I am looking for someone at Flow Automotive who can help me with my online order from GMPartsDirect. I was told to contact Flow Automotive but there seems to be no one who is willing to help me, which has been extremely frustrating. It has been 2 months and I have been ignored and hung up on. I am not sure how the in person service is, but if I purchase a car and will be ignored if I try to order or return a part I would not want to bring my business here.

I recently purchased my third new Cadillac from Flow Motors in Winston Salem. An XT4 which I love. My disappointment is with the condition it was in when I took delivery of it. I was told it would be prepped, with a full tank of gas for me to drive off the lot and begin a 600 mile trip. However, the gas tank was about half full, the pressure was low in all 4 tires (about 21 lbs of pressure). The exterior was covered in hard water spots which remained after I requested a rewash. I sat in the dealership, masked for 75 minutes waiting for it to be readied. To top it off there were potato chip crumbs under the drivers seat. While in the dealership I was told about Flow Cadillac special consideration granted to them by General Motors, assuring extremely high customer service and standards.An email to customer service detailing my concerns has yet to be answered.

Would rate ZERO if theres an option. I have scheduled an appointment based on internet price and drove 2hrs to the dealership. After the test drive I started working with the sales guy for a final quote and he had no clue about the internet price for which I have walked-in. In-spite of showing the email which had the listing price extremely RUDE manager just threw a gift card on the table for the inconvenience without explaining what happened or opening the dialogue to negotiate. I walked into his office to give another try and he confirmed that the internet price was a manual error and he is not going to sell the car for that price. Total disappointment and waste of time.

Absolutely do not use FLOW of Greensboro Buick. I bought a car from them on May 30th and STILL have not received my tags. Called in July and was told to just wait and that the tags were backed up because of COVID. so I waited 2 more months. Called 5-7 times over 3 week span and NO ONE would talk to me. Called GMC headquarters to see if I could get help that way, and the representative said that FLOW has called me back and told me to wait, which was not true. I just drove to the DMV and they looked up my VIN and told me that FLOW did NOT in fact, order me new tags, but transferred my old tags to the new car... the tags they told me to turn in. In addition, they did not pay the sales tax like they told me they would. SO I just paid $567 in additional fees because they never did what they said they did. and ignored me for the last 4 months. Absolute horrible customer service and liars. do not expect to get any help from them once you sign on the dotted line.

If you are in the market for a new or used car, the Flow dealerships have an amazing supply and offering if vehicles and brands. Their service and parts are almost always way higher than the local shops so try and price compare where you can. They do take very good care of you for recalls as well and their staff are friendly. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms on site as well.

I just bought a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4. This is our third Mini Cooper. I have bought many cars over years. I have never enjoyed purchasing a car more than this time. Patrick Simpson was my representative. From the very beginning he was outstanding. He was honest, so knowledgeable, absolutely no high pressure to buy. We began talking a week ago and talked about 3 vehicles. He would email immediately any information that I needed. It was going to be inconvenient for me to go to Winston-Salem for a few days. I have had 2 batteries put in my car from flow. Each one lasted less than the usual batterylife. They replaced the first one with no problem. But the second time they would not saying the car warranty was up, but the battery still had at least 4 month left of warranty. Flow said because the car warranty was up they would not replace the battery. This is not fair. I can tell you I will never buy from any flow dealer again. I will bad mouth them any chance I get. ONE VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.I dont think they use up to par batteries. Anyone else ever had this problem.

Drove 5 hours to do business with them and would do it again.Left a pair of shoes in my trade in on accident which they promptly mailed to me. So far I have had a GREAT experience! Came in yesterday and I was helped by James and Terrill. I was SO worried about my car and they both made me feel at ease and James explained to me (in terms I could understand) what was wrong. Ive come back today to fix what was wrong (coils) and now Ryan is helping me. It seems everyone knew or remembered me (hope thats a good thing). Ryan and Terrill both have great customer service skills and made my experience a little less worrisome!

I have bought through Flows sister company GMPartsDirect 6 months ago. I received a damaged part and opened a support ticket through their website. They apologized and said they would send a new part, but it was delayed due to the GM strike. I have attempted to contact them multiple times through their support system as well as phone calls and left voicemails. I have received no communication in return, my support tickets are being closed within 15-20 minutes without response. I would NEVER recommend doing business with this company or any of their affiliates

Coming here for my 2016 Dodge Challenger SXT was a great experience. Our sales consultant, Melissa, worked very well with us and was friendly and helpful, as were the others who assisted us, David in financials and the store manager, Mark. I got my car in pristine condition, and any scratches that were on the car were buffed out and fixed with zero issues or additional charges. I would definitely love to work with these people again, and I highly recommend others give them a chance

Not impressed, visited the Mini dealer and no one even speaks when you enter. Has issue with a parts warranty and had to contact the dealerships general manager to get parts manager to provide resolution. When it comes time for a new Mini, I will it even consider this dealer as an option.

When I bought my new 2014 Crosstour I got home and immediately started reading the owners manual. I was perplexed why it kept referring to 2013. They had slipped me a 2013 model. I called and was told the two were identical, but I could bring it back in and they would give me a 2014. I still take it to them for service, but I will never buy a vehicle from them again. Bought an extended warranty and a used 2017 Jeep from a Flow dealership on July 27. Wife has been sitting at a Flow dealership for almost 3 hours while they decide what to do, since they dont work on Jeeps.Update: Flow Toyota of Statesville is sending two cars (driver for loaner, and follow-on car to get him back) 78 miles one way (each car) to Flow Buick GMC Greensboro, so my wife can get home; Greensboro will not do anything.Thanks Flow Toyota Statesville, I guess thats why you have more and better reviews than this location.So much for that Flow Family of support we were sold on.

The salesperson was friendly, and helped to locate a different car at that dealership. The car was highly overpriced. The salesperson pulled up kbb for a comparison, and could only say it was really nice to explain the $3000.00 difference.

WARNING- DO NOT BUY FROM FLOW GREENSBORO.I hope that my story will be of benefit to others looking to do business with this company.Rhett Blanchard and Mr.Blue in my opinion act like awful businessmen and have no place selling cars in Greensboro.I have purchased many cars throughout the years from many dealers.I also know many many people who WOULD have purchased from flow. By my count at this point i have saved atleast 8 other individuals (mostly fellow doctors) from doing business with this unethical dealership strictly by sharing my story of my experience. I Hope this review will save others.Here are cliff notes*Bought a 2016 Hellcat (50 thousand dollar car with only 20k miles on it) represented as having a factory warranty.*It really didnt have a warranty- flow should have known better and sold me a lie. It should have said As Is. Maybe they didnt know but they SHOULD HAVE. A car which had been street raced, abused, and the cleaned up and put on their dealer lot (i have documents proving the above) simple scan with their scanner would have found out the problem*Minimal effort was made to rectify the problem after much complaining. I felt uneasy about the proposed solution but went with it.* 6 months later engine blew and there is a 20k bill on my tab.. the fix for the warranty situation throughh crown didnt work. Flow balked and had zero interest in helping rectify the situation. Their warranty fix with crown didnt work. Flow could have handled this dealer to dealerm But they didntm They put it ALL ON ME. THE CUSTOMER.* Bottom Line. Flow has zero after sale support. If something seriously goes wrong they will not be there for you. They will ignore you and point fingers when they are the ones who sold a car with gross misrepresentation.STAY AWAY. no RUN AWAY. I have now made it my mission to share my story regarding flow to as many people as possible on social media and in professional circles.Buyer BEWARE!!

I have bought 3 Subarus, a Honda Accord, a Mini Cooper and a used Jeep Cherokee from Flow. Service problems have been non-existent on the new cars. They offer loaner cars by reservation and have comfortable customer lounges. The dealerships are spotlessly clean and the employees are well-trained. The Subaru service department is outstanding. I did have a problem with the Jeep that went unsolved for over a week so I called the Flow offices and the problem went away - fast... Fast enough that I bought 5 more cars from Flow after that incident. There may be other dealers that can cut Flows prices a bit but very little. Flow money stays in town and helps sponsor many community projects. Id buy there again.

Not really sure what to say, the guys were polite but the service practice left me confused. Make sure you find out what diagnosis you need and what it covers. Dont assume they Would check something that you think they should check. Also the ones working on the car and the ones in the office should be more on the same page. Verify the diagnosis and ask questions, Taking to a dealership may not be the best option.

Dear Mr. Flow,I have been a customer at Flow BMW since 2002. However, my past experience was very disappointing and I will not buy from a Flow dealership again. When I had my 2011 BMW serviced recently, I noticed a 2003 BWM that would have been perfect for my granddaughter. My 2003, purchased from Flow with 215,000 miles and performing great, I gave to my grandson. I first was told the 2003 on the lot was sold, then it was available,etc. When testing driving the car, I told Vi Nichols the wheels were vibrating when braking. Car was checked out and told it was the tires. Preston balanced the tires. After purchasing the car, I found out it needed brakes, rotors, and pads. I returned the car and was met with some resistance. At the end, I requested my money back. I am very disappointed with this transaction from such a reputable dealership. If I had bought a car from a newspaper ad, I would expect such deception, but not from a Flow dealership. I have contacted your GM at BMW, and BMW of North America. I have no plans to continue my relationship with Flow. I will now go to Crown BWM for future cars. Sorry after so many years, it turned out this way. Also it speaks very poorly of you dealerships.

I purchased a 2018 Volkswagon Altas in February and in March it was a warm day and no air conditioning. We took it to Greensboro dealership and they is was low in coolant and they put some in. A few months later the same thing happened and they worked on it again and kept it quite a few days. It was before July 4th and Volkswagon refused to give me a car because it would be out over the 4th so I had to wait about a week before I could bring it in. Driving with no air in July is no fun. Over labor day we packed up to go on a trip and had to turn around and come back because it had quit againThey did give me a loaner at the Burlington service dept. I think the guys at Burlington service dept are very honest. They still cant find the problem and got the air going again after they put a pound of coolant in..still dont know where the lb went. They also told me that when not if it happens to bring it back in. We evidently purchased the car without the air working because we didnt need air when we purchased because it was cold outside. The first time we turned it on, we had no air.

Worst time i have had with a dealership yet. I drove two in a half hours in my 2007 mazda 3 (112,000) to trade in for a 2015 mazda 3. I get there and wait two hours for them to me they would give me 500$ for my car and i needed 5,000$ to put down. Very misleading and unprofessional. Today I took my 2003 VW Jetta to the Flow VW of Greensboro for a 4-wheel alignment. They had sent me a coupon for this service, $39 for a normally $89 alignment! How could I not take advantage of such savings?! I now wish I had gone anywhere else, and hope this review makes you pause for a moment before taking your car to Flow VW of Greensboro.I made a 9:30am appointment and drove on over. The waiting room was clean, and they offered free waters – nice touch. My car wasn’t ready until almost 11am, but they were busy so I was understanding. After leaving I went to grab some much needed breakfast, and that is when I discovered that my inside driver side door handle, the handle the controls my windows and locks, was broken. It had been pulled up and away from the door and then poorly jammed back down. I called Flow VW of Greensboro to alert them of this accident that had occurred while my car was under their care. The answer I got was, “I don’t see how we could have done that. We only fixed the alignment we didn’t do any body work.” So my car door was shut with magic? At no time did anyone touch the door’s handle? After a bit more back and forth I was asked to bring the car back over.I did, and was still treated like this was somehow my fault. Now in the act of fairness my door handle does have a crack in it, a crack that has been there for years. I’ve even taken this car to Flow VW of Greensboro several different times and at no point did this happen before. The man who came out to see my door handle then proceeds to hit it down with his fist then makes the proclamation, “It’s falling all apart.” Well I don’t think hitting it as hard as you can is going to fix the matter! He drives it back to the mechanic, and is back five minutes later saying, “It’s fixed, but it’s going to break again as soon as you slam the door shut.” It wasn’t a proud moment for me, but all of my patience had been tested to the limit, so I responded with “Then it’s a good thing I don’t slam my car door as hard as I can isn’t it?” And then left.It was later that same day I get back in my car to pick my child up, and realized with shock and anger that now my driver’s side door handle/control panel will no longer roll my passenger side window up or down – the button won’t move at all. I call back Flow VW of Greensboro and tell the receptionist what has happened, and I must say she was very kind, apologetic, and helpful as she put me through to the manager of the Flow VW of Greensboro’s repair department. I tell the manager my epic tale of door woe, and her response is terrible. “I don’t see how that’s our fault….you said it was cracked so it’s already broken….bring it back tomorrow and we’ll see what we can do” Damaged is a far side different than broken; and her attitude was the icing on the horrible cake that was my interactions with Flow VW of Greensboro. I was fuming.When I arrived home I watched a three-minute YouTube video then took two minutes and fixed it myself. Easy as that, because I fear if I were to take my car back tomorrow to have them “fix” my door handle they will bring it back to me door handle fixed, but missing the review mirror saying, “I don’t see how we could have done that.”
