

Got new tires, new brake pads, and an oil change. Price was fantastic, service was even better. I’ve always used a few different big national chains for my car service but came to Watkins at the suggestion of a coworker and I couldn’t be happier that I did. I’ll definitely be back with my other vehicles.

Went for brakes and a month later I had car problems I open a hood and there was a filed down screwdriver sitting on my battery they use that to puncture your alternator cable so a month or two later you need an alternator

I went to Watkins on a referral after having a few bad experiences elsewhere. What I learned is there are still GREAT places that exist!! The gentlemen up front were courteous and answered all questions that I had with confidence and were willing to identify the issue almost immediately and called me to confirm before they completed any work on my Van. I was so satisfied that I set up an oil change for my car that next week. To no surprise they exceeded my expectations again. I will definitely be getting all of my cars serviced here from here on out! I highly recommend.

I had my van towed to this shop for repairs. After 3 days of diagnosing, they said that they were unable to determine the exact cause of the problem. They recommended that I take it to the dealership. I appreciate their honesty and respect that they didnt try to do a repair by throwing parts at the problem.

Ill be the first to tell you Car Problems give me a Headache and i know ill be cursing like a sailor But Honestly, the guys there at Watkins know how to get the job done. From the start, i spoke with Scott over the phone. This Man made a day of worries feel like i could relax once i got the car over to there SHOP. This Man was straight talking and Listened to my needs and gave me a reassurance that i was leaving my property with capable hands. I just moved to the area from Columbus, Ga and saw Watkins favorable reviews on Google. After taking my truck to Scott to have the rotors turned, I completely understand why the rating is so stellar. He was very professional, upfront, and kind. The repair took a little longer than he liked, so he charged me less on the labor.I told him very quickly that he and his shop would now be my go-to place for repairs. Im very pleased and grateful for his kindness to a new member of this community.

Wish I could give more stars!! I went there today (Saturday morning) because I had a screw in my tire that caused it to leak air slowly out. This place is right by my house and my husband has been here before. I went in told them what I needed. The gentleman at the counter, I believe his nameWas Dean, was very nice and professional. There were a lot of people coming in and phone ringing and he stayed calm and patient. I sat in waiting room while looking around at all the cool knick knacks on the walls and talking with the other customers there. It took about 45 min and they had the screw out along with another nail they found too! Also informing me that tire is cupped and that was what is making the sound I described to him unrelated to the low tire. He did not charge me for this service! I will definitely go here for all my needs!

The folks here are great to deal with. No one really likes having to take their vehicle in for service and most dread what the repair bill can look like. Had a front end problem, their diagnosis was correct and the repairs were finished quickly. In the 2,000 miles since the repairs I have had no recurrence and vehicle runs perfectly. Hey guys I just want to let everyone know that Watkins has the best prices and quality of work in this area. They are super friendly helpful and knowledegable about everything. This will be the only place I take my car.

Had head gasket and cooling system replaced. It only lasted 15k miles before it blew again.After talking to friends and family who went there, they said they had similar experiences. Cheap prices(positive) but the work they do is not quality and doesnt last long.Not worth it.

Scott and the guys at Watkins do all my mechanical work that I dont do myself now. They do excellent work and have, when the need has arisen, stood behind their work and done excellent warranty service without any problems. They even handled the complete rebuild of my little Hondas engine last spring and everything has been great.

The mechanics did an awesome job with putting new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 tires on my Eclipse GTS and the alignment. I love the way it feels. The thing I greatly disliked was the fact that my car was driven else where that I didnt know about. I found loose grass all over my carpets of my rear seats. It was spotless before I took it in. My car is a coupe so the passenger seat was moved towards the front as to let back seat passengers out. Looks like someone took 3 people on a joy ride in my car.

Called for tires they where supposed to arrive on 9/25 they said delivery truck had an issue couldnt make it so it would be there today 9/26 called around 11am theybtold me tires just arrive here if you give me 30 mins your truck can go in next I said ok be there in 30 arrived 11:40am got my truck back at 3:57pm do the math for 4 tires never again now I have to drive out of state really late
